This study aims to determine customer perceptions of service quality and products of Kaltimtara Sharia Bank Samarinda Branch. This type of research is field research. The nature of this study is qualitative descriptive by using interviews and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The population in this study are all priority customers of Samarinda Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Branch, amounting to 300 customers, using purposive techniques. sampling, the research sample was 75 respondents and interviews with related parties. The results showed that customer perceptions of service quality and products at Bankaltimtara Syariah Samarinda branch were measured using the CARTER dimension (Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Emphaty, and Responsiveness). Whereas for products measured through 6 dimensions which include Performance, Features, Realiability, Durability, Conformance to specifications and aesthethic shows positive results which are very good but the things that need to be considered are regarding the need for additional park land specialized and financial consultations to meet priority customer needs. This is in line with the results of interviews with relevant parties that indicate the quality or quality of services and products that are sharia standard and in accordance with the vision and mission of Bankaltimtara Syariah.

This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of Islamic banks after the spin off during the period of 2011-2016. To measure the performance, Two-Stage Data Analysis Envelopment (DEA) is used. The first step of this method is measuring efficiency performance of Islamic banks using DEA method with CRS assumption. The second step estimating factors affecting the efficiency performance using Tobit regression model. The determination of input and output variables in this study uses intermediation approaches. Input variable consists of Fix assets, Third Party Fund (DPK) and Operating Expenses, while the output variable consists of Total financing and Operating Income. The results of the research shows the level of efficiency of BNI Syariah during the 2011-2016 period is still not efficient with 99%, while the level of efficiency of BJB Syariah from 2011 to 2016 is 98%. The result of Tobit regression model showed that Total assets and ROA has a positive and significant to the level of efficiency of BNI Syariah , while the coefficient of FDR and NPF are not significant influence. Furthermore, that influence the level of efficiency of BJB Syariah is total assets, while the coefficient of ROA, FDR and NPF are not significant influence.

This research aims to find out how much religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education affect the professionalism of performance in sharia insurance employees in Samarinda City. The research method used in this study is quantitative research, with a population of 16 respondents from 3 Islamic insurance companies in Samarinda and all employees became respondents. The data instruments used in this study are validity test with product moment correlation formula, reliability test, classic assumption test, with analysis of multiple linear regression test data, partial test (t test), and f test, where to see the effect that occurs between variables free, religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education (X) with dependent variable on employee performance (Y). The results of this study indicate data analysis, religious understanding variables, Islamic work ethic, and education do not have a significant effect on the professionalism of employee performance. While the discipline and responsibility variables have a significant influence on the professionalism of employee performance. Then the variables of religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the professionalism of employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, studi pada BMT Hasanah Ponorogo. Penelitian ini penting mengingat kinerja organisasi atau lembaga sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan, oleh sebab itu apabila kinerja organisasi ingin diperbaiki maka kinerja karyawan perlu diperhatikan. Kinerja yang baik dipengaruhi oleh salah satu faktor yaitu motivasi kerja. Meskipun kemampuan pegawai sangat baik apabila motivasi kerjanya rendah, tentu kinerjanya rendah pula. Pada observasi awal, didapatkan data bahwa loyalitas karyawan BMT Hasanah cukup tinggi meskipun reward yang didapat kurang sesuai dengan UMK, untuk itulah penelitian ini menguji dan membuktikan suatu temuan yang berbeda dengan teori hirarki kebutuhan, teori ERG serta teori dua factor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, tehnik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisa data melalui Analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 16.0 for windows. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif, namun diantara keduanya saling berhubungan. Terbukti dengan analisis regresi berdasarkan uji T didapat nilai T hitung sebesar 0,723 0,05. Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif, namun keduanya saling berhubungan. Terbukti dengan analisis regresi berdasarkan uji T didapat nilai T hitung sebesar 1,932 0,05.

Electronic banking (E-Banking) adalah salah satu aktivitas perbankan yang dilakukan nasabahnya melalui fasilitas internet. Cara ini diciptakan oleh bank untuk melayani kebutuhan nasabah agar lebih nyaman bertransaksi dimanapun mereka berada. E-Banking memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan kepada nasabahnya dengan fasilitas pelayanan pembayaran melalui saluran elektronik, Seperti melalui transfer rekening dan auto debet. Cara ini cukup efektif dan efisien mengingat masyarakat semakin disibukkan dengan segala aktivitasnya Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui sejauh mana daya tarik civitas akademika IAIN Samarinda dalam menggunakan E-Banking dan faktor dominan yang membuat civitas akademika IAIN Samarinda menggunakan E-Banking . Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif, Sampel penelitian bersifat purposive sampling , jumlah sampel yang berhasil dihimpun yaitu 173 responden. Daya tarik penggunaan E-Banking di kalangan civitas akademika IAIN Samarinda, berdasarkan hasil jawaban identitas responden mayoritas menggunakan aplikasi ATM, hampir 120 responden yang menggunakannya. Sedangkan, pilihan bank sebesar 61% menggunakan bank konvensional. Frekuensi penggunaan aplikasi E-Banking 1-4 kali dalam sebulan dan mayoritas responden berumur 17-30 tahun. Enam variabel yang ada, tiga diantaranya yaitu Interaction , Accessibility , dan Adequacy of Indormation responden menjawab sangat setuju dan setuju dari pertanyaan yang diajukan. Faktor yang mendominasi daya tarik penggunaan E-Banking di kalangan civitas akademika IAIN Samarinda, yaitu pertama: Interaction sebesar 29%, kedua: Accessibility sebesar 27% dan ketiga: Adequacy of Indormation sebesar 13%. This study examines the effect of diversification of financing based on type of contract, type of usage, and economic sector to the profitability at the Islamic bank. Diversification of financing proxied by Hirchman Herfindahl Index (HHI), and the profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) was measured using the distribution of pre-tax profit to average total assets. This study uses secondary data obtained from the publication of the report the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the period January 2013 to December 2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are partially diversification of financing based on type of contract does not affect the ROA at the Islamic bank, diversification of financing based on type of usage has a positive and significant effect to ROA at the Islamic bank., and diversification of financing based on economic sector has a negative and significant effect to ROA at the Islamic bank.. Increasing customer satisfaction is a demand that must be implemented, because by increasing customer satisfaction then the existence of Islamic banking can be maintained. Although the level of competition sharia financial institutions are also getting tighter. One of the instruments that can increase customer satisfaction is the quality of banking services.This research is quantitative research which aims to know how big influence of service quality of bank to customer satisfaction at BTN Syariah Kc Surabaya. From the results of research conducted with independent variables of quality of banking services with indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, sharia compliance. Through incidental sampling technique with 100 respondents and questionnaire distribution method can be concluded that the quality of banking services in BTN Syariah Kc Surabaya as a whole affects customer satisfaction.

The current shift in banking services is focused in banking technology. Similarly, this is also happening to sharia banking in Indonesia. Banking technology is one of the services that are favored by sharia banking in the competition to attract customers. M-Banking services is one of the products being offered by sharia banking technology, providing the costumer with the highest and newest developments in technology. This goes together with the increasing demand for easier procedures. The significant development of M-Banking services in sharia banking in Indonesia helps evaluating the customers' satisfaction with a specific product. Through M-Banking SWOT analysis, it is expected that the quality of banking services can be improved. This paper aims to analyze more deeply about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of M-Banking services of sharia banking in Indonesia. The strengths of M-Banking banking services are cost-effective, time-saving, attractive features, easy to operate, easy to download, interesting promo, Islamic content info. Weaknesses of M-Banking services in sharia banking are slow data access speed, insufficient Security , network limitations, the lack of accessibility and performance by all customers, and M-Banking functionality still under development process. The outstanding points of M-Banking of sharia banking are the development of performance, functionality and bandwidth of M-Banking server which have the potential to increase the number of customers. In conclusion, main challenges regarding M-Banking are the competition between banks, the relationship between the confidentiality of customer data and its possible misuse by employees or hackers, accessibility, effectiveness and efficiency of the product, as well as improvement of functionalities and performance of M-Banking service.
