Indonesia has great potential to become a significant player in halal products. However, the Indonesian halal industry still faces challenges, particularly in enticing Muslim consumers. So, the Indonesian halal sector must adapt to the buying behaviour of Muslim consumers, considering that the factors affecting it are still unknown. Moreover, there is still a lack of studies on the moderating role of halal awareness in Muslim consumer buying behaviour. Therefore, this study aims to determine the position of halal awareness in the relationship between purchase intentions and personal norms on the buying behaviour of Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research population is Muslim consumers in PASIGALA (Palu, Sigi, and Donggala). A closed questionnaire was used to collect data from 390 respondents. The analysis method used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS program version 3.2.9. The results showed that purchase intention, personal norms, and halal awareness positively affected Muslim buying behaviour. In addition, this study also indicated that halal awareness has a role in moderating the relationship between purchase intention and Muslim buying behaviour in Indonesia and the negative relationship between personal norms and Muslim buying behaviour.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that support the success of Muslim women in running a business seen from the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. Respondents in the study were 105 Muslim SMEs who run businesses in Kudus Regency. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling with the Convenience Sampling method. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS 25.0. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between innovation, risk taking, proactivity, competitive aggressiveness and autonomy on the birth of Muslim women as MSME actors. All dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation are proof that to achieve success in running a business, a business actor needs to implement the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation. The autonomy dimension gets the highest average answer, it is important to pay attention that the delegation of authority and responsibility to employees to make accidental decisions. The managerial implication of this research is that SMEs need to pay attention to the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation because it will have an impact on improving business performance.

This study aims to analyze work stress from work-life balance and workload. The population that is used in this study are all employees at the Directorate General of Islamic Education (DGIE), Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORARI) with a sample of 212 employees. The method of determining the sample uses the probability sampling method with a simple random sampling approach. This study uses a type of research (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire and then analyzed using PLS with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload has a significant negative effect on work-life balance, work-life support has a significant and negative effect on work stress. Worklife balance can mediate the relationship between workload and work stress.

This research aims to examine the positive COVID-19 variable, the COVID-19 death variable, the COVID-19 vaccination variable, and the currency exchange rate variable as a control variable for stock market returns in Indonesia and Malaysia. The population in the test is a combination of the main indexes of the Indonesian and Malaysian stock exchanges. Sample selection using a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with 104 observational data for the period 2021-2022. The test results show that the positive COVID-19 confirmation variable has no significant effect, the COVID-19 death confirmation variable has a significant positive effect, and the COVID-19 vaccination variable has no significant effect on stock market returns

The objective of this paper is to redesign the Indonesian pension fund’s business model, management system, and new strategies to balance adequate profits, affordability, and sustainable programs. Consider the Malaysian pension system and adapt the INTERDAP application used by PT. Angkasa Pura II. Through this qualitative case study, we applied the foundations of the Triangle Sharia Justice Ecosystem (TSJE); Sharia, digitized the system, and supported green investment in the long run. By modeling the business strategy, facilitating the business model and supplier relationship management, and creating mutually beneficial management among stakeholders. The study found that Malaysia’s pension system has an investment purpose. Indonesia, on the other hand, provides pension loans only based on previously agreed cumulative contributions. Malaysia encourages people across the country to save on severance funds. The pension system is still managed conventionally. Malaysia requires a pension contribution of 23% of the employee’s base salary, while Indonesia requires only 3%. This will affect the contribution of pension funds to the GDP. Malaysia’s pension fund accounts for 60% of GDP. Besides, Indonesia is at only 6.03%. Another view is, to become a developed country, pension funds need to reach 60% of GDP by 2045. Because 42% of the total supply of funds in the infrastructure sector comes from pension funds. The practical implications of this study are access to information, security, and transparency in the management of pension funds through a digital system supervised by the Sharia Regulator (BPS) and the Indonesian government’s efforts to realize that supports the green economy This study integrates the foundations of the TSJE about pension funds management. The limitation of the research study is that more detailed studies and methods are needed to analyze this study. It is expected that this TSJE system will be applied further.

This study aims to reveal the reformulation of strategies in penetrating the international market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri, Sidoarjo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with subjects are commissioners, HRD, Marketing Leaders, employees, government and overseas partners (buyers). The results showed that the role of stakeholders in increasing the coffee export market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri, among others are expanding the network of foreign partners, establishing business communication between organizations, establishing good relations with the government, always increasing product added value, applying working principles according to sharia principles, using the Blue Ocean strategy, carrying out export promotions, capturing existing market opportunities. and increase export targets, support to increase product added value and develop access to cooperation with foreign parties, assist product promotion through CTH (cooperative trading house), as a medium that helps exports and helps find markets in their country. Then the results of the SWOT analysis show that the right strategy in increasing the coffee export market of PT. Berkat Mukmin Mandiri is an SO (Strength – Opportunity) strategy, which is a strategy by utilizing strength as a tool to seize as many opportunities as possible.
