STRATEGI K EPALA PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL 通过发展图书馆信息系统来提高服务质量的战略

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui mutu pelayanan perpustakaan As-Syafaah IAIDA Blokagung; 2) Mengetahui strategi kepala perpustakaan dalam mengembangkan pelayanan perpustakaan digital As-Syafaah IAIDA Blokagung; 3) Mengetahui pengembangan sistem informasi digital perpustakaaan As-Syafaah IAIDA Blokagung; 4) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi kepala perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan melalui pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan digital As-Syafaah IAIDA Blokagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif atau dengan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data, teori dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan interaktif tiga model yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta menmggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas layanan atau pelayanan merupakan bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna sesuai dengan standar layanan yang telah dilakukan sebagai pedoman dalam pemberian layanan. Semakin baik kualitas pelayanan yang diterapkan oleh perpustakaan atau pustakawan maka akan semakin banyak pula pemustaka yang akan berkunjung ke perpustakaan tersebut. Kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan A-Syafa’ah meliputi: 1) Fasilitas; 2) Koleksi; 3) Pustakawan; 4) Pemakai. Strategi manajemen yang digunakan yaitu: 1) Perencanaan; 2) Pengorganisasian; 3) Pelaksanaan; 4) Pengawasan. Perpustakaan As-Syafa’ah sudah menggunakan sistem otmasi perpustakaan yaitu aplikasi SLIMS. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat berdasar analisis SWOT sebagai berikut: 1) Kekuatan terdiri dari : a) Pihak pimpinan mendukung, b) Lebih praktis, c) Akses yang mudah, d) Hemat biaya. 2) Kelemahan terdiri dari: a) Anggaran dana yang kurang, b) Mahasiswa masih terbatas menggunakan jaringan internet, c) Fasilitas kurang memadai, d) Sumber daya manusia. 3) Peluang terdiri dari: a) Mempermudah mahasiswa mencari buku, b) Menghemat waktu dan biaya, c) Perkembangan teknologi yang mulai pesat, d) Perpustakaan bisa memberikan informasi yang efektive dan efisien, e) Training atau pelatihan. 4) Ancaman terdiri dari: a) Berkurangnya minat kunjung perpustakaan b) Perkembangan teknologi.

PERBEDAAN INDIVIDUAL DAN KONSEKUENSINYA BAGI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA 个人差异及其学习印尼语的后果

Setiap pembelajar memiliki cara yang berbeda untuk beradaptasi dan memahami petunjuk khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Kemampuan kognitif yang dimiliki setiap individu yaitu kecerdasan, bakat pembelajaran bahasa, atau kapasitas atau kecepatan mengingat. Selaian itu, kemampuan afektif seperti rasa takut, motivasi, dan emosi dari satu individu. Penelitian perbedaan individual dapat dilihat dari interaksi atau hubungan dari kedua aspek tersebut di dalam diri manusia dan juga terhadap konteks pembelajaran pemahaman individu secara alami terhadap suatu instruksi dapat diidentifikasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini berupa data-data atau informasi yang disesuikan dengan literatur, baik dalam bentuk buku, majalah, dan catatan-catatan. Setiap pembelajar memiliki cara yang berbeda untuk beradaptasi dan memahami petunjuk khususnya dalam pembelajaran bahasa. Pertama, perbedaan individual terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu faktor personal dan faktor umum. Faktor personal meliputi (1) dinamika kelompok, (2) sikap terhadap pengajar dan bahan ajar, dan (3) teknik belajar individual, sedangkan faktor umum meliputi (1) umur, (2) kecerdasan dan ketangkasan, (4) cognitive-style, (5) sikap dan (6) motivasi, dan (7) kepribadian. Kedua, konsekuensi perbedaan individual bagi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dalam pembahasan ini berkaitan dengan cara pendidik dalam mengajar. Ketiga, berkaitan dengan komponen belajar (sumber belajar, bahan ajar, strategi pembelajaran, dan penilaian).

IMPLEMENTASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT PADA PEMASARAN PENDIDIKAN

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) adalah proes membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan dangan konsumen yang menguntungkan dengan memberikan produk yang sangat bernilai bagi konsumen dan membuat konsumen puas. Dengan adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat diantara lembaga pendidikan, maka setiap lembaga pendidikan berlomba-lomba menggunakan bermacam-macam metode agar produk atau layanan jasanya dapat diterima oleh pelanggan dengan baik. SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi karena domisili siswanya tidak hanya disekitar sekolah saja, melainkan dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia dengan diterapkannya teori Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan, maka sangat berdampak terhadap loyalitas pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi Customer Relationship Management  (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya melalui Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Setelah melaksanakan wawancara dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi menggunakan konsep fungsi manajemen yang dimulai dari tahap : perencanaan, yakni  dengan menyiapkan beberapa pihak yang terkait dalam program kegiatan, menyusun perangkat pemasaran pendidikan dan menyiapkan pemasaran pendidikan yang sesuai dengan visi, misi serta tujuan sekolah. Pelaksanaan dalam imlpementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan adalah memanfaatkan alat teknologi canggih yaitu internet sebagai penunjang untuk mempromosikan sekolah, penyebaran brosur, mendatangi sekolah-sekolah tingkat SLTP terutama sekolah intern (dalam satu yayasan) dan melakukan  kunjungan terhadap  masyarakat-masyarakat kurang mampu. Evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu langsung dari kepala sekolah dan siapapun yang memberikan kritik dan saran tentang bagaimana realisasinya dan bila terjadi kendala maka dicari solusi agar kualitas pendidikan selalu terjaga.

Analysis of Student Cognitive Ability using The K-Means Cluster and Rasch Model (Winsteps) on Chemical Materials through Zoom Meeting 基于K-Means聚类和Rasch模型(Winsteps)的学生化学材料认知能力分析

This study aims to determine students' learning difficulties in chemistry by using zoom in achieving cognitive, sociological and psychological aspects and to further examine the difficulties faced by students. Data collection using questionnaires and tests, then using the K-Means Cluster data analysis technique, with three clusters (groups) followed by crosstab and graph analysis, using SPSS IBM 22 and followed by the RASH model. the results obtained are that (a) cognitive aspects in the form of student thinking, followed by sociological aspects and psychological aspects related to students' internal factors (b) cognitive results are tested more deeply with the Expended Score Graph. The ICC is in accordance with the RASH Model, the difficult questions to work on are questions 10 and 13 are in the analysis (C4), the Outfit MNSQ value is between 0.5-0.15 and then from the Probability graph of Student Cognitive Ability is well distributed, thus the difficulty in the cognitive aspect lies in the questions presented. These results are very useful for identifying students' cognitive limitations in chemistry learning. Thus, from the results, it is explained that cognitive is the main difficulty, with the RASCH test it is known that the level of difficulty is at the analysis.

Learning media applications are learning concepts that are carried out through electronic media networks in the form of mobile and non-mobile applications. The development of very advanced technology in the modern era and globalization allows various activities to be carried out quickly and efficiently. Technological developments have had a lot of influence on our way of life, one of which is in the field of education by using online or online learning media applications in learning activities in schools, colleges, courses and even online communities have started using concepts like this. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of learning media applications in geography subjects in education was during the covid-19 pandemic. As we all know, the losses due to the COVID-19 virus have had a huge impact on all sectors, including the education sector. To achieve this goal, this research will use a qualitative research approach. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Analysis of the data used in processing questionnaire data through google form by describing the results of the questionnaires distributed online.

The Effect of Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Self-Efficacy on Lecturers’ Performance 领导、工作满意度和自我效能感对讲师绩效的影响

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.
本研究旨在分析领导、工作满意度与自我效能的影响。本研究采用定量调查方法。本文采用问卷调查的研究手段,对经济学院34名讲师进行了抽样调查。问卷分析采用李克特5分量表和多元线性回归检验。研究发现,讲师的部分表现和同时表现对领导感知、工作满意度和自我效能感有显著影响。本研究有助于校长建立参与式与沟通式领导,改善学习的计划、执行与评估,以达到预期的教学能力。我们建议高等教育的领导者总是关注他们下属的需求。营造愉快的工作氛围,提高积极的自我效能感和工作满意度。

Online Learning Innovation Based on Zoom Meeting Application is the policy selection taken at the Amaliah Elementary School of Bogor Regency. The Zoom Meeting application policy is used to support the implementation of effective learning in the pandemic period. The purpose of this study was to describe online learning based on Zoom Meeting at the Amaliah Elementary School as a school policy that chose the zoom meeting application as a learning media during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design—the respondents used by teachers in the Elementary School of Amaliah. Data collection procedures use interviews, observation, and documentation for data analysis using triangulation. The study results imposed that teachers, students, and parents' support very quickly received the selection of zoom meeting applications. Zoom meeting-based online learning implementation can be used on online learning planning aspects, methods and strategies, and online learning assessment. Although the school provides supporting facilities, there are still obstacles to online learning-based zoom meetings. Furthermore, both teachers need to develop technological capabilities in presenting the learning in the pandemic and the science of their knowledge about various models of appropriate learning used in online learning.

Creating a Sense of Place in Online Learning 在在线学习中创造一种位置感

Since the increase of Covid 19 cases, the government has affirmed the implementation of online learning for all students, including university students. Online learning is a learning process conducted in a network that utilizes the internet, without face-to-faceinteractions. In practice, online learning has many obstacles which affect the success of students in the courses. Creating a sense of place in online learning can be done by improving communication between lecturers and students: humanization of students, the socialization process related to online learning, the importance of the role of lecturers in online learning, the contribution of students in online learning, learning media, guidelines and learning targets. With a conducive learning atmosphere, optimizing the role of lecturers and student contributions, can meet the desired learning targets.Efforts are made to achieve effective communication. The success of learning depends on the lecturers and students, each of which has a role that cannot be ruled out. The role of technology has a significant effect on the online learning process, such as internet access, communication media, and learning media.In the end, this effective communication effort is expected to be able to encouragestudents to play a maximum role in online learning, especially in situations where face-to-face learning is not possible, such as during a pandemic.
