Manajemen Pembelajaran dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Guru di Satuan Paud Sejenis (SPS) Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik 学习管理提高了教师的创造力,在Paud类型的Puspa II Dahanrejo Gresik中

Manajemen merupakan gabungan antara  ilmu dan seni yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan, pengarahan pada suatu organisasi dengan mengoptimalkan sumberdaya yang dimiliki capaian tujuan dan  sasaran organisasi pada semua jenjang pendidikan. Adapun manajemen pembelajaran adalah kemampuan dan ketrampilan guru dalam menciptakan suasana proses belajar mengajar yang kondusif dan mengendalikan segala gangguan ketika  pembelajaran berlangsung. Riset ini merupakan jenis riset deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subyek penelitian kepala SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo dan semua guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi, dengan analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan  penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun tujuannya ingin mendeskripsikan: (1) kegiatan manajemen pembelajaran di SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik; (2) kreativitas guru di SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik; (3) manajemen pembelajaran di SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik ketika mengajar. Dari data yang telah diolah, diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) manajemen pembelajaran yang terlaksana di SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik telah sesuai dengan teori manajemen yaitu guru menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran sebelum mengajar, mengorganisasikan pembelajaran dengan menata lingkungan bermain dan pengelolaan kelas, melaksanakan pembelajaran dikelas atau luar kelas berdasarkan RPPH, mengawasi pembelajaran untuk membe rikan penilaian secara otentik kepada siswa, dan terakhir mengevaluasi pembelajaran untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran selanjutnya. (2) Berdasarkan hasil observasi secara umum guru-guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kreatif agar siswa memiliki antusias ketika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung, namun demikian masih terlihat beberapa guru yang belum memunculkan kreativitasnya sehingga perlu banyak latihan dan bimbingan dari kepada SPS. (3)  Dengan terlaksananya manajemen pembelajaran di SPS Puspa Giri II Dahanrejo Gresik yang telah sesuai dengan teori tersebut menjadikan guru makin kreatif dalam pengajar karena ada kompetisi sehat agar para guru tidak mendapat penilaian buruk dari kepala SPS dan siswa selalu antusias walaupun masih tetap ada guru yang belum mampu menunjukkan kreativitasnya

Peran Orang Tua dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Bantaran Kabupaten Probolinggo

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents in increasing students' learning motivation in this case, of course, as parents have a very large role in the process that children go through in supporting their learning motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach, often described as research that publishes phenomena and social behavior as it exists (in natural setting) and also in accordance with the facts and also existing online media then understood and after that then get data and information to be added and reviewed through small notes then become an existing analysis so that a study is obtained that relevant and accurate. The population and samples used in this study were 5 students consisting of class IV to class V MI Miftahul Arifin and 5 parents, guardians of students and class teachers. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire sent to each student with various types of relevant questions as well as field observations in the form of open interviews during visits to students' homes, the results of the study showed that the education of parents and the closeness of parents with their children very influential on the motivation to learn seen from the results of the questionnaire and interviews that have been conducted by researchers with parents and children.

Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran PAI 孵化学习方法的实现,以提高PAI的学习成绩

Para pakar pendidikan dan hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa, hingga saat ini masih banyak ditemukan peserta didik kita yang dalam belajar cenderung hanya mempelajari materi dengan cara menghafal materi secara normatif saja. Karena itu, perlu diimplementasikan metode-metode yang dapat merangsang daya nalar peserta didik, supaya nalar mereka dapat berfungsi secara baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi metode pembelajaran inkuiri dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru PAI dan sejumlah peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber skundernya adalah data-data dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi penelitian, seperti yang telah menjadi buku, jurnal, majalah, dan lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode inkuiri dapat menjadikan siswa lebih aktif, kreatif, inovatif, mandiri, kritis, dan percaya diri untuk menjadi dirinya sendiri. Para siswa secara umum menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam bernalar, menganalisis, dan mengungkapkan pendapatnya dalam rangka untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang ada.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengalisis teori otoritas kepemimpinan Max Webber dalam kepemimpinan pesantren, khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Pasuruan. Bagaimana seorang Kiai memiliki otoritas yang menjadikannya dipatuhi oleh masyarakat, khususnya lingungan pesantren. Otoritas apa saja yang dimiliki seorang kiai, dan semua itu dianalisi dengan teori otoritas Max Webber. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengalohan data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diproleh Kepemimpinan Kiai Sholeh memiliki otoritas tradisional dan kharismatik, namun kepemimpinan kiai Sholeh tidak termasuk ke dalam otoritas Legal Rasional. Temuan dalam penelitian ini Kiai sholeh tidak memiliki otoritas legal rasional atau berlawanan dengan otoritas rasional yang dikemukakan oleh webber

Analisis Kualitas Butir Soal Ulangan Harian di Sekolah Dasar dengan Model Rasch 用Rasch模型对小学日常考试质量分析

Item analysis can be used to help improve the quality of items through revision or discarding ineffective questions, and can be used as diagnostic information for students, whether they have understood the material that has been taught. In this scientific paper, the researcher will analyze the daily test items using the Rasch model which involves one parameter to measure the level of difficulty of the questions in the class VI circle material at SDN Klakahrejo I/578. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the items and the ability of elementary school students, especially SDN Klakahrejo I/578. This research is an evaluative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that all the questions tested on the test takers were valid and reliable. As a lesson that is very compatible with the world of children's play, the Cultural Arts curriculum should be implemented in such a way so that it can be optimally useful in fostering multiple intelligences, especially at the elementary school level. However, in reality, art lessons are still often underestimated, resulting in less than optimal implementation. Al-Fath Elementary School which is located on Jl. Lengkong Gudang timur-BSD-Tangerang, developing an arts and culture curriculum in the form of majors classes. Apart from being a very rare good practice, these efforts have also yielded positive results, namely the growth of student enthusiasm and community satisfaction with the school. However, over time and the dynamics of education that continue to develop things are discovered; a problem that results in less than optimal art learning in the majors class. This study aims to determine how the development of the Cultural Arts learning curriculum is implemented at SD Al-Fath-BSD and see it from the perspective of curriculum development management. This type of research is field research. Data collection techniques in this study are: observation, interview, and documentation. Then the data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The results showed that the management of curriculum development has been carried out well but requires improvement efforts so that the expected goals can be realized and reap maximum results.

The discussion of this study is to determine the extent of the relationship between character education and stress coping among FKIP students PGSD study program at Nusantara University PGRI Kediri in facing problems during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, because of the many conditions like this. Many students feel boredom and cause stress, one of the causes is the lack of optimal delivery of the material presented. To achieve this goal, researchers used quantitative techniques using correlational research, namely research that aims to find out whether there is a relationship or whether or not it is a relationship. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the product moment technique. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers through the stages of quantitative research, it was found that a significance value of 0.002 with a significance score of less than 0.05 (<0.05) was used as a determination, which means that if Fcount Ftable then H0 is rejected. which shows there is a very significant correlation Coping stress to Character Education. The regression coefficient value of the Coping stress variable based on the calculation results of SPSS version 21.0 is 0.301, which is positive, so it can be said that there is a very significant positive influence. Coping stress on Character Education. The positive influence in this study shows that the higher the Coping stress of a student, the higher the Character Education. Conversely, if the lower the Coping stress of a student, the Character Education of a student will also be lower. A maximum 200 word abstract in English in italics with Cambria 11 point.
