This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, entrepreneurial leadership, and intrinsic motivation on employee creativity and to investigate the role of intrinsic motivation as a mediation. This research was conducted in the export craft industry, with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to 114 employees, then the data is evaluated with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership is related to intrinsic motivation and employee creativity. While entrepreneurial leadership is related to creativity but not related to intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation has been shown to mediate transformational leadership and not to mediate entrepreneurial leadership. These results can practically provide leaders with paying attention to intrinsic motivation to increase employee creativity.

A study of intellectual capital was conducted to determine whether it can predict firm value by moderated ROA. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data from 240 observational datasets. Purposive sampling selection with company criteria in the LQ-45 index is used as a selection method consecutively from 2017 to 2020. The method of data analysis was panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The best estimation model used is the Fixed Effect model. We find that intellectual capital predicts the firm value. We also investigated that value-added capital employed and structural capital value added had a significant effect on firm value. In contrast, value-added human capital had no effect on firm value. We prove that profitability moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value. The findings reveal that intellectual capital is an important determinant of a firm's value, thus the company of the LQ-45 index in developing economies like Indonesia needs to enhance their intellectual potential. Therefore, companies must stimulate the growth of capital employed and the efficiency of structural capital for enhanced firm value by strengthening ROA performance. This allows managers to allocate resources to critical knowledge assets for intellectual capital that can be turned into a sustainable competitive advantage.

For businesses to survive, innovation is essential. As a result, business experts and academics engaged in extensive discussions about encouraging creativity in corporate settings. However, most of the present literature focuses on the performance management paradigm when discussing innovation. Innovation is a resource-intensive process that, while it improves corporate performance, drains employees' resources. Thus, evaluating innovation through more critical lenses is needed. Through the lenses of the Theory of Conservation of Resources and Job Demand Resources Model, this research views innovation as a job demand and well-being oriented management as human resource intervention to enhance employee well-being. This intervention provides additional resources for employees to conduct innovation through knowledge sharing and is moderated by innovation climate. Purposive sampling is employed for this research survey and yields 150 valid responses. The data is then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result shows that well-being oriented management positively influences knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing positively influences innovative work behavior. Furthermore, knowledge sharing is also proven to mediate between well-being-oriented management and innovative work behavior. Moreover, innovation climate does not moderate the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative work behavior. The result implies that managers must uphold their staff members' well-being by employing well-being-oriented management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Non Performing Financing (NPF), Financing Debt to Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) dan Operating Costs dibandingkan dengan Operating Income (BOPO) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia selama periode 2016 – 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia selama periode 2016 – 2020. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan strategi purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan. kriteria, sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat 10 Bank Umum Syariah yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26 sebagai alat analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 96,50% profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh NPF, FDR, CAR dan BOPO, sisanya 3,50% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam pelajaran ini.
本研究旨在分析2016年至2020年印尼伊斯兰公共银行资产回报率(ROA)的非金融行为、经济动荡(FDR)、资本Adequacy Ratio (CAR)和操作投资(BOPO)对资产回报率(ROA)的影响。本研究的人口是2016年至2020年印尼的14家伊斯兰公立银行。选择样本采用采样策略,即根据规定的抽样技术进行抽样。标准,因此在这项研究中,有10家符合伊斯兰公共银行作为研究样本的标准。本研究使用的分析技术是使用SPSS 26应用程序作为数据分析工具进行的多元线性回归分析。根据所进行的研究,这项研究表明,印尼伊斯兰公共银行96.50%的盈利能力受到了NPF、FDR、CAR和BOPO的影响,剩下的3.50%受到了本课未研究的其他因素的影响。

Proses produksi pada UD. Putri Ragil belum maksimal karena terbatasnya kepemilikan teknologi dan sarana produksi. Adanya hal tersebut, mengupayakan memenuhi teknologi dan sarana produksi agar terjadinya peningkatan produktivitas. Namun pada kenyataannya kepemilikan teknologi tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, karena teknologi dan sarana produksi yang dimiliki tidak sesuai harapan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasikan tingkat produktivitas, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas, dan strategi peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian adalah: 1) Tingkat produktivitas didasarkan pada hasil pengukuran produktivitas menunjukkan bahwa UD. Putri Ragil tingkat produktivitasnya tergolong rendah. 2) Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pada UD. Putri Ragil ada empat faktor yaitu motivasi, keterampilan, teknologi, dan sarana produksi. 3) Strategi peningkatan produktivitas yang telah dilakukan pada UD. Putri Ragil sesuai dengan teori Chase dan Aquilano. Namun hanya pada aspek perbaikan produk, perbaikan pekerjaan, metode pemotivasian pekerja yang memberi hasil maksimal. Sedangkan pada aspek perbaikan proses, perbaikan tugas, dan perubahan organisasional tidak memberi hasil maksimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat yang berinvestasi di pasar modal terkhusus saham untuk mengetahui jenis saham gorengan yang dapat memanipulasi investor pemula agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian financial. Saham pom-pom atau Pump and Dump hanya ditaklukan seorang inverstor atau trader yang sudah memiliki jam terbang yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data informasi menggunakan data sekunder yang merupakan data-data yang telah tersedia melalui jurnal, buku, dan sumber pendukung faktual lainnya. Selain itu, analisis data informasi yang digunakan menggunakan metode obervasi yaitu pengamatan dan penelitian melalui website stockbit, untuk melihat pergerakan saham dalam masa 5 (lima) tahun berjalan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa saham gorengan menjadi saham berisiko tinggi, yang hanya ditaklukan oleh investor yang mempunyai profil resiko agresif dan seorang profesional. Upaya mengerek saham merupakan hal yang dilarang oleh negara dan agama. Karena terdapat manipulasi pasar oleh pihak-pihak terkait yang kemungkinan terjadinya kerugian dalam waktu singkat.

Perkembangan asuransi syariah di Indonesia saat ini mulai menunjukkan peningkatan. Dengan lebih sadarnya masyarakat di Indonesia, terutama kaum muslim akan pentingnya pengendalian risiko di masa yang akan datang. Jiwa sosial yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat muslim di Indonesia dengan usaha saling tolong-menolong juga menjadikan perkembangan signifikan bagi asuransi syariah yang ada. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan uji penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode studi pustaka. Hasilnya keberadaan asuransi syariah tidak hanya penting untuk individu, namun juga penting kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengisi celah tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran konkrit tentang pengaruh antara pengalaman dan kreativitas terhadap produktivitas. Dengan menggunakan kuisener dan analisis regresi berganda di dapatkan hasil bahwa secara bersama pengalaman kerja dan kreativitas sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, namun secara parsial hanya pengalaman kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sedangkan kreativitas sumber daya manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh.

Bank Mini Syariah UIN Sunan Ampel, yang hanya beroperasi di lingkup UIN Sunan Ampel saja juga mempraktikkan secara lansung kegiatan dalam perbankan syariah. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber dana yang diperoleh BMS UINSA. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka dan wawancara. Sumber dana pada BMS UINSA berasal dari modal inti yang berupa saham dengan 1 orang minimal 100 ribu dan dana pihak ketiga berupa produk tabungan wadiah dan deposito mudharabah. Sama seperti bank pada umumnya karena BMS UINSA menggunakan sistem yang umumnya dipakai, bedanya hanya pada nasabahnya, dimana nasabahnya semua warga kampus seperti mahasiswa, dosen dan juga karyawan UINSA.

The purpose of this research was to examine the role of capital structure in mediating the effect of profitability, firm size, and liquidity towards firm value. The object of this research in manufacturing companies which is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data from the 2017-2020 annual financial statements. The collection technique in this research was purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis results showed that the profitability has a negative effect toward capital structure, firm size has a positive effect toward capital structure, while liquidity has a negative effect toward capital structure. Meanwhile the profitability has a positive effect toward firm value, firm size has a negative effect toward firm value, while liquidity has no effect toward firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the effect of profitability, firm size and liquidity towards firm value.
