Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Program Pelatihan Keterampilan dalam Membangun Kemandirian di Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) Jakarta Selatan 通过印度尼西亚激励基金会(YIIM)建设雅加达南部的自力更生技能培训项目,建立社区赋权

The purpose of this study was to determine the process and stages of community empowerment activities at the Inspirasi Indonesia Building Foundation (YIIM), and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the empowerment program in building self-reliance. There were nine informants in this study, two from the foundation management and five alumni participating in skills training at YIIM. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview techniques and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through skills training programs at the Inspiration Indonesia Building Foundation (YIIM) has been able to build self-reliance in the five alumni of the training participants. This can be seen from the attitudes of the five alumni of the training participants who are in accordance with the existing independence indicators. The indicators of independence include a strong desire to develop themselves, being responsible for the activities they do, being able to take decisions and initiatives in dealing with problems, and being confident and carrying out their duties independently. This success is also supported by the process and stages of empowerment at YIM which include the preparation stage, assessment stage, planning stage, implementation stage, evaluation and termination stage which are carried out thoroughly and optimally. Besides that, there are also supporting factors that influence the success of community empowerment activities at YIIM.

Partisipasi Sosial Pemuda dan Implikasinya terhadap Nasionalisme 青年社会参与及其对民族主义的影响

: Today, youth has become a fascinating object of study in the social sciences and humanities. The histori-cal journey of youth in building the Indonesian nation is quite impressive in the public's view. However, what is the condition of the youth today? This paper discusses the youth's efforts to do social participation to optimize their social status and role and analyzes the implications for nationalism. This research is quantitative research with descriptive exposure. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires openly to youths of the University of Indonesia Salemba Campus who were domiciled in Central Jakarta, Indonesia, and had carried out volunteer activities. With this purposeful sampling technique, there were 77 research respondents whose data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation tests to see the implications. The results showed that youth social participation in optimizing their status and role in society was still not optimal, although 96.1% of respondents admitted otherwise. They were founded in several cases and the role of youth who work individually or affiliated with a youth organization. Currently, young people are involved in several activities in their community, such as volunteering in the field of education, which is based on self-development as the primary motive. By volunteering, youths try to optimize their status and role in society and have implications for nationalism with a percentage of 79.5%. Youth has a good track record in building the Indonesian nation, so it is necessary to foster youth social participation so that they can carry out their social status and roles optimally with the government's cooperation, which is responsible for taking strategic policies in national development.

Pembentukan Karakter Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar Melalui Permainan Tradisional 通过传统游戏塑造幼儿的性格

Character education is a series of efforts to educate children to behave well, make the right decisions, and participate in positive societal contributions. The problem is that traditional games have started to disappear because, currently, elementary school-aged children prefer modern games. The advantages of traditional games are messages related to togetherness, culture, and morals. Community service aims to foster character in elementary school-aged children. The method of implementing the activities is socialization and direction related to traditional games shaping the character of elementary school-aged children. Activities are carried out by providing direct guidance to children when playing games. The result of this service program is that the program to socialize the importance of traditional games and the cheerful playing movement to foster the character of elementary school-aged children is carried out well. The activities conclude that the character formation of elementary school-aged children can be done through traditional games.
