Maize Growth Monitoring Based on Embedded Vision System 基于嵌入式视觉系统的玉米生长监测

Monitoring the growth of maize rapidly and accurately is meaningful in research and management. However, traditional plant growth monitoring methods based on machine vision required ideal environment for image measurement, lack of exploration for the application of complex environment. This paper proposed embedded devices in Maize growth environment, extracting features of plant growth in the embedded vision system by the artificial, then monitoring by the user-defined algorithm. Plant growth monitoring system based on embedded device integrates a standard process flow contained five part such as filter, color space transformation, image segmentation, morphological operations and feature quantization. Each step in the process includes a variety of algorithms, users can combine algorithms freestyle to get analysis values of plant on different environment. Continuously monitor the maize plants at jointing stage, the results showed that the determination coefficient of system analysis value and manual measurement value reaches 0.907, which indicated that the system can be used for monitoring maize growth under complex environment.

Study on Refitting of Hydraulic Hatch Cover 液压舱口盖改装研究

Due to the discontinuous structure of hatch cover and multiple loads, deck structural instability is prone to occur in hatch cover position. Taking the modification of hydraulic hatch cover of a buoy tender as an example, this paper focuses on several key technologies involved in the modification of hatch cover, including the adjustment of weight and gravity center of ship in ballast after modification, structure design and strength check of hatch cover. The stress, deformation and buckling strength of hatch cover structure under corresponding load conditions are analyzed by finite element method.

Equipment Development Risk Assessment Based on Least Square Support Vector Machine 基于最小二乘支持向量机的设备开发风险评估

To realize the scientific management of equipment development, a new method based on Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) is proposed for equipment development risk assessment. On the basis of built index system of equipment development risk assessment, LS-SVM is used to establish the risk assessment model for equipment development. The simulation indicates that the method can carry out equipment development risk assessment correctly and effectively.
为实现装备开发的科学管理,提出了一种基于最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVM)的装备开发风险评估方法。在建立装备开发风险评价指标体系的基础上,利用LS-SVM建立装备开发风险评价模型。仿真结果表明,该方法能够正确有效地进行装备研制风险评估。

Analysis and Research on the Characteristics of Boiled Yolk based on Hyperspectral Remote Sensing Images 基于高光谱遥感影像的蛋黄特征分析与研究

Eggs are important nutritional foods in people’s daily life. They are rich in protein and vitamins, as well as a variety of minerals like iron, calcium and phosphorus. Therefore, monitoring egg quality is always a focus problem that people are concerned about. This article breaks through traditional ideas and methods, proposes using hyperspectral remote sensing images to obtain the spectral characteristics of boiled yolk, and establishes the analysis model of egg quality. Through a large number of experiments on different types of eggs, the experimental results are effective, and this shows that the method proposed in this paper is feasible. It provides new ideas and methods for the examination of egg quality and the establishment of traceability system.
鸡蛋是人们日常生活中重要的营养食品。它们富含蛋白质和维生素,以及各种矿物质,如铁、钙和磷。因此,蛋品质量监测一直是人们关注的焦点问题。本文突破传统思路和方法,提出利用高光谱遥感影像获取煮熟蛋黄的光谱特征,建立鸡蛋品质分析模型。通过对不同类型的卵子进行大量实验,实验结果是有效的,说明本文提出的方法是可行的。为鸡蛋质量检验和追溯体系的建立提供了新的思路和方法。

Improved Scheduling Algorithm for Instance-Intensive Cloud Workflow 实例密集型云工作流的改进调度算法

Aimed at optimizing the efficiency of resource scheduling problem in cloud environment, an improved scheduling algorithm is proposed for instance-intensive cloud workflow. It used the direct acyclic graph to model the workflow process, and then the clustering method is employed to classify the cloud service resources, and optimize the resource strategy to match the execution time and cost of the entire workflow instance. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of using cloud resources for scheduling the instance-intensive cloud workflows.
针对云环境下资源调度问题的效率优化问题,提出了一种改进的实例密集型云工作流调度算法。采用直接无环图对工作流过程进行建模,然后采用聚类方法对云服务资源进行分类,优化资源策略以匹配整个工作流实例的执行时间和成本。实验结果表明,该算法可以有效地提高调度效率,降低使用云资源调度实例密集型云工作流的成本。

Application of Convolutional Neural Networks in Remote Sensing Image Classification 卷积神经网络在遥感图像分类中的应用

Aiming at the problem of remote sensing image classification, this paper designs an improved convolutional neural network structure. Combined with the transfer learning method, the classification experiments of different remote sensing image datasets are compared, and the effectiveness and versatility of the proposed method are verified.

Reliability Evaluating Theory for Data Sample with Unknown Priori Information 未知先验信息数据样本可靠性评估理论

Hierarchical maximum entropy Bayesian method is proposed to establish the reliability evaluation model for data sample with unknown priori information. The probability density functions are calculated for different time series using the maximum entropy principles and the Bayesian method is utilized to obtain the posterior sample information for different time intervals. The values of performance continuity relative reliability for time series data sample can be calculated during the corresponding time intervals and the failure degree maintaining optimum performance status in the future can be predicted.
针对未知先验信息的数据样本,提出了层次最大熵贝叶斯方法建立可靠性评估模型。利用最大熵原理计算不同时间序列的概率密度函数,并利用贝叶斯方法获得不同时间间隔的后验样本信息。计算时间序列数据样本在相应时间间隔内的性能连续性相对可靠性值,预测未来保持最佳性能状态的失效程度。

A Research Method of Fishing Vessel Safety Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation 基于AHP和模糊综合评价的渔船安全研究方法

Fishing vessel safety accidents often occur, and the causes are various. If there is a clear understanding of the causes of these frequent accidents, the risk of accidents will be reduced. In this paper, the weights of various safety indicators of fishing vessels are calculated by the combination of AHP and cluster analysis methods. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety of fishing vessels, and the safety status of fishing vessels in Fuzhou is used as a case study to verify. The survey data of fishing boat accidents in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, and the collection of accident data of fishing boats in other coastal cities, collating and analyzing the data, and obtaining the possible risk factors in the fishing production process of fishing vessels, refer to the relevant literature on the factors affecting the safety of fishing vessels and based on the information obtained from field research, the safety evaluation index system of Fuzhou City was constructed. The weights of each index were calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process and the cluster analysis method. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the safety of a fishing boat. In addition, in the process of writing this article, I have contributed my own strength in the early stage of data collection, data analysis and modeling analysis.

Distributed Optimal Economic Dispatch for Smart Grids Based on Multi-Agent System 基于多智能体系统的智能电网分布式最优经济调度

In this works, the economic dispatch problem for smart grids is simplified by the $varepsilon$–exact penalty functions. A novel and systematic distributed optimization algorithm is introduced based on the multi-agent system via the algebraic graph theory. In order to minimize the operation cost in the entire grid, cooperative control of the power outputs of all power generators in the smart grid will be presented by using of the novel optimization algorithm. Furthermore, through the iteration of the penalty parameters and smooth parameters, the convergence of the algorithm is proved. The solution of the penalty optimization problem coincides with the optimal solution of the economic dispatch problem. A numerical example testifies the good performance of the new algorithm.
本文利用精确惩罚函数简化了智能电网的经济调度问题。基于代数图理论,提出了一种基于多智能体系统的分布式优化算法。为了使整个电网的运行成本最小化,将采用新的优化算法对智能电网中所有发电机组的输出功率进行协同控制。通过对惩罚参数和光滑参数的迭代,证明了算法的收敛性。惩罚优化问题的解与经济调度问题的最优解是一致的。数值算例验证了该算法的良好性能。

A novel and systematic distributed optimization algorithm is introduced based on the multi-agent system via the algebraic graph theory. In order to minimize the operation cost in the entire grid, cooperative control of the power outputs of all power generators in the smart grid will be presented by using of the novel optimization algorithm. Furthermore, through the iteration of the penalty parameters and smooth parameters, the convergence of the algorithm is proved. The solution of the penalty optimization problem coincides with the optimal solution of the economic dispatch problem. Application of Improved 2-D Entropy Algorithm in Rubber Tree Image Segmentation 改进二维熵算法在橡胶树图像分割中的应用

The tapping panel dryness (TPD) in Hevea brasiliensis is a complex physiological syndrome and seriously affects the yield of the natural latex from rubber tree. Using image segmentation technology, the proportion of cut and latex area in rubber tree image are calculated to determine grade of TPD. According to the principle of two-dimensional maximum entropy, the global search of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing local hill climbing performance are synthetically selected to determine the optimal segmentation threshold. 276 images selected from the experimental base were tested. The experimental results showed that the method quickly and efficiently realized the extraction of the rubber tree cutting marks and the separation of rubber latex. The accuracy rate of TPD grade was as high as 92.4%, which could effectively prevent the further spread of TPD, and had certain experimental value.
橡胶树攻胶板干燥是一种复杂的生理综合征,严重影响橡胶树天然乳胶的产量。利用图像分割技术,计算橡胶树图像中切割面积与乳胶面积的比例,确定橡胶树的TPD等级。根据二维最大熵原理,综合选择遗传算法的全局搜索和模拟退火局部爬坡性能来确定最优分割阈值。从实验库中选取276张图像进行测试。实验结果表明,该方法快速有效地实现了橡胶树切割痕迹的提取和胶乳的分离。TPD分级准确率高达92.4%,可有效防止TPD进一步扩散,具有一定的实验价值。
