A bank is a financial institution whose main business is to raise funds, distribute funds, and provide services in payment traffic and money circulation. Islamic banking as an institution that collects and distributes funds has various types of businesses that offer various conveniences for the public to meet the needs of business capital, consumptive needs, future savings, and just meet entertainment needs. Mechanism is a process of carrying out an activity carried out by a person or several people using orders and rules as well as the flow of communication and division of tasks in accordance with professionalism. This study aims to find out how the mechanism for opening and closing savings accounts in early childhood in Islamic banks, and to find out how savings law in early childhood is in an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the purpose of the study, this research is a type of qualitative research using a grounded theory approach. This technique is used to describe the data that researchers collect, both data from interviews, observations and documentation during research at "PT. Bank Muamalat Bone Regency". The results of this study show that the mechanism for opening and closing accounts in early childhood savings is on the condition that the identity of the child who wants to open a savings account must already have a birth certificate and have been recorded in the family card, and the contract system used in this savings is to use a wadiah contract in the form of a entrustment

The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out how the form of the Experiental Marketing implementation strategy carried out by Bank Muamalat KCP Bone in increasing the number of customers (2) to find out and analyze the constraints of Bank Muamalat KCP Bone in increasing the number of customers through an Experiental Marketing approach and solutions to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is field research with qualitative research methods and descriptive approaches. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation and inference. At Bank Muamalat KCP Bone, the form of strategy for implementing Experiental Marketing carried out in increasing prospective customers is by approaching emotionally to prospective customers/ customers, conducting ball pick-up services to prospective customers through the "Ayo Hijrah" program, product promotion through the Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) Application, building company branding through Sourvenir promotions, collaborating with students in the procurement of Islamic banking training and seminars and find out the background of potential customers. The obstacles that are usually faced are prospective customers who lack respect for the service/arrival of bank employees when providing information, in terms of corporate culture/ organizational culture, and lack of public understanding of Islamic banks. However, these obstacles can be overcome by always following the wishes of prospective customers by doing the best service, evaluating themselves in carrying out organizational culture, and aggressively conducting the "Ayo Hijrah" campaign to invite people to switch to a sharia-based economy.

This study discusses the strategy of developing sharia financing products for savings and loans cooperatives on sharia financing towards increasing competitiveness (KSPPS). KSPPS in performing its function is to collect, manage and distribute and distribute funds. The method used in this study is qualitative research as for the influence in the background with interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that, the Sharia financing product system with a mudhārabah contract at the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative, the existing financing is financing used to help the community which is carried out in the form of deposits and loans by making contracts in accordance with sharia principles. The level of competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative must be gradual, meaning that the increase in competitiveness begins with efforts to win the competition. To find out the various conditions of competitiveness of cooperatives, a form of continuous development is needed, in order to improve the standard of living for cooperatives in the community. the strategy of increasing competitiveness in the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative is through approaches, services and strategies for members of the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative by conducting its payment system via online, namely through an application (member) and it does not stop there also the KSPPS Bakti Huria Bone Branch Cooperative teaches its members how to manage the money lent to members and assist in the business process.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply the 5P principle (party, purpose, payment, profitability, protection) in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing and find out whether or not the application of the 5P principle is effective in minimizing financing risk. This research uses a qualitative approach and by researching directly at PT. Bank NTB Syariah. This type of research data uses primary and secondary data types, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant came from the consumer finance division and risk management desk. The result of this study is the application of the 5P principle in minimizing the risk of providing musyarakah mutanaqisah financing at PT. Bank NTB Syariah has been applied according to theories on every principle and has applied the precautionary principle as in Law No.21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 2 and Article 23 paragraphs (1) and (2), and Bank Indonesia Regulation No.14 of 2012 concerning Asset Quality Assessment of Commercial Banks, in Article 2 paragraphs (1) and (2). Then the effectiveness of the application of the 5P principle in 2019 to 2021 has been very effective in minimizing the risk of musyarakah mutanaqisah financing, this is based on the results of interviews and observations from Non-Performing Financing which is decreasing and the bank can achieve the Non Performing Financing target contained in the Bank's Business Plan in 2019 to 2021

Despite a fairly rapid development of Islamic Banking in Indonesia, but the composition of cost is still imbalance. This is proved by the nomination of skim murabahah (consumptive sale and purchase) compared with skim mudarabah (products division/productive). The cost of mudarabah is the cost of real sector and considered has high risk. Therefore, syariah bank needs to apply risk management and evaluate the level of maximum risk that might happen on the costs spent. The data were analyzed using credit risk method. Credit risk is a model of risk measurement of costs portfolio. This model was introduced by Credit Suisse Financial Products (CSFP) in 1997.This approach wasmaximum loss measurement from default credit portfolio. Data input credit risk are as follow; (exposure of default, default rates, probability of default, and expected loss) after having results of data analysis and then were analyzed using trend analysis to measure the frequency of risk level happened in the period of 2013-2014 and used analysis of hypothesis test one sample T test to obtain the comparison of risk level of sale and purchase of product division. The results of trend analysis express that the frequency of the occurrence of financial risks is more dominant on the sale and purchase contract, it can be seen in June 2013 until December 2014 NPF murabahah continuously improved, it is different with mudarabah (product division) that still run well. While the results of comparative test analysis One sample T test state that the cost of murabahah contract has higher risk measured from the high costs of financing bogged down experienced in this case the collectability category 5 at the end has impact on the level of achievement of profitability of Muamalat banks.

ABSTRACT Utilization of ZIS Funds in Economic Empowerment of the People in Makassar City. The purpose of this study is to: (1) analyze the concept of using ZIS funds by the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZNAS) in empowering mustahik in empowered villages assisted by Rumah Zakat in Makassar city. (2) analyzing the Mustahik Empowerment Concept in Islamic Philanthropy in Reducing Poverty. (3) to find out the Inhibiting Factors and Challenges of Rumah Zakat in Empowering Mustahik in Makassar City in the empowered village of Rumah Zakat Representative of South Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative approach based on the interpretive paradigm ofwithout using interviews. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which included the data reduction stage, the data display stage, and the conclusion drawing/verification stage. The results of this study indicate that the concept of using ZIS funds in empowering the people's economy and the concept of empowering mustahik in reducing poverty in the assisted villages of zakat houses in Makassar city have been carried out well. Although there are still some obstacles that need to be addressed, namely the existence of a production house as a center for economic empowerment of the people, product marketing innovations for mustahiq members, and collaboration with all levels of society. This study discusses the Islamic digital network (DIN) innovation for banking service products in the digitalization era at Bank Muamalat KCP Kab.Bone. The objectives of this research are (1). The objectives of this research are (1). To find out the muamalat digital Islamic network (DIN) innovation for banking services. (2). To find out the impact of the muamalat digital Islamic network (DIN) innovation on the optimization of banking services in the digitalization era. The type of this research is the type of field research (field research) with the research approach used is a qualitative approach. This technique is used to describe the data that researchers collect, both data from interviews, observations and documentation during research at Bank Muamalat KCP Kab. Bones. The results of this study indicate that (1).Muamalat digital Islamic network (DIN) is a mobile banking muamalat which is then transformed into a digital Islamic network muamalat. In the application of the muamalat digital Islamic network (DIN) which was introduced and implemented throughout Indonesia on November 14, 2019, Bank Muamalat targets to provide convenient and uncomplicated services so that it has positive implications for customers. This product is upgraded so that it is not inferior to other products and so that it can compete in the digital 4.0 era (2). The impact of the implementation of the Islamic digital Islamic network (DIN) on the optimization of banking services in the digitalization era are: the use of the digital Islamic network (DIN) muamalat provides easy service to customers, saves time, provide security to customers and provide satisfaction to customers. This article aims to find out the debt transfer agreement in the PUSYAR program. PUSYAR is a program to strengthen UMKM where PUSYAR participants get business capital assistance with a murabahah scheme. The margin from the murabahah is paid by the Mojokerto City Baznas using infaq funds. This research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach to find out the phenomenon and find the meaning of a case. The results of this study are, the contract in the process flow of the transfer of margin debt from the murabahah contract is in the form of a hawalah contract where BAZNAS (muhal 'alaih) pays the margin debt of PUSYAR participants ( muhil) to the BPRS (muhal).

This study discusses the Effect of Income towards household Marginal Prospenstiy to Save (MPS) on Civil Servants (PNS) at IAIN Bone. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of income on household marginal propensity to save (MPS) in civil servants at IAIN Bone (2) to determinehousehold marginal propensity to save (MPS) in civil servants at IAIN Bone.This study uses quantitative research with an Islamic microeconomic approach with a total sample of 61 respondents. The data collection method used is questionnaire method (questionnaire) and documentation method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with the tests used in the form of validity and reliability to determine the effect of income variables on the Marginal Propensity to Save (MPS) variable, which previously tested normality and linearity. Subsequently, hypothesis testing is done in the form of simultaneous tests (f test) and Partial Test (T Test). The results of these studies, viewed linearly that the Income variable has a linear relationship to Marginal Propensity to Save (MPS) about 0.383.Based on Marginal Propensity tosave from 61 respondents surveyed, there were 20 people or 33% of respondents who had a higher Marginal Propensity toSave compared to their Consumption Expenditures. While 41 people or 67% of respondents have higher consumption expenditure compared to Marginal Propensity To Save.

This study investigates the performance and sustainability of halal food SMEs in the FinTech era. The large aggregate contribution of SMEs does not yet reflect good performance in domestic and foreign market competition due to lack of financial literacy. FinTech can support financial literacy so performance and sustainability SMEs will increase. Consequently, testing the effect of fintech and literacy on the performance and sustainability of MSMEs. A total of one hundred respondents are selected using the quantitative method as sources of data collection. The questionnaires are distributed using a purposive sampling method in Surakarta, Indonesia. The software used for analysis is SEM-PLS. The results of this study state that the performance and sustainability of SMEs are influenced by FinTech and financial literacy
