This paper presents the development of an omni-wheeled mobile robot based on inverse kinematics and odometry for local and indoor navigation purposes, such as for automatic warehousing in industry or healthcare environment. The robot uses four-wheeled diagonal configuration to conform directional angles of $pmb{alpha_{1}=45^{mathrm{o}}, alpha_{2}=135^{mathrm{o}}, alpha_{3}=225^{mathrm{o}}}$, and $pmb{alpha_{4}=315^{mathrm{o}}}$ Inverse kinematics is utilized to drive the robot to a point with specific trajectory and heading angle. Internal wheeled-encoders mounted in each DC-motors are used to read the angular speed and position. This research utilizes odometry technique to estimate the robot's position relative to the initial position. In order to develop a more precise odometry result, we combine the use of wheeled-encoders and an IMU. In order to maintain robot's position relative to the desired position, a PID control is applied to the algorithm. The result of the tests show that the developed omni-wheeled mobile robot is capable of performing locomotion to the desired position and to follow a controlled trajectory by maintaining a minimum error relative to the referenced trajectory.

Resonant converter equipped with single switch and resonant bank is the simplest converter to generate alternating higher voltage at high frequency. This topology is suitable to convert a considerable lower voltage such as battery or photovoltaic to higher voltage in order of kilo Volt, so that it crucial to estimate the power consumption inside the resonant converter. Most of previous records revealed only the work mechanism of the resonant converter, but explicit records present their power consumption. This paper describes the power consumption for single switch resonant converters as direct to alternating current converter. The converter is combined with parallel bank converter, piezoelectric transformer and ferrite transformer. As the results of formulation the power consumption of resonant converters with three variation of bank, the efficiency of three kind of converter is obtained.

Any vehicular network attributes in VANETs (e.g., sender-receiver distance and number of neighboring vehicles) can be used to determine candidate rebroadcast vehicles. The use of only limited number of attributes, however, may rule out potential broadcast candidates. For example, a counter-based scheme broadcast will never take specific nodes (vehicles) into consideration even though they have great sender-receiver distance. This research employs multiple vehicular attributes to tackle such an issue. The use of naïve-Bayes probability in our protocol combines the individual strengths of the incorporated vehicular attributes to obtain a broadcast decision. The results suggest that the proposed method is intelligent to the variation of node density and its performance outperformed both the distance-based scheme and the Efficient Counter-based Scheme (ECS) broadcast scheme at any network densities experimented. Our broadcast method contributes to the increase of 1.8% average reachability, 30.3% saving on rebroadcast tries, 5% reduction on delivery cost and shortens the total delay time by about 19.6% over the ECS scheme. An analytical model justifies the simulated reachability and saved-rebroadcast results showing similar trends over network density experimented.

This research was conducted in Manufacturing Industry in Indonesia. The company, especially at the Plant, does the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity carried out by a small group of various divisions, especially maintenance. Maintenance implements these results into the LOR (Line Operation Ratio). LOR standards is set by the company is 85%. So it can be made the target of a higher LOR future. For it must lower the existing downtime. Downtime highest Fin Forming machines are Dandori Models that are equal to 2,608 minutes or about 9.30% of LOR. Standard downtime allowed 5% of LOR. In the process, dandori models required a process of stretching aluminum material manually along with the crank process forming roller. In this process the operator must perform movement to the uncoiler machine to stretch the material and the operator moves to the forming to crank on forming roller. There is no time which required operators to perform movements from the uncoiler to forming. We design a special controller using the PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) to turn on the motor servo feed rollers on the fin forming machine. The material can move automatically when operators do crank forming roller, and the operator does not need to move to the position of the engine to stall uncoiler material reels manually.

Serving a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) request with some additional services package may cause a conventional wireless router consumes more memory resources. High memory usage would break the DHCP request process if the wireless router becomes busy. In this paper, the centralized DHCP servers is proposed to overcome this situation. In term of Cisco product there is Wireless LAN Controller that can solve that situation. In this research, we suggest an open source solution for this situation. The original master and backup algorithm are modified to reserve DHCP request. DHCP master server serves many connected network under the main router. The modification of original master and backup algorithm is located in resource allocation calculation in the main router. Computer agent checks the memory of the main router to decide a diversion of DHCP pool to the backup router. Run test results show that the proposed method has an acceptable lease time. It can handle 254 DHCP requests within only 0.6 seconds longer than the conventional method. Further, the number of client that could be reserved by the proposed method is better than the method used in OpenWRT router, which is about 100 more clients successfully receive their IP.

The new comer WLAN IEEE 802.11ac offers very high throughput wireless communication. By setting the modulation coding scheme to 9 in 80MHz of bandwidth and four spatial streams, it provides data rate up to 1.7Gbps. Operated in the 5GHz frequency band, it should be backward compatible to the former WLANs IEEE 802.11a/n. This paper presents the examination of backward compatibility performance of our novel low PAPR preamble proposed for IEEE802.11ac. Run test under channel model B and D of IEEE802.11TGn proved that the proposed low PAPR preamble in 80MHz can be decoded excellently by IEEE802.11n 20MHz and 40MHz, regardless the location and correlation method. These results demonstrated backward compatibility and coexistence of those WLANs in 5 GHz band.

Hate speech is one type of speech whose spread is banned in public spaces such as social media. Twitter is one of the social media used by some people to broadcast hate speech. The hate speech can be specified based on the target, category, and level. This paper discusses multi-label text classification using a hierarchical approach to identify targets, groups, and levels of speech hate on Indonesian-language Twitter. Identification is completed using classification algorithms such as the Random Forest Decision Tree (RFDT), Nave Bayes (NB), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The feature extraction used for classification is the term frequency feature such as word n-gram and character n-gram. This research conducted five scenarios with different label hierarchy to find the highest accuracy that can possibly be reached by hierarchical classification. The experimental results show that the hierarchical approach with the SVM algorithm and word uni-gram feature has an accuracy of 68.43%. It proved that the hierarchical algorithm can increase data transformation or flat approach.

Feature extraction of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal is one of the essential steps to diagnose various cardiovascular disease (CVD). The signal is generated by the hearts electrical activity and able to reveal the abnormal activity of the heart. An accurate feature extraction method is important to produce better identification of ECG signal. ECG feature extraction using Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC), Discrete Wavelet transformation and KNN using euclidean distance as the classifier is proposed in this study. The model and testing of the proposed system were performed on the two types of data, normal and myocardial infarction (MI) labeled as abnormal, obtained from PTB-DB database. Total data used were 100 data, with 50 data for each condition. K-fold cross validation also applied to achieve a generalized result. According to the experimental, 13 features that obtained from MFCC shows good result. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were achieved 84%, 85% and 84% respectively.
