This study aims to examine the direct effect of job stress and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of knowledge sharing as a moderator in the relationship between job stress and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. The data in this study were collected from 2,277 respondents who are teaching staff at higher education institutions in Indonesia. This study adopts a structural equation model approach with partial least squares testing (SEM-PLS) as a data analysis technique. This research proves that job stress and transformational leadership have a significant direct effect on innovative work behavior. This study also found that the link between job stress and transformational leadership and innovative work behavior is significantly mediated by knowledge sharing. The conclusion of this research reveals that knowledge sharing is a key driver of innovative work behavior among university academic staff in Indonesia. It is important to create a collaborative and supportive work environment, fosters creativity and innovation, and enables academic staff to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in their field.

Financial distress is a condition where a company is unable to meet its obligations when they directed to bankruptcy. The purpose of this study was to analyze influence of corporate governance, profitability, liquidity, leverage and earning growth on financial distress. Research sample data used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the main board and development board on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Logistic regression analysis had been applied to analyze data of study. The results show that the factors that influence Financial Distress in manufacturing companies on the main board and development board were different. For manufacturing companies on main board, influencing factors of financial distress were independent audit committee, liquidity, leverage, and earning growth. Meanwhile, board size, profitability, liquidity, leverage and earning growth were influencing factors of financial distress for manufacturing companies on development board.

Due to growing competition, customer retention has become a big problem in many service companies. Within a conceptual model for consumer switching intention, this article examines the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction, and switching intention to green products, all of which are controlled by online information. Even though scholars have researched consumer switching intentions and the elements that influence them, the complex structural processes that minimize the chance of switching intentions in higher education institutions have remained unstudied. This paper addresses the role of customer experience and customer satisfaction to switching intentions moderated by online information. Data is collected through a questionnaire survey. This study employs purposive sampling to obtain respondents (n = 135), with the criteria, students at Universitas Negeri Semarang, a Conservatory University, who wish to switch to green products. Empirical findings support the proposed model and hypotheses, demonstrating that (1) customer satisfaction is negatively related to switching intention, and (2) The online information factor further strengthens the relationship between customer satisfaction and switching intention. The findings of this study provide a unified understanding of the structural relationships that contribute to increased green switching intention to the development of disconfirmation theories in the higher-education context. Implementing a green campus within Universitas Negeri Semarang, campus communities are encouraged to switch to environmentally friendly products to support green campus policies.

The high uncertainty in the capital market due to some crises that hit the world over the last few decades has the potential to cause herding behavior in the aggregate capital market, both in developed and emerging capital markets. The main objective of this study is to detect the existence of herding behavior, including asymmetric herding and global factor drives (oil prices and fed fund rates) on aggregate herding behavior in the Indonesian and Singapore capital markets during the period Jan 2015 to December 2020. This study employs a cross-sectional dispersion approach to achieve study goals. Research findings denote aggregate herding behavior occurs only in the Singapore capital market, while in Indonesia no herding behavior is detected. Asymmetric herding testing for both capital markets revealed no herding tendency in up and down market conditions. This condition implies that low volatility cannot ensure the absence of aggregate herding behavior. Global factors have proven to significantly drive herding behavior in the Singapore capital market, while in Indonesia it is only the oil price. The findings of this study will provide information that policymakers can use to maintain capital market stability in both countries.

Dalam penelitian ini akan ditentukan dan dikaji dampak Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) dan Non Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengambil sampel penelitian ini, menghasilkan sampel 4 perusahaan dan total 20 data. Teknik analisis data memakai regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan data bahwa DPK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. NPF tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,392 > 0,05. DPK dan NPF secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman pengelolaan keuangan, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan dukungan pemerintah serta menguji kembali pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Responden penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM di Kota Mataram, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 120 pelaku usaha dari 6 (enam) kecamatan,ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik sampling stratified. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengelolaan keuangan dan kompetensi SDM terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan dukungan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh terhadapkinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan insight terkini tentang kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan dan kompetensi dasar dari pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola usahanya. Dukungan positif dari Pemerintah Kota Mataram juga dirasakan dengan baik oleh pelaku usaha.

Pemasaran melalui komunitas memberi banyak peluang pada merek untuk mendapat masukan dan umpan balik. Penelitian sebelumnya telah mengungkapan bahwa keterlibatan konsumen dalam komunitas merek akan menuntun mereka pada loyalitas merek. Keterlibatan konsumen dalam komunitas ini didorong dari adanya rasa berkomunitas yang tinggi dan juga terdapat norma dalam komunitas yang mengikat para anggota komunitas. Penelitian ini akan mencoba melakukan pengujian yang lebih jauh mengenai dorongan dari mana yang memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar pada keterlibatan konsumen dalam komunitas. Apakah dorongan dari dalam diri anggota komunitas atau dorongan dari norma yang melekat dalam komunitas tersebut. penelitian ini menggunakan komunitas penggemar K-POP di surakarta sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh religiusitas dan green consciousness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Green. Kecenderungan menuju pemasaran hijau sebagai salah satu alasan untuk lebih memperhatikan masalah lingkungan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran religiusitas dan green consciousness dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan green consciousness mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hypotesis testing, dengan metode SEM (structural equation modeling) dengan melakukan pengumpulan data terhadap objek penelitian kepada karyawan yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Telekomunikasi yang berada di wilayah Jakarta. Terdapat pengaruh positif pada variable Social Media Technologies dan varibale Inclusive Leadership terhadap Organizational Learning dan pengaruh positif pada variable Organizational Learning terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.

The capital market is one of the long-term financial instrument trading platforms in a country in carrying out its function, which is to attract investors to invest. The growth of the Indonesian capital market is expected to continue to be positive and sustainable with transparent information. The development of information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic which first appeared in China had an impact on its economic sector. The corona virus has spread throughout the world including Indonesia, the emergence of cases of transmission and the number of victims that continues to increase has an impact on weakening people's purchasing power. This study used the Paired Sample T-test and Normality method with SPSS 23. The period used was monthly, starting from May 2018 to October 2020 before and after the pandemic case occurred. The first data analysis used was the normality test with the Shapiro-Wilk test approach. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted, it can be seen that there is a significant difference from the value of the Indonesian Composite Stock Price Index for the last 15 months which shows positive and significant results where the hypothesis test accepts the hypothesis Ha and rejects H0. These results are in line with research conducted by previous researchers before and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
