his study aims to analyze the extent to which the level of Teacher Management in improving the character of students, in managing character learning in improving alumni graduates in the world of education and industry, especially in the long term that we are facing today. By analyzing the character learning questionnaire from the teacher's point of view, the research sample was 45 teachers who teach at the SMA and SMK levels, both from public and private schools in the Pesisir Selatan region. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed online using the ms.form link. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of teachers in character learning. From the results obtained, the readiness of teachers in responding to online learning using a learning model is 40% of teachers stated that they are very ready. 25% said they were ready. 15% said they were not ready, 10% said they were not ready and 10% said they were not ready, with the results found from the management of educator readiness in character learning in the future, it can be anticipated to be more effective by looking at the shortcomings and obstacles found in the field through research.

Covid-19 has brought a transformation of the learning process in higher education, from conventional to online learning. Learning process in higher education is using online learning during the covid-19 pandemic period. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementation online learning and exploring student perceptions about online learning at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The research method in this study used mix method, quantitative descriptive and qualitative. The research sample is active students in the faculty of sports science with totall 180 respondents. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Data analysis to answer the research problem use descriptive quantitative and qualitative primary data analysis. The results showed online learning in Higher Education during the covid-19 period could not be fully effective. To carry out effective online learning, students expected responsive communication and feedback from the instructor or instructor.

School leadership is a crucial topic in the improvement of education quality through the role of educational leaders in leading and managing schools effectively and efficiently. Accordingly, the quality of the school leadership is urgent to discuss further. In particular, school leadership skill is an urgent component of which must be carried by the leader if the school will be successful. The main purpose of this study is to explore the school principal skills. A narrative literature review was used to conduct this study in order to investigate and describe the school leadership skills. Based on the result of the review, it was identified the five school leadership skills that can be implemented in the practice of the Indonesian school context. Those skills consist of time management, strategic management, cognitive, interpersonal, and decision-making. All skills are fundamental aspects to build for the betterment of educational management, particularly in managing the school. Theoretically and practically contributions of this study were discussed. Therefore, various research and literature reviews are recommended to conduct for the establishment of the school leadership unity for the Indonesian school context.

Accreditation for higher education institutions is an important part for ensuring the quality of institutions. The percentage of graduating on time is one of important assessments in the accreditation of study programs by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. However, escalating the number of students in Industrial Engineering Study Program, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, is not matched by the number of students who can graduate on time. As a result, there is an accumulation for the number of students. Therefore, this research aimed to conduct factor analysis of study completion delay for students in Industrial Engineering Study Program, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Industrial Engineering students who experienced of study completion delay. The questionnaire contained questions related to 9 variables, named intelligence, interests, talents, relationship with family member, relationship with other students, discipline, and completion of final project. Factor analysis by using Principal Component Analysis was conducted to determine formed factors. The result showed there were 2 factors formed from 8 variables. The first factor was Potential and Completion of Final Project with eigen value 3.434 and variance could be explained from this factor was 43.434%. Meanwhile, the second factor was the Family and Campus Environment with eigen value 1.015 and variance could be explained from this factor was 12.685%. Thus, study program can determine the appropriate strategy based on the result of factor analysis.

Study club is an interest-based communities that become the hallmark of lectures and Physiotherapy studies at University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The academic department of study club consists of Sport Physio UMS, Fisiopedi UMS, Geriatric Wellness Club, and Neurologycal Physiotherapy Study Club. The Purpose was to determine the influence of the study club on improving the learning achievement and to find out the increasing on learning achievement of University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta 2016 undergraduate class physiotherapy that taking part of study club. The type of research based on the method is survey and according to the level of explanation is descriptive with a sample of 102 respondents. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The results using simple linear regression obtained the value of R (correlation) of 0.496 which means a positive correlation between student achievement with study club, along with the greater of semesters in attending a study club, the learning achievement increases. The value of R² (coefficient of determination) which shows the contribution of study clubs to an increase in learning achievement by 24.6%. The constant value is 3.218 with the study club regression coefficient of 0.115, which means that the constant value for students who do not take the study club is 3.218 and will get a grade point increase of 0.115 each following a semester club study. In general, there is an increase in the average student achievement index taking part in the study club.

Educational institution such as schools rely heavily on the performance of their teachers in implementing educational practices. Therefore, it is very important for educational institution in managing the teachers’ performance. Factors that are thought to affect performance include organizational justice, motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of organizational justice, work motivation, and job satisfaction on perceptions of the performance of 64 teachers in XYZ junior dan senior high school. The research data obtained were analyzed using a quantitative approach with the PLS-SEM method. The research instrument, a questionnaire to measure the impact of four variables. The results of this study showed that organizational justice, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on the performance of XYZ Middle and High School teachers. Job satisfaction variables succeeded in mediating the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, but on the other hand, job satisfaction did not succeed in mediating the effect of organizational justice on teacher performance.

The research aimed; To analyze the planning industrial apprenticeship of productive teachers in computer and network engineering at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency, elaborate the problem in processing of apprenticeship computer and network engineering teacher at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency, and to evaluate of industrial apprenticeship computer and network engineering teacher at Vocational High School in Cilacap Regency. This research was done in two Vocational High School which had done industrial apprenticeship for teacher expertise competence in computer and network, they were SMK N 1 Binangun and SMK N 1 Cilacap. The method used in research were descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data obtained by obtaining some facts from direct interviewee. The research subjects were taken using random techniques based on area (Cluster Random Sampling), data collection validation technique using triangulation research evidence. Data analysis using interactive method by Miles Huberman that begun with data collection, reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that the planning of internship work for productive TKJ teachers needed to be made technical instructions for internship activities, the implementation of the internship showed that the competence, implementation of K3, practical equipment in schools were not in accordance with industry standards, evaluation of apprenticeship activities included adding apprenticeship quota, upgrading teacher competence, synchronization equipment, industry standard curriculum. It is hoped that the next teacher internship research will be able to determine the time, competence, and standard internship equipment with the industry.
研究的目的是;分析南京市中职计算机网络工程生产性教师产业学徒制的规划情况,阐述南京市中职计算机网络工程教师学徒制处理中存在的问题,并对南京市中职计算机网络工程教师产业学徒制进行评价。本研究以两所已实施工业学徒制的中职中学为研究对象,分别为宾君中学和慈乐中学。在研究中使用的方法是描述性和定性的方法。研究数据是通过从直接受访者那里获得一些事实而获得的。研究对象采用基于区域的随机抽样技术(Cluster random Sampling),数据采集采用三角法验证研究证据技术。Miles Huberman使用交互式方法进行数据分析,从数据收集、简化、数据呈现和数据验证开始。结果表明:生产性TKJ教师实习工作的规划需要对实习活动进行技术指导;实习活动的实施显示学校的能力、实施K3、实用设备不符合行业标准;对学徒活动的评价包括增加学徒配额、提升教师能力、同步设备、行业标准课程。希望今后的教师实习研究能够确定实习的时间、能力,以及实习设备的标准与业界接轨。

INCREASING TEACHER CREATIVITY THROUGH ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURETeachers are required to be creative in developing learning activity. This study aimed to find out how teacher creativity has strongly relationships with the achievement motivation and organizational culture. This study was conducted on 134 samples of foundation permanent teachers (GTY) of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools. They were selected proportionally by using proportional random sampling techniques spread across 9 schools in Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City with a significance level of 0.05. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with correlation techniques. The findings of this study, namely: (1) There was a positive relationship with the level of a strong relationship on achievement motivation (X1) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.7836 and a regression equation Ŷ = 32.539 + 0.730X1; (2) There was a positive relationship with the level of strong relationship in organizational culture (X2) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.6100 and a regression equation Ŷ = 51.915+ 0.520X2; and (3) There was a positive relationship with the level a very strong of relationship in achievement motivation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.8232 and a regression equation Ŷ = 14.787 + 0.594X1 + 0,248X2. Based on these findings, teacher creativity can be enhanced by increasing teacher achievement motivation and school organizational culture as well.

This study aimed to find out how teacher creativity has strongly relationships with the achievement motivation and organizational culture. This study was conducted on 134 samples of foundation permanent teachers (GTY) of Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools. They were selected proportionally by using proportional random sampling techniques spread across 9 schools in Tanah Sareal District, Bogor City with a significance level of 0.05. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with correlation techniques. The findings of this study, namely: (1) There was a positive relationship with the level of a strong relationship on achievement motivation (X1) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.7836 and a regression equation Ŷ = 32.539 + 0.730X1; (2) There was a positive relationship with the level of strong relationship in organizational culture (X2) with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.6100 and a regression equation Ŷ = 51.915+ 0.520X2; and (3) There was a positive relationship with the level a very strong of relationship in achievement motivation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together with teacher creativity (Y) with a correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.8232 and a regression equation Ŷ = 14.787 + 0.594X1 + 0,248X2. IMPROVING TEACHER ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR BY STRENGTENING OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION AND PRINCIPAL TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIPThis study is intended to empirically determining the relationship between Strengthening of Learning Organization and Principal Transformational Leadership towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study were permanent teachers of the Private Junior High Schools foundations accredited A, in Central Bogor Distric, Bogor City. There were 102 teachers who were taken by porpotional random sampling. The method using was correlational method. The hypothesis testing was carried out using parametic statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear, regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis where the significant levels of α = 0,05 and 0,01. This research resulted in four conclutions and followed by the SITOREM analysis stage. Firstly, there was very significant possitive corellation between the Strengthening of the Learning Organization and the OCB. It was indicated by the corellation coefficient ry1=0,522, supported by the regression equation Ŷ = 60,9380+ 0,4019X1 and the determination coefficient r2y=0,2724. Secondly, there was very significant possitive corellation between principal transformational leadership and the OCB. It was indicated by the corellation coefficient ry1=0,493, supported by the regression equation Ŷ = 63,8397 + 0.4146X2, and the determination coefficient r2y=0,2430. Thirdly, there was very significant possitive corellation between both strengthening of Learning Organization and principal transformational leadership towards the OCB. It was indicated by the corellation coefficient ry.12=0,541, supported by the regression equation Ŷ = 54,4963 + 0.2698X1 + 0.1870X2, and the determination coefficient r2y=0,2927. Fourthly, OCB could be improved by strengthening the Learning Organization and principal transformational leadership, both separately or altogether. It can be concluded that OCB can be improved by strengthening Learning Organization and principal transformational leadership. The results of the SITOREM analysis ftgured out that the components of strengthening of learning organization, principal transformational leadership, and OCB were gaining 13 good indicators that they could be maintained, which were: (1) Mental Models, (2) Inspirational Motivation, (3) Intellectual Stimulation, (4) Concientousness, (5).Personal Mastery, (6) Sportmanship, (7) Systemic Thinking, (8) Contingen Reward, (9) Idealized Influence, (10) Courtesy, (11) Teams Learning, (12) Shared Vision, (13) Individualized Consideration. Meanwhile, there were 2 indicators those were still needed to be improved, namely: (1) Altruisme and (2) Civic Virtue,

IMPROVING ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) THROUGH STRENGTHENING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND TEACHER JOB SATISFACTIONService quality is a management resource that is very important to be considered in order to achieve the goals of national education. However, the preliminary survey results indicated that the quality of teacher services were still needed to be improved. The aim of this study was to find efforts to improve teacher service quality (Y) just like the research theme which was through a study of the influencing power between the independent variables of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) and Proffessional Commitment (X3) as an intermediary variable (intervening). . This research was conducted at 12 private senior high schools in Cibadak commissariat, Sukabumi regency, where the total research object was 109 permanent teachers. The implemented research approach was the POP-SDM approaching that was modeling and optimization of management resources strengthening. POP-SDM was to combine the qualitative researches inorder to find out the constellation of influencies among the variables, the statistical mathematical models to improve the quality of teacher services and the determination of research hypotheses and quantitative research to prove the research hypothesis generated in the qualitative research. The research method used was a path analysis to determine the influence among the variables studied and Sitorem analysis for indicator analysis. The results of the study resulted in a service quality improvement model where the mathematical model was Ŷ = 0.217X1 + 0.451X2 + 0.40X3 + 0.647 wheather X1 was the teacher job satisfaction, X2 was the teacher work motivation and X3 was professional commitment. While the optimal solution found out that there were 3 indicators which already satisfied so that they were only needed to be maintained or developed. They were consists of achievement, seriousness in carrying out their duties, and emotional bonding to the profession. Beside that, there were 22 indicators that were still weak so that they were needed to be improved where the improvement order of priority were as follows: responsibility, progression, organizational procedures, working conditions, recognition, status, rewards, benefits, loyalty, opportunities, dedication, working atmosphere, type of work, supervision, coworker support, salary, promotion opportunities, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, empathy and direct evidence.
