Measurement of the Leakage Current in a Test Chamber needs to be done to find out the durability characteristics of 20kV insulator against high-voltage. Durability of insulating material especially 20 kV insulator was heavily influenced by the state of the environment, particularly the temperature and humidity are very diverse, therefore to obtain accurate test results required a test chamber with temperature and humidity similar to State of the environment. However, the currently test chamber that often used for testing of insulating material does not have temperature and humidity controller so that the test results of electrical materials are not accurate. In this paper, a 20 kV isolator leakage current test chamber is designed with a temperature and humidity regulator applies an on-off control method implanted in Arduino Uno Rev.3 that can condition the test chamber to resemble environmental conditions to obtain accurate test results. In this paper the temperature setting is carried out at three set points namely a maximum temperature of 33 ° C with a minimum humidity of 58%, an average temperature of 27 ° C with an average humidity of 82% and a minimum temperature of 21 ° C with a maximum humidity of 91%. The measurement results show that the maximum temperature setting with minimum humidity obtained the highest temperature measurement results of 33.30 ° C and the lowest humidity of 58.25%. In the average temperature setting with average humidity, the measurement results obtained near the set point, namely the temperature of 27.25 ° C with a humidity of 81.60%. While the minimum temperature setting with maximum humidity obtained the measurement results closest to the set point that is the temperature of 25.35 ° C with a humidity of 91.50%

Recently, the adoption of LTO batteries as a solution to store energy and other utilisations has been widely prominent among various industries; such as automotive and telecommunication. As the adoption rate is increasing, it will be necessary to test LTO batteries to understand the fast-charging duration of LTO batteries. This research was conducted by arranging five LTO batteries in a series circuit to generate a 12 V voltage. A PS-3005D Zhaoxin with 5 A of current and 30 V of voltage was used as the power supply. This power supply would then supply currents gradually from 1 A to 3 A to the batteries. At the end of the test, the PS-3005D Zhaoxin power supply with 3 A or 2 C magnitude of current was able to fast-charge the 18650 LTO batteries in seven minutes. This test result demonstrates that using Zhaoxin PS-3005D as the power supply can reduce the fast-charging duration.

The utilization of solar energy for electricity generation is increasing. But, because of the factor of the intermittent irradiance and ambient temperature so that the energy produced fluctuates and unstable. For PV connected to the grid, these power fluctuations affect system stability and frequency. To overcome this problem, several methods for PV power stabilization have been developed. One of them is the Constant Power Generation, where PV output power is limited to a certain power value so it can reduce PV power fluctuations. In this paper, the Dynamic Power Injection method is proposed as modification of the CPG method with energy storage batteries. In principle DPI similar with the CPG method that determines the power limit, but DPI operation include the active power management by charging and discharging action. The battery is using as energy storage when Power PV greater Power limit. On the other hand battery as an energy source for active power injection at Power PV less than Power limit. Thus the output power in each condition can be maintained as Power PV equal with P limit. In this research, DPI modules are built on Arduino controller-based and monitored with the thingspeak webserver. The experimental results of DPI can stabilize PV power fluctuation at it's setting power with an error of 5% and a 15-second time delay.

Palm oil market on Indonesia started growing rapidly. But, palm oil production on Indonesia still far from effective. With an automatic controller system nowadays has many effects on various field. On palm oil processing field, one of factor that need using controller is dilution. Dilution of crude oil from the screw press process at the palm oil mill is intended to separate crude palm oil (CPO) and sludge in the clarification process (clarifier tank). Dilution is done by adding diluted water (dilution water) to crude oil with a composition of 30%. This study discusses the fuzzy controller design simulation on the control of dilution of crude palm oil (CPO) with diluted water. As a result, the system output characteristics obtained in the form of peak time $tp=1.589$ seconds, settling time $ts=3.145$ seconds, maximum overshoot $Mp=0.4$ and rise time $tr= 1.386$ seconds.

Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) is the most popular system used for mobile telecommunications especially in Europe and Asia. The critical success factors in GSM depends on the BTS (Base Transceiver Station) coverage, however in certain areas the signal is so weak and the communication can be lost. To solve this problem an additional antenna can be used on the user's side (mobile station) which is able to increase the received signal level. In this research, Helix antenna with variation of turn has implemented to be an aditional antenna in mobile device. The Helical antenna was designed on the 900 MHz which is known as GSM 900. The antenna was measured in order to obtain some parameters such as operating frequency, bandwidth, VSWR, gain, radiation pattern and HPBW. The measured results show that Helix antenna resonates at frequency 900 MHz with VSWR 1.09, bandwidth 50 MHz and HPBW 400. The qualitative test by implementing the Helix antenna directly connected to the GSM modem shows that the received signal level can increase about 6 dB.

The purpose of this paper is to understand the deployment model of MEC with distributed cloud in 4G network before rolling out 5G and make the most successful deployment without creating conflict with NFV as part of digital transformation. MEC brings flexibility and agility to meet the application demands of low latency, high reliability with high scalability, bandwidth and battery savings. It explains few reasons why MEC should be adopted before 5G deployment and what would be the benefits for all the actors like operators and public cloud service providers. MEC architecture is designed by ETSI and there are some known challenges with MEC use scenarios like AR/VR, IoT and connected vehicles. MEC offerings few deployment options which available for 4G and take that deployment model as a reference for MEC deployment on 5G include the migration options. This paper provides list of recommendations for key successes deploying MEC in 4G network and 5G and help the stakeholders understand the way to realize the MEC benefits.

EDM is a process of machining electrically conductive materials by precisely controlled electrical discharge through a small clearance gap that occur between an electrode and a workpiece in the presence of a dielectric fluid. Through EDM process, the material of workpiece are melted and gap distance will increase. In order to maintain a stable spark, the gap must be controlled. This paper presents control spark gap system of EDM using PID controller with voltage and position feedbacks. The results show Time Rise (Tr) of PID control with voltage feedback has a value about 75 seconds and Time Rise (Tr) of PID control with voltage and position feedbacks has a value about 18.6 seconds. The average error of gap distance in PID control with voltage feedback is 55.56 and the average error of gap distance in PID control with voltage and position feedbacks is 48.53. Addition of the position feedback is used to increase the rise time and stabilize distance the electrode and the workpiece.

Nowadays, wax-coated fruits to reduce respiration rate, maintain firmness, and postpone fruit ripening. Usually, the instrument that used to measure the quality of waxed fruit was destructive. The quality measurement of the fruits using Visible and Near-Infrared (VNIR) imaging has been studied. But, the quality measurement of the waxed fruits with VNIR imaging had never been done before. In this study, the effect of the wax coating on the firmness prediction model of Malang apples was further analyzed. The object that used was Rome Beauty variety of Malang apples. Beeswax was used to coat the Malang apples. Images were recorded using reflectance mode. Images were processed using several methods such as image correction, selection of Region of Interest (ROI), feature extraction, feature selection, and regression model. Regression Tree (RT) used as a feature selection and regression model algorithm. In this study, a regression model was built using non-waxed Malang apples. Next, the waxed Malang apples were tested with firmness prediction model of the non-waxed Malang apples. The evaluation parameters that used to evaluate the model were Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), determination coefficient $(mathrm{R}^{2})$, and Residual Predictive Deviation (RPD). Prediction results for non-waxed Malang apples were 0.88 for $mathrm{R}^{2}$, 6.65 for RMSE and 2.11 for RPD. Test results for waxed Malang apples to firmness prediction model of non-waxed Malang apples were 0.3 for $mathrm{R}^{2}$, 16.8 for RMSE, and 0.85 for RPD. Based on these results, the wax coating on the surface of the fruits could disrupt the measurement results of VNIR imaging.
