Face recognition is a way to identify or verify someone’s identity by using their face. Face recognition systems may be used to pick out humans in photographs, video, or in actual-time. The main objective of the project is to authenticate users including students, faculty and staff using their faces to maintain the data of those who are logged in and logged out from the library database. The student or faculty library login and logout information can be maintained in a smart way i.e. the count of the students and faculty as library users can be easily available and data of users such as entry and exit time will be stored. Face Recognition Phase can be done through Live Streaming. In previous days all the library login and logout information is stored in records manually which is a time taking process. There is a chance of data loss by maintaining books and it is difficult to maintain multiple records. Nowadays users are entering their identification details for check in and checkout to use the library. and RFID also uses in many library systems which comes under manually inserting the cards which is time taking procedure So the project mainly focuses on proposing a smart way to maintain faculty/student login and logout library information by using Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and also AWS is used in the project to securely store all the data on the cloud so that Database can access them from anywhere.

Education system is very old and due to a large population of students, there are some serious issues in analyzing and predicting students’ performance. Every institution has its own set of standards for evaluating student success. In existing system there is no proper procedure for monitoring and analyzing a student’s performance and progress. Here the focus is given to additional external factors like students status, parent occupation etc.. That will be more effective in visualizing and analyzing student’s performance. This project proposed Ridge regression Algorithm is used.

Construction productivity has become such a buzz word and one of the most frequently researched topics. In most countries, labour cost comprises 30 to 50% of the overall project’s cost, and thus is regarded as a true reflection of the economic success of the operation. There are many challenges facing the construction industry but one of the most important is low productivity. There are many challenges facing the construction industry in Kerala, but one of the most important, the writers debate, is low productivity. Despite all the technological advancements, abundance of construction materials, tools, and financial means available to local contractors, construction costs are constantly on the rise, completion durations of projects are substantially increasing, and most projects are significantly overrunning their budgets. The objective of this research, therefore, is to identify and rank the factors that affect the labour productivity on construction sites. To achieve this objective, a statistically representative sample of contractors was invited to participate in a structured questionnaire survey, comprising 30 productivity factors, classified under the following five primary groups: (1) manpower; (2) external; (3) communication; (4) resources and (5) miscellaneous. The main aim and objective of this study focuses on views from the construction industry about various factors affecting labour productivity, analyses factors affecting the labour productivity impact, and suggests appropriate measures that can be taken to improve labour productivity.

The aviation industry is characterized by complex supply chains, which can pose challenges for ensuring quality processes across all participants. To address this issue, a blockchain-based process quality data sharing platform has been proposed to improve the traceability and transparency of quality-related information among aviation suppliers. This platform allows suppliers to securely share process quality data, such as inspection results and certifications, with their partners in the supply chain. The platform utilizes a permissioned blockchain network, ensuring that only authorized parties have access to the shared data. Smart contracts are used to automate the validation and verification of data, reducing the need for manual intervention and streamlining the quality assurance process. The platform also incorporates a user-friendly interface to enhance ease of use and accessibility. Overall, the proposed platform has the potential to increase efficiency and trust in aviation supply chains by improving the sharing and verification of process quality data.

There is an several kind of risk occurrence due to increasing of construction projects which leads to excessive effects in time and cost basis. It is based on identification, evaluation and management of risk in construction project. Finally, we provide the suggestion to avoid risk and how to rectify the following risk occurrence. That’s why we collected the data in Gantt chart from construction officials and also to receive the information about construction project by questionnaire. From that we analyses the risk by using software like primavera. The data collection is based on two suspects as government and private organization. Apart from that, we referred number of journals which gave some ideas to manage the risk and provide the solution to avoid risk during construction work and also provide kind of solutions for construction risk sector. Risk assessment is a tool to identify those risks in a project and manage it accordingly with proper treatment. Risk assessment is defined in this study as a technique that aims to identify and estimate risks to personnel and property impacted upon by a project. The aim of this project report is to make aware of risk that occur during construction work and give some reasonable solution in construction project with procedures. A brief discussion on application of risk management, hence, somewhat better outcome, avoid risk and value of constructor and client were studied.

Drowsy driving is one of the major causes of accident and death. Most of the conventional methods are either vehicle based, behavioral based or psychological based. Major studies have suggested that around 20% of all road accidents are fatigue related. Drowsy Driving can be extremely dangerous, a lot of road accidents are related to the driver falling asleep while driving and subsequently losing control of the vehicle. However, initial signs of fatigue and drowsiness can be detected before a critical situation arises. A direct way of measuring driver fatigue is measuring the state of the driver drowsiness. So it is very important to detect the drowsiness of the driver to save life and property. A low-cost, real-time Driver’s Drowsiness Detection System is developed with high accuracy. The Video and image are extracted using the webcam. In this work, Facial Landmarks are used to detect the eye closure yawn and head. Haar Cascade Algorithm is used in the proposed work to detect objects in images, irrespective of their scale in image and location. This helps to find the status of the closed eyes or opened mouth like yawning, and any frame finds that has hand gestures like nodding or covering opened mouth with hand as innate nature of humans when trying to control the sleepiness.

Underwater wireless communication (UWC) means the transmission of information using wireless channels through the underwater, i.e. radio frequency waves (RF), acoustic waves and optical waves in an unguided water environment. In this review article we focus on underwater optical wireless communications (UWOCs) using optical waves as transmission medium. UWOCs have a much higher communication frequency and therefore a much higher data rate compared to RF and acoustic counter-parts. Due to this high-speed data transfer advantage, UWOC has been very attractive over the past few years. Many application shave been proposed in UWOC systems for protection of the environment, underwater exploration, emergency alerts and military operations etc. However, underwater absorption, scattering and turbulence processes will introduce attenuation and fading to light propagation and then degrade the performance of underwater wireless optical communications (UWOC). In this review paper we give a detailed overview of turbulence and beam propagation characteristics of different water bodies in UWOC.

The recent trend increases the use of surveillance cameras in many of the private and public premises, which causes the number of surveillance videos to grow exponentially. The information gained from these surveillance videos not only helps the owner of the property, but also helps in crime investigations for police and security officials. Though there are several applications of such videos, yet their storage, management and retrieval processes are still challenging. Hence, it is important to develop an efficient technique to describe a long video into a shorter video with semantic information by eliminating the redundant and unimportant frames. This technique makes the larger video to shrink in length for efficient storage and also helps the users to attain a complete knowledge of the video by only watching the shorter video, without spending more time in watching the original longer video. To achieve this objective, this paper proposes a video summarization technique for summarizing the surveillance videos by extracting the target object using YOLO then discarding the remaining frames and finally combining the extracted key frames into a single video. This method first detects the target object related in the original video frames and then eliminates the remaining frames that are irrelevant without prominent objects, resulting in video with only the key frames which are into the interest of the user, finally those frames are combined to form a summarized video.

To overcome the obstacles like crossing of river, Dam, Heavy Traffic flow in the way of journey Bridges were the part of our day-today life. Construction of such kinds of Bridges were being much challenging. Construction of bridge works are making the life complicated. Much efficient and quick construction of bridges are very important. Cable stayed bridges are visualized for their less construction time, Higher Efficiency. In the construction aspect cable stayed bridges have less supporting points to the ground when compared with traditional Bridges. By thus it is having higher sensitivity to natural calamities like Seismic activity like Earthquakes. Because of supporting long length by pylons the response of these kind of structures should be analyzed for safe construction and better serviceability. The complicated analysis procedure makes the structure safer. The complicated analysis can be simplified by the software’s like Staad Pro. In the software we can create earthquakes in various intensities and the real-time response can be found out. This paper describes more about the cable bridges and their response for the Seismic activity. The analysis procedure is done in Staad Pro and the response of a model cable stayed bridge is figured out for gaining the safety standards for safer construction of Cable Stayed Bridge.
