Modal kerja merupakan unsur yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena tanpa modal kerja yang cukup, aktivitas operasional suatu perusahaan tidak dapat dilangsungkan. Untuk dapat menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan untuk mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan yang lainnya, perusahaan harus dapat mengelola seluruh kekayaan, kewajiban, dan modal yang dimiliki semaksimal mungkin. Analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja dan rasio likuiditas (current ratio) sering digunakan sebagai indikator untuk menilai efektivitas dan efisiensi modal kerja suatu perusahaan, dan mengukur kemampuannya dalam melunasi seluruh kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Usaha Dodol Kentang Putri Pancuran Tujuh Lubuk Nagodang Kerinci yang bergerak pada pengolahan dodol Kentang. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dilihat bahwa perkembangan modal kerja bersih yang dimiliki oleh Dodol Kentang Putri Pancuran Tujuh Lubuk Nagodang Kerinci pada tahun 2017-2019 adalah berfluktuasi.

The dynamics of HR management that continues to increase now should encourage management in every organization to change the pattern of HR management. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. The results show that employee job satisfaction is partially and simultaneously influenced by compensation and career development.

Mudarabah is the core of the Islamic cooperation system, which is expected to improve people's welfare. Its practice in Islamic Financial Institutions (IFI) has not realized that goal. One reason is forcing this system to become a profit-oriented formal financial institution. This paper aims to reveal the problems of the institutionalization of mudarabah and attempt to reposition it from IFI to a cooperation system of Islamic socio-economic so that the lofty goals of this system can be realized. This research uses literature and field studies. Data mining techniques use documentation, interviews, and participant observation. The research findings show that four aspects are applied in worksheets that conflict with the essential characteristics of mudarabah, namely, capital and determination of profit sharing, business management, determination of business period, and guarantees. Efforts to reposition mudarabah into the cooperation system of Islamic socio-economic are carried out by removing mudarabah from the IFI and allowing it to become a cultural system that facilitates community needs in economic interaction or to become a cooperation system within the Baitul Mal which positions the Baitul Mal as nothing more than a facilitator that brings together sahibul mal and mudarib.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT FYC Megasolusi Tangerang Selatan sebanyak 60 orang. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh didapat sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,336 > 2,002) sig < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (3,397 > 2,002) sig < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) sehingga Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung 51,725 > Ftable 3,16 sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho3 di tolak dan Ha3, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research is to analyze the effect of leverage on hedging with profitability as a mediating variable in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2015-2020. This research methodology uses quantitative methods with instrument testing using SEM Pls using SmartPLS software. The results show that Leverage has a significant positive effect on Profitability, Leverage has no effect on Hedging, Profitability has a significant positive effect on Hedging, Leverage has an effect on Hedging through Profitability. The limitation in the research is only the object in this study is still limited to companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Economic growth is a leading indicator in measuring a country's well-being. Economic growth in most countries in the world has increased so far. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect economic growth in OIC member countries. The study also aims to determine economic growth in 10 OIC member countries. The results showed that export variables, government spending, human development indices had a significant positive effect on economic growth in the 10 OIC member countries. While the population growth variable, the labor force variable has a significant negative effect on economic growth in the 10 OIC member countries. The variables of the democracy index have no effect on economic growth in the 10 OIC member countries.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to develop and empirically test a research model examining the impact of Antropomorpishm strategy to create impact to build brand awareness and bring interest and to increase sales on 5 legend coffee brand in Bandung City. Design – The research model tested for 488 college students who regularly consumes coffee every day. Data were collected in Bandung using a self-administered onoine survey. Data analysis uses partial least swuares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings – The research found that if a brand uses the Anthropomorpism strategy, it can affect humans emotionally and make the brand closer to the user. The results show that the brand will become one with them because the brand has something unique and familiar to show. Research limitation/implication – Through this research, it is hoped that legendary coffee can be used as input so that the product becomes a product that can innovate and be able to compete with other products even though it already has a brand as legendary coffee. Besides, it is also hoped that this research can be a reference source for future research that has similar topics and discussions. in order to be much better. Originality/value – The role of brand awareness is very important for SMEs so that their products are easily being recognize by consumers. The formation of a brand image can be done using anthropomorphism strategies. Perkembangan industri 4.0 dan pandemi Covid-19 merupakan sebuah fenomena-fenomena besar yang terjadi di Indonesia. Adanya fenomena ini membuat masyarakat dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan jaman yang serba digitalisasi sekarang ini. Seiring dengan adanya fenomena ini pula, perkembangan gadget sangat berkembang pesat, berbagai macam perusahaan elektronik mengeluarkan produk terbaik mereka, tak terkecuali Apple Inc. Perkembangan merek Apple yang sangat pesat membuat peningkatan pangsa pasar perusahaan tersebut kian meningkat setiap tahunnya. Indonesia juga menjadi salah satu negara yang menjadi memiliki banyak konsumen pengguna merek Apple. Hal ini menjadi sebuah pertanyaan ketika seorang konsumen rela membayar lebih tinggi untuk sebuah gadget yang dijual Apple. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Willingness to Pay Premium muncul pada konsumen yang dipengaruhi oleh Brand Love, Brand Commitment, serta Brand Trust. Semua responden adalah pengguna produk apple yang ada di Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan PLS (partial least square) 6.0. dan pengujian analisi uji validitas dan reabilitas menggunakan SPSS 16. semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Hasil dalam pengujian ini menunjukan semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima dan positif.

Tujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh yang ada diantara tata kelola perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan Return on Equity (ROE). Variabel independen yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ukuran direksi, direktur independen, ukuran komite audit, konsentrasi kepemilikan, dan kepemilikan institusional. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan syarat terdapat laporan tahunan dari tahun 2016 – 2020. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan 1899 data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel ukuran direksi dan direktur independen berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Nilai daro Adjusted R-square yang dihasilkan dalam pengujian adalah 0.594549, yang berarti variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 59.4549% variasi variabel ROE, dan 40,5451% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
