SOCIOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE IN THE CONCEPT OF CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION J. P. LEDARACA 冲突观念中的社会学知识转型[j]

The spread of dialogue and conflict transformation practices in modern Ukraine creates a demand for academic, in particular sociological support of such processes. It becomes one of the tools to support relevant projects through sociological reflection of its goals and objectives, implemented practices, activities and consciousness of project participants and its audience. At present, such sociological support exists without a formed methodological basis, one of the areas of creation of which is the study of common principles of building peace and social sciences, in particular sociology. The article considers the use of sociological knowledge in the concept of conflict transformation by J.P. Lederach, in particular, his use of the concepts of identity, power, divided societies, conflict dynamics, social relations, social changes and more.In the perspective of sociological reading, building peace is seen as a process of social change, the signal of which is the need for conflict and confrontation within society, which can not be resolved in the perspective of the state approach, require a systematic vision of existing social relations and constructive intervention, finding opportunities for dialogue.The selection of sociological concepts and practices as components of the concept of peace building by J.P. Lederach contributes to the understanding of it as an interdisciplinary field of research and activity. The presented analysis demonstrates the potential of involving various academic disciplinary approaches in solving building peace tasks. In addition to conflict studies, political science, law, it can also be researched by social and historical memory studies, ethnopsychological and ethnosociological research, regional and cultural research, and so on. The academic field thus reveals its own potential for supporting peace-building processes.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IN ADOLESCENCE 青少年饮酒

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of alcohol consumption in adolescence. The main purpose of the article is to find out the peculiarities of alcohol use as a form of deviant behavior of adolescents. It is noted that at the present stage of development of Ukrainian society it is especially difficult for adolescents who are in the process of forming their system of values and patterns of behavior and can – under the influence of lack of necessary measures by parents, school, state and society in general – to form a destructive system of values and patterns. The article provides an overview of the main approaches to the analysis of deviant behavior, namely: biological, psychological and sociological. The main forms of deviant behavior are considered, namely: deviations associated with the violation of legal norms, deviations in the field of public morality; immoral, delinquent, criminal, addictive deviant behavior. It is noted that alcohol use by adolescents is traditionally considered in most societies as a deviant form of behavior for adolescents. It is concluded that it is necessary to distinguish between the concepts of «alcohol use» and «alcoholism». To identify the peculiarities of alcohol consumption by adolescents, the pilot study was conducted in one of the schools in Kharkiv. The study found that the main factors under the influence of which adolescents of this school begin to drink alcohol is social environment and, above all, their parents and relatives. In addition, it was noted that about a quarter of adolescents surveyed continue to drink alcohol more or less constantly now. Based on the results of the study, recommendations are proposed for certain measures that can help solve the problem of alcohol consumption in adolescence.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF SOCIAL WORK IN THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM 医疗保健系统社会工作的国际经验

The reform of the medical industry, the problems of medical care that arose in Ukraine in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic and led to a deterioration in the physical, psychological and social well-being of the population, sharply raised the question of the work of the medical industry and the directions for its improvement. In many countries of the world one of the ways to improve the quality of medical services is the implementation of social work in the medical industry.The article is devoted to the analysis of foreign experience of social work in the health care system, the roots of which are deeply connected with the development of modern public health in many countries of the world. Today, many social workers around the world practice health care, drawing on the historical experience of combining clinical, intermediate and population-based approaches to have a greater impact on health. However, the historical significance of this long-standing interdisciplinary collaboration and its implications remain poorly understood. The article is based on primary and modern sources of research on the history of the development of social work in the field of health care, demonstrates examples of successful cooperation between social and medical workers. The main historical stages of the development of social work in the field of health care in the USA, France, Canada, Great Britain, Bulgaria, etc. are considered. The article concludes that despite the temporal, geographical, economic, political, cultural and other differences, social work in the field of health care as an independent professional activity in different countries has common features: a focus on overcoming barriers in the environment for achieving health by individuals, their families, groups and communities; assistance in attracting resources to achieve full health of clients; perception of personality and its health as a whole; the creation of family-oriented, community-centered and consumer-driven services; the development of social work in the field of health was often facilitated by the initiative and perseverance of individuals, etc.

Socially active school as an actor of community social work in Ukraine 作为乌克兰社区社会工作参与者的社会活跃学校

The article is devoted to the analysis of socially active schools as subjects of social work under decentralization in Ukraine. It is noted that in the context of the reform of local self-government and decentralization in Ukraine, a contradiction is formed between the need to create an accessible system of social support for the population and the possible inability of many united territorial communities to form it. Therefore, united territorial communities should use all available resources and opportunities to ensure the effective provision of social support to the population. One of such resources is school, in particular, its special model, which is called “socially active school”. The socially active school is an educational institution in which considerable attention is paid to building partnerships between the school and community. The model of a socially active school as a center for the development of a local community includes the following areas of activity: democratization, volunteering, and school-community partnerships. Each of these areas involves the use of various tools by a socially active school. Democratization involves the introduction of some democratic procedures in the school: democratization of lessons, creation of effective bodies of school self-government. Volunteering is associated with volunteer actions that becoming an integral part of the school. The partnership between the school and the community is seen as the establishment and development of mutually beneficial relations between the school and the local community for joint problem solving. The main tools in this area of activity are providing of various services, including social, for residents; organizing joint events; developing and implementing social programs and projects, educational activities, etc. In the process of implementing such activities the school gradually becomes a resource center of the local community and turns into an important subject of social work. The article discusses the history of socially active schools, the main directions and instruments of their activity, concludes that socially active schools could play the significant role in community social work.

INTANGIBLE WORK AS A PHENOMENON AND CONCEPT: STATUS IN A WORLD OF INSECURITY AND RESEARCH POSSIBILITIES 作为一种现象和概念的无形工作:在一个不安全的世界中的地位和研究的可能性

The article is devoted to the problem of immaterial labor in the modern world as a phenomenon, as well as to the possibilities of studying it using sociological tools - as a category. Immaterial labor is considered by the authors as a specific phenomenon, the formation and spread of which is significantly associated with the world of global capitalism. The article describes the features and aspects of immaterial labor as a phenomenon and as a concept. Based on the developments of P. Bourdieu, M. Lazzarato, G. Standing, the researchers analyze the formation and development of immaterial labor phenomenality and epiphenomenality in the global world. Special attention to the precarious status of immaterial labor and its workers, the ratio of unreliability and precariousness in the nature of immaterial labor is paid. These concepts and ideas are used to study current transformations and attempts to predict future changes in the status, activities and characteristics of immaterial workers in the modern world. The authors argue that social policies and social work in relation to immaterial labor workers cannot be implemented according to modern models and patterns, but must be specified for new conditions. In addition, the authors argue that the unreliability of immaterial labor changes the prospects, limitations and features of both the status of labor itself (in particular, hiding a considerable part of it as labor), and the possibilities of instruments of state regulation, social policy and social work in relation to it: in particular, it turns out that the global world gives rise to whole groups of immaterial labor, included in the precariousness of the economy, the insecurity of social status - and at the same time excluded from social policy and social work. The very phenomenon of (immaterial) labor in this light becomes deinstitutionalized, amorphous, diffuse, constellative, oscillating and opalescent.

Immaterial labor is considered by the authors as a specific phenomenon, the formation and spread of which is significantly associated with the world of global capitalism. The article describes the features and aspects of immaterial labor as a phenomenon and as a concept. Based on the developments of P. Bourdieu, M. Lazzarato, G. Standing, the researchers analyze the formation and development of immaterial labor phenomenality and epiphenomenality in the global world. Special attention to the precarious status of immaterial labor and its workers, the ratio of unreliability and precariousness in the nature of immaterial labor is paid. These concepts and ideas are used to study current transformations and attempts to predict future changes in the status, activities and characteristics of immaterial workers in the modern world. The authors argue that social policies and social work in relation to immaterial labor workers cannot be implemented according to modern models and patterns, but must be specified for new conditions. In addition, the authors argue that the unreliability of immaterial labor changes the prospects, limitations and features of both the status of labor itself (in particular, hiding a considerable part of it as labor), and the possibilities of instruments of state regulation, social policy and social work in relation to it: in particular, it turns out that the global world gives rise to whole groups of immaterial labor, included in the precariousness of the economy, the insecurity of social status - and at the same time excluded from social policy and social work. Case study method in terms of activity-competent approach to teaching social workers 案例研究法在活动能力教学法方面的社会工作者教学

The article substantiates the relevance of the implementation of the case study method in the educational process of social workers training, as well as explores the methodological features of its development and implementation in the field of social work. The article defines the concept of “case study”, examines the historical aspect of its development, provides an overview of various classifications, offers recommendations on the methodological support of the educational process using the case study method. Article examines intercommunication of “activity” and “competence” approaches in organization of educational process, it assists to get practical experience of future specialists. For this reason, an educational process should be filled with teaching forms and methods to promote forming the practical abilities and skills. The method of case study plays the special role among of them. The first attempts to use this method were observed in practice of charitable organizations at the end of XIX century in the USA for social workers teaching. With a lack of textbooks and methodical manuals for professional training of specialists, the case study became the primary teaching method that included fixation, discussion, diagnostics of the real case of client. With the passing of the time, after development of the plenty specialized social work literature, case study does not lose the actuality and importance in the American teaching process. The article observes different case study classifications offered in scientific literature, namely: classifications of L. Kottrell, R. Stacke, L. Stenhaus, R. Yin. The typology proposed by R. Yin includes analytical (explanatory) and descriptive type of case study. It should be drawn upon and considered as the most suitable for an educational process within the “activity” and “competence” approach. The attention is focused on requirements to teacher qualifications, qualitative and quantitative structure of students group.

The system of providing of social services: the current state 提供社会服务的制度:现状

The article is devoted to one of the current scientific problems – the analysis of the role of public organizations in the system of social services. The relevance of the chosen topic is also confirmed by the introduction of the new Law of Ukraine «On Social Services», which aims to remove the state monopoly on social services, promote partnerships between state and municipal enterprises and public and charitable organizations and involve the latter in helping individuals and/or seven who found themselves in difficult life circumstances. In the article, the term «social services» is defined as actions of state organizations, municipal organizations, non-government organizations and individuals aimed to prevent difficult life circumstances of persons and/or families being in them, overcoming such circumstances or minimizing them. The purpose of the article is to determine the role of public organizations in the system of providing social services in Kharkiv. The article focuses on the analysis of public organizations as subjects of social services in Kharkiv. Unique experience of cooperation of local authorities of Kharkiv with public and charitable organizations in providing social services on the example of the project «Unified social network» is described. In particular, in 2019, the winners of the tender for the implementation of social order proposals «Unified Social Network» were 46 public organizations that have implemented more than 60 social projects at the expense of the city budget. The article notes that the peculiarities of public organizations in providing social services are that they are less formalized and bureaucratic than state organizations, use an individualized approach to each client, provide additional services, and involve a wide range of professionals and volunteers to solve problems of individuals and / or families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.

Insecurity as a factor in the transformation of social work in the modern world: to the formulation of the problem 不安全感作为现代社会工作转型的一个因素:对问题的表述

The article is devoted to the problem of the impact on the transformation of social policy and social work from the side of insecurity. Insecurity is considered by the author as a specific property of a society generated by the neoliberal variant of atomizing globalization. The article describes the features and aspects of insecurity as a phenomenon and as a concept. Based on the ideas of P. Bourdieu, J. Baudrillard, J. Ranciere, N. Chomsky, G. Agamben, J. Stiglitz, the researcher analyzes the development of various manifestations of insecurity in the global world. Particular attention is paid to neoliberal myths and their transformations under these conditions, the specifics of the precariat as a social group and generally unwarrantness as the status, condition and prerequisite for the existence of late capitalism, the legal and social phenomenon of “bare life” in its opposition to the sovereign as a producer of the imperious order, and also generated to all this the production of “consent without consent” as a condition for the reproduction of insecurity. These concepts and ideas are used to study current transformations and attempts to predict future changes in the status, activities and characteristics of social work and social policy in the modern world. The author proves that social policies and social work change their status under the influence of this property in its economic, political, biopolitical, social, cultural dimensions. In addition, the author argues that insecurity changes the perspectives, limitations and characteristics of social policy and social work in the modern world: in particular, it turns out that the global world generates entire groups excluded from social policy and social work, on the one hand, and also that social policy and social work become more constellative, shimmering, – on the other.

STAFF WITH MENTAL PROBLEMS AS AN OBJECT OF SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS 将员工心理问题作为社会学分析的对象

The relevance of the article topic is justified by the need to develop effective methods and tools for staff management, as well as special techniques to work with employees who have certain mental disorders. The main task of the article is to analyze the categories of employees with mental problems from the point of view of sociology of deviant behavior and to study the consequences of the destructive influence of staff with mental disorders at different levels of interaction: «the leader and subordinate» and «colleagues in the team».In the article, the category «mental disorders» is defined as various personality disorders, as a deviating from the norm state of the human psyche. This category was analyzed from the methodological position of the sociology of deviant behavior. It has been determined that deviations from the norms caused by mental problems of the person can be considered as forms of manifestation of organizational deviations.The authors of the article define the main groups of personality disorders, investigate the behavior of individuals with such disorders and analyze the norms that are violated. Exceptional attention is paid to the study of the negative consequences that cause destructive behaviors of persons with mental disorders in the workforce. Their analysis was carried out on two levels of interaction: «leader and subordinate" and "colleagues in the team». In the traditions of classical sociology, it is concluded that the existence of organizational deviations related to the behavior of staff with personality disorders is normal. General recommendations are offered for working with employees with mental disorders in organizations. Impact management techniques should be aimed both at working with individuals with mental problems and with employees with direct professional ties to them.
