Breast cancer is one of the main causes of cancer death worldwide. Early diagnostics significantly increases the chances of correct treatment and survival, but this process is tedious and often leads to a disagreement between pathologists. The diagnosis is based on the qualification of histopathologist, who will look for abnormal cells. However, if the histopathologist is not well-trained, this may lead to wrong diagnosis. Computer- aided diagnosis systems showed potential for improving the diagnostic accuracy. In this work, we develop the computational approach based on deep convolution neural networks for breast cancer histology image classification. Hematoxylin and eosin stained breast histology microscopy image dataset is provided as a part of the ICIAR 2018 Grand Challenge on Breast Cancer Histology Images. Our approach utilizes several deep neural network architectures. Convolutional Neural Networks for Binary class classification and multiclass classification. The Binary class classification is used to classify the cancer cells to malignant and benign. And the Multiclass classification these classes into different subclasses like adenosis, fibroadenoma, phyllodes tumour, tabular adenoma for benign class and ductal carcinoma, lobular carcinoma, mucinous carcinoma, papillary carcinoma for malignant class. The result will show Convolutional Neural Networks outperformed the handcrafted feature based classification with high accuracy in both binary and multiclass classification.

Multi-vendor market place allow the vendors sell their products by setting up an exclusive store front. The merchants can oversee co-ordinations, stock, item increments, and so on at their own end. The proprietor of the commercial center can acquire a commission on the offer of each item or by the other income age models. Online e-commerce sites are becoming more. Popular these days and generally meant for online shopping. Every person now-a-days is likely to buy products online as there are more discounts, reviews, ratings of the products. Huge number of alternatives are retrieved for the single user feature input set for a user interested product leading to information overload. This large amount of information will confuse and stop the consumer at some point of purchase. Moreover if the customer is likely to buy the same product with less price, he needs to visit as many sites for the best product. This prompts draw the client’s significant time and exertion. In this paper we separate the information from some online business sites by web rejecting devices. We consider the price, rating, reviews, shipping and cash on delivery basic features from the extraction. Then collect the data from n domains to a single domain apply normalization. Then based on the attributes and features we calculate weight to each product and stored in a sorted order. Based on the user input the top-k products are displayed. Therefore the information overload is reduced and the cross comparison is displayed.

Construction industry is considered as one of the most important and second largest industries in India after agriculture. It is well known that most construction projects in India, especially in Tamil Nadu are exposed to time and cost overrun or both. Time cost schedule is a crucial task in construction project management. This phenomenon may affect the progress of construction industry in India as well as may expose many institutions of construction to be destroyed. For instance; it can materially help to identify the expected financial requirements. It is also an important tool for the time control process. Construction project time schedule is greatly affected by many uncertain but predictable factors. This research lists the main factors affecting time and cost overrun and discusses their influence on schedule performance. The main factors are analysis using Statistical Package for the Social Science. From the analysis planning and scheduling deficiencies, financial unavailability, quality of materials, rain / inclement weather effect, inaccurate time estimates, design changes by owner found to be most critical factors.

Engineered cementitious composite (ECC) is an ultra-ductile cement based material reinforced with fibers. It is also called as Bendable concrete. ECC has many capabilities due to its superior properties characterized by high ductility, low permeability and high tensile strength. In this paper, the conventional concrete and engineered cementitious composite concrete are prepared of M30 grade incorporated with polypropylene fiber and sandwiched using steel mesh and the results are being compared and studied. The flexural behaviour of a sandwiched engineered cementitious composite (ECC) is studied and compared with that observed in a conventional concrete. Results of the sandwiched ECC concrete slab test indicate that brittle failures as shear failure and bond splitting failure observed in the conventional concrete slab can be prevented by using PP-ECC in place of the concrete. As a result, the sandwiched PP-ECC concrete slab indicate excellent ductile manner.

Road accidents can happen due to various causes but drowsiness, rash driving, drinking, and driving are among the most important factors. Driver drowsiness is a serious threat to road safety. Drowsiness affects the drivers’ sensory, cognitive, and psychomotor abilities, which are necessary for safe driving. Most driver monitoring systems already embedded in vehicles to detect drowsiness use vehicle-based features (i.e., measures) computed by outward-facing cameras for lane tracking or steering wheel angle sensors to analyse lane keeping and steering control behaviour. Though various drowsiness detection systems have been developed during last decade based on many factors, still the systems were demanding an improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy, cost, speed, and availability, etc. Drowsiness is a term in which a driver feels sleepy while driving and this can detect it by blinking of eyes and yawning. In this project, proposed an integrated approach depends on the eye and mouth closure status (PERCLOS)) face features of the driver. The Face Detector is used to locate the face of a driver in an image and returns as a bounding box or rectangle box values. The Facial Landmark Shape Predictors uses two algorithms namely fixed thresholding and dynamic frame thresholding to extract the facial features that help in calculating essential parameters, i.e., Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) and Mouth Opening Ratio (MOR). The two methods use both MOR and EAR parameters to decide the driver’s drowsiness level. Then it Alert or warn the driver by playing sounds or voice message. This helps to find the status of the closed eyes or opened mouth like yawning, and any frame finds that has hand gestures like nodding or covering opened mouth with hand as innate nature of humans when trying to control the sleepiness. This system uses computer vision technology which uses cameras to predict the driver’s fatigue and alert the driver to take a rest.

The most important component of any electronic device has historically been the arithmetic and logic unit. An efficient algorithmic function, such as addition and multiplication, which is required for an arithmetic as well as logic unit to be significant in the current improvement. For performing modular arithmetic in several cryptography and pseudorandom bit generator (PRBG) algorithms, the three-operand binary adder is the fundamental functional unit. In this paper, this study purposes a reverse carry propagate adder A carry input signal is more important than the carry output signal because, in the RCPA structure, the carry signal flows counter-clockwise from the most significant bit to the least significant bit. In the presence of delay changes, this carry propagation technique results in greater stability. Three implementations of the reverse carry propagate full-adder cell with different delay, power, energy, and accuracy levels are introduced by this study. As a result, it continues as one of the greatest options for creating huge arithmetic circuits with little increase in area and minimal power and energy usage.
