Model pembelajaran klasikal dan kelompok sangat berhubungan erat. Pembelajaran klasikal merupakan kegiatan/aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh tenaga pendidik secara bersama – bersama dengan peserta didik dalam kelompok besar melakukan kegiatan atau aktivitas di dalam kelas secara bersama dengan dengan jumlah peserta didik yang banyak. Sedangkan model pembelajaran kelompok adalah strategi pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru ialah dengan melibatkan setiap anak untuk bergabung dan berpartisipasi dengan membentuk satu kelompok kecil untuk menciptakan interaksi terhadap pendidik dengan peserta didik, peserta didik dan peserta didik lainnya. Sebagai seorang tenaga pendidik harus memiliki ide yang kreatif dalam menciptakan model pembelajaran di dalam ruangan kelas. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik belajar siswa sehingga akan meningkatkan tingkat kecerdasan siswa siswa/i dalam proses pembelajaran mengajar serta untuk menciptakan siswa siswi menjadi aktif bukan pasif. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan kuantitatif untuk menemukan pengaruh pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kelompok dan klasikal terhadap kecerdasan siswa/i. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di sekolah BPK PENABUR JAKARTA untuk guru-guru divisi Kindergarten. Total sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 peserta didik. Peneliti sudah melakukan penelitian di sekolah tersebut dengan ditemukan pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran klasikal sebesar 54,9%. Sedangkan pengaruh model pembelajaran kelompok terhadap kecerdasan siswa ditemukan sebesar 28,3%. Peneliti juga menemukan adanya pengaruh kedua variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yaitu sebesar 0,578 atau 57,8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model klasikal dan model kelompok secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kecerdasan peserta didik sebesar 57,8% sedangkan 42,2% faktor lain juga mempengaruhi kecerdasan peserta didik.

Peneliti sudah melakukan penelitian di sekolah tersebut dengan ditemukan pengaruh pengaruh model pembelajaran klasikal sebesar 54,9%. Sedangkan pengaruh model pembelajaran kelompok terhadap kecerdasan siswa ditemukan sebesar 28,3%. Peneliti juga menemukan adanya pengaruh kedua variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yaitu sebesar 0,578 atau 57,8%. Seorang guru dengan iklim organisasi yang mendukung untuk berpikiran positif serta nyaman dapat mendidik dengan lebih semangat hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan sekolah dan siswa yang merupakan para penerus untuk membangun negeri ini menjadi semakin maju.oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada guru SMP Islam. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Islam sejumlah 59 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala OCB, skala iklim organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi. Uji reliabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan alpha cronbach. Skala OCB memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,910, iklim organisasi memiliki memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,964, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,942. Penelitian ini meggunakan Teknik path analysis dan uji causal step. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu komitmen organisasi memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap OCB pada guru SMP Islam. Nilai F sebesar 21,913 dengan p sebesar 0,00 (<0,05), t sebesar 2,624. Koefisien determinan menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi memberikan sumbangan 43,9% pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap OCB.

Over time the handling of covid is getting better, although in its implementation there are still problems from educational institutions that have to re-regulate the order of education. Likewise with the environment of Pesantren, entering the endemic period of the pesantren environment began to make various preparations to be able to return to face-to-face activities, preparations were made as a form of protocol to stay safe and inhibit the spread of existing ones. This preparation is a step towards dealing with the problem of the educational order. This research aims to find out the services provided by islamic boarding schools to their students duringthe face-to-face teaching process that takes place during the transition to endemic. This research is an exploratory qualitative, with a type of field research. Exploratory qualitative research to understand events, actions, and processes in the context of life. peliti carried out data collection with observations, interviews and documentation on several activities and informants at one of the Pesantren huts on madura island which lasted for eight months. The results of the study, namely 1) Theinhibition of activities outside the Islamic boarding school, 2) Theleveling of sick students every week to be treated immediately by the health department, 3) the provision of vitamins or supplements to good students. as well as the pick-up of students outside the island of J awa, especially those who will return to pesantren.

Assets are one of the determining factors for a school to be advanced and of high quality. The more assets owned by a school show maturity in terms of facilities and infrastructure as well as development. Moreover, SLBN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti is the only Extraordinary School located in Linggo Sari Baganti District where every year it always receives assistance in many aspects. This is not comparable to the process of managing these assets which is still done manually through data collection that is still in the ledger. The purpose of this research is to design a computerized system to be able to carry out the procurement of goods, borrowing, returning, repairing goods to the procurement of consumables quickly and accurately. So that the results of this study are in the form of a system that can be utilized by asset management personnel at SLBN Linggo Sari Baganti to assist their activities so that they can be carried out effectively, quickly and precisely

Emergency Curriculum is an education unit level curriculum that is prepared and implemented by education units during an emergency by taking into account the applicable regulatory signs and the limited conditions of each educational unit during an emergency. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of implementation of the emergency curriculum at state madrasah, and to determine the process of implementing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The objects of this research are teachers at the State Islamic School (MIN) Lima Puluh Kota. The results of the research on aspects of the implementation of the emergency curriculum, the application of learning principles, the implementation of learning activities, and the evaluation of learning showed a high category. This means that the emergency curriculum has been socialized and implemented in madrasah. as well as teachers who have implemented aspects of the curriculum in the learning process. The geographical conditions and situations where students live must be a concern in implementing distance learning using internet media, because in certain conditions the network is not capable of being used so that the learning process does not take place optimally. In the learning process, teachers still have to consider the conditions, needs and characteristics of each student (related to student conditions), accommodate different student conditions, support facilities, learning styles and learning needs. There are some students who are constrained by the network, learning tools, and the use of learning media.

Teknologi informasi digital menjadi media digital marketing bagi lembaga jasa pendidikan, dalam memperkenalkan sekaligus memperbaiki citra pendidikan. Melalui pemasaran digital, calon konsumen akan mengenal, dan tertarik untuk lebih mengetahui lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi marketing yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan citra pendidikan pada lembaga pendidikan, serta menjelaskan platform digital marketing apa yang strategis untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat memilih tempat pendidikan yang ditawarkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review, dengan sumber analisis dari artikel-artikel jurnal ilmiah yang bereputasi. Hasil analisis ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa pemasar jasa pendidikan sebaiknya melakukan identifikasi terlebih dahulu atas permasalahan, kebutuhan, keinginan dan potensi masyarakat, kemudian melakukan segmentasi pasar, targeting, dan positioning pada produk jasa pendidikan. Pemasaran jasa pendidikan dilakukan dengan teknik pemasaran yang dikenal dengan bauran pemasaran 7P, yaitu penentuan produk (product), harga (price), lokasi (place), promosi (promotion), orang (people), proses (process), dan bukti fisik (physical evidence).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in leadership behavior of elementary school principals in Singapore and Indonesia based on behavioral approaches. The research was conducted with a case study qualitative design. Data collection techniques were carried out by using questionnaires and literature studies. The data were then analyzed by using inductive analysis techniques. The results of this study found differences in leadership behavior between principals in Singapore and Indonesia, where principals in Singapore led to the Team Management type of leadership behavior (9.9), while school principals in Indonesia led to the Authority-Compliance Management type of leadership behavior (9, 9). 1). This study then provides a study of the impact of each type of leadership behavior on school success. It is hoped that this study can be useful for school principals to be able to apply the type of leadership behavior of Team Management (9.9) which leads to optimization of educational attainment.

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the relationship between principal's leadership and teacher's performance ; (2) relationship between organizational culture and teacher's performance ; (3)and the relationship between principals' leadership and organizational culture simultaneously to the performance of teachers at the Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School in Cilegon. This research is quantitative research, collecting data conducted by using questionnaire and documentation. This research was held at Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School in Cilegon, with the population of 60 people with a total sample of 40 respondents. The result of this study are: (1) principal's leadership can affect teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.935; (2) Organizational culture can affect teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.749; (3) The results of the multiple correlation test shows that the principal's leadership and teacher's organizational culture simultaneously influence the performance of Madinatul Hadid Islamic Middle School teachers in Cilegon at 34.45%, while the remaining 65.55% is influenced by other factors that need further investigation by anyone who is interested. This study shows that a strong principal’s leadership style and an inherent organizational culture will improve teacher performance in teaching.

Today's global world changes encourage schools to start making organizational changes. School leaders are expected to be able to develop competitive strategies and create organizational changes in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational change in elementary schools. This study uses a quantitative approach using simple linear regression test data analysis techniques. The independent variable in this study is the principal's transformational leadership while the dependent variable is organizational change. The sample was 396 respondents with simple random sampling method. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has an effect on organizational change in elementary schools. Organizational changes in elementary schools by 60% are influenced by the principal transformational leadership.
