The effect of income on net profit of banks before and during the Covid-19 pandemic Covid-19大流行之前和期间收入对银行净利润的影响

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the banking sector experienced a decline in performance in terms of funding and lending. This downturn had significant implications on the income and net profit of banks, leading to operational challenges. This study aims to examine the effect of income on net profit before and during Covid-19 in State-Owned Banks (SOBs) in Indonesia. We included all existing SOBs in Indonesia, totaling 64 firms-quarterly observations during the period from 2018 to 2021. The research methodology involved regression analysis and a comparative study using Paired Sample Test. Our findings indicate that income has a significant impact on net profit. Furthermore, we demonstrate that there was no difference in bank income before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there were variations in the net profit obtained by the banks. This phenomenon can be attributed to decreased interest margins as banks had to lower the interest rates on deposits without reducing the interest rates on loans.

Penggunaan Aplikasi Kahoot dalam Meningkatkan Kreatifitas Mahasiswa Kahoot应用程序在提高学生的创造力方面的应用

The main purpose of this study is to find out the benefits of Kahoot learning media in increasing student creativity. This is because the world has entered the 4.0 era by having various types of technological advances. In this case, library research will be carried out, the literature review is obtained through literature review and documentation data. This study is not only in the form of theoretical concepts but also criticizes the study of existing theories to strengthen this literature review. Kahoot is considered a good medium to be used in supporting learning activities at both the school and college levels. Kahoot can increase the creativity of each student by providing an opportunity to process their own use both in terms of questions, answers or methods provided by the kahoot itself. The implementation of the kahoot application itself provides positive reciprocity for lecturers and especially for students. In its implementation, students easily learn from this application, especially in the development of questions that can later be used by students if they become an educator.

This article examines the partnership of Islamic higher education with Islamic religious instructors in mainstreaming religious moderation values. This partnership is conducted to face some challenges in contemporary religious understanding. Religious moderation values, such as tolerance, justice, balance, and humanism, become individual and institutional needs. The type of this research is qualitative research using library-based analysis, which obtains the information from news documents and existing partnership documents. The object of this study is the State Islamic University (UIN) Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember and Islamic Religious Instructors in the Jember regency. This study concludes that the partnership between two institutions supports the mainstreaming of religious moderation values in several forms, including early mapping of religious conflicts, formulating strategies for resolving religious phenomena, and using digital media. These two institutions agreed on several points outlined in their “declaration.” The functions of religious instructors include educative, consultative, informative, and motivational, and Islamic higher education's role is to become a bridge to assist and provide religious education to the community based on religious moderation values, such as tolerance, fairness, and egalitarianism.

Mediating Wasathiyah Islamic with Da’wah in the Public Sphere 在公共领域用达瓦来调解Wasathiyah Islamic

This article focuses on mediating da'wah content through YouTube, packaged in the Islamic concept of wasathiyah. The rampant phenomenon of da'wah content leads to radicals & fundamentals, and even terror on social media causes public unrest. The public space is a space for equality, the emergence of discussions of public issues, and turning public activities and points into inclusive cultural commodities. This study uses a qualitative research method through social semiotic analysis’ Halliday of the object of research on the Jedanulis (based on specific content YouTube) and content analysis of the audience's comments to determine the behavior of users using Netlytic. This is done to determine the audience’s response (as a social media user) to the communicator Husain Jafar Alhadar. The representation of wasathiyah da'wah concludes with a point, which is a source. Ustaz is an actor who conveys divine teachings and promotes a positive image of Islam through inclusive practice in the public sphere. What they get as a message becomes a mirror for the listener. Ustaz is the message itself. Whether faith is good or bad is determined mainly by them. That Ustaz, including Ulama, is not mocking the ummah but inviting the ummah.
