Changes in land use have caused various spatial consequences that occur substantially in an area. This study examines the pattern of land use changes from different room variations. The research was at a location in Ambon City. The materials in this study are Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS in 2010 and 2020, DEM SRTM, administrative maps, and development center maps. Research data were analyzed descriptively analytical, spatial, and temporal from the overlay results. The study results in show changes over ten years (2010-2020), indicating an increase in settlements covering an area of 23,810 ha per year. Differences in spatial variations based on administrative site, additional blocks in Sirimau District covering an area of 76,880 ha, and withdrawal of the most significant land in mixed gardens surrounding an area of 58,859 ha. In addition, there was additional weaponry on steep slopes (15 -30%) covering an area of 38,503 ha and a protected area of 16,505 ha by converting the use of forest land covering an area of 17,366 ha, and most of it took place in the city center. The addition of settlements also occurred in an accessibility ( 3 km) area of 116,370 ha, most scattered in the secondary center of 86,520 ha.

Sedimentation and erosion processes can be influenced by hydro-oceanographic factors. These factors include waves, currents, and tides because they interact directly with the coastal/coastal area. Related to these problems, sedimentation and erosion is one thing that needs to be studied. One way that is used in providing information about these that is widely used is to use a hydrodynamic model. Based on this, it can be seen that it is important to conduct research to determine sediment properties such as the type and type of sediment with sediment transport modeling in Berakit and Pengudang villages. This research was carried out using the MIKE21 Software hydrodynamic modeling for one month in June 2021 using hydrodynamic modeling, the Flow Model FM Sand Transport module. Sediment transport observed is bottom sediment or bed load. The research results are shown in 4 conditions, namely towards high tide, highest tide, towards low tide and lowest tide. Sediment transport at high tide with erosion of -0.10 and sedimentation of 0.25 m/day and at the highest tide shows an erosion value of -0.24 and sedimentation of 0.32 m/day. Sediment transport towards low tide with erosion

Deep learning is a neural network that creates innovations that give computer-implanted problem-solving expertise. One of the principles of computer vision is a detection system with a vision framework that can identify things encountered in the same manner as a human vision system. Using an artificial intelligence-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model with deep learning techniques, we present a face emotion identification system. The categorization of facial expressions will be utilized as the basis for a face recognition system trained using CNN. The applications are intended to use the OpenCV, Keras, and TensorFlow libraries as the backend. We were discussing the study on the best use of xception architectural models in facial expression recognition systems. Based on the results of these tests, the study obtained an increased accuracy value in training and data testing on an xception architecture model trained for facial expressions using the FER-2013 dataset, resulting in an accuracy value of 66% as well as the value of each average for precision (76%), recall (65%), and F1 score (63%).

Pumpkin (Cucurbita moschene Duthene) is plant sources of food that has high nutrition content. Increasing the productivity of pumpkin can be done through programs, which is the ploidy manipulation technique, the technique using a mutagen, namely colchicine. Application of colchicine in the wrong dose and soaking time can be toxic to plants. The research aim to gain recommendations for the right concentration of colchicine immersion to increase the growth and yield of pumpkin plants. Research was done by using a split plot design with subplots with colchicine concentration and the main plots of local Malang pumpkin varieties. The research results that application of colchicine immersion in several local pumpkin varieties showed a significant relationship at fruit quantity parameter. Application of colchicine with 3 dose ppm on local pumpkin variety Malang 1 (P3V1) showed the highest average fruit quantity compared to other treatments, which was 4 pieces. Optimal concentration of colchicine to increase the yield of local pumpkin plants is with 3 dose ppm can be seen from the highest average value on several parameters among others fruit number, fruit weight, and fruit diameter, but not significantly different from the colchicine concentration of 2 ppm and 4 ppm. The colchicine concentration of 2 ppm showed the highest average value of the sex ratio parameter was 25.51%.
