In principle what has been discussed by experts on the theory of Work Motivation,Performance, and Achievement, from the results of the research Journal review obtained definitions as well as indicators on each theory which is a variable that is motivation, performance and work performance, essentially there is an explanation and legal source in the Koran. This is a strengthening and meaning for these variables. This is evidence that the Koran as a divine word is the greatest source of knowledge that we can learn and understand and practice in everyday life. Developing theoretical theories such as motivation, performance and work performance, can be applied and practiced in a general organization, business environment, and included in Islamic Banking. Motivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside to a person or work group in order to want to carry out something that has been determined (Samsudin, 2005: 281). Furthermore Performance is the real behavior displayed by each person as workperformance produced by employees in accordance with their role in the organization.Employee performance is a very important thing in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals. And on the next point is work achievement which is one measure of the work of a person in a company organization and becomes one of the considerations in the implementation of promotion. The achievement of one's work can be seen based on the qualifications possessed, namely skills, skills, experience and environment work (adaptability).

The study of halal food has grown rapidly, not only in countries that are predominantly Muslim, but also in Muslim minority countries. The purpose of this article is to reveal how religious norms regarding halal and thoyy food have proceeded into the technoscientific certification of halal certification in Indonesia which is predominantly Muslim through microscopic studies at the Institute for the Study of Food Medicine and Cosmetics-Indonesian Ulama Council (LPPOM-MUI) Southeast Sulawesi. The study used a qualitative approach with primary data sourced from the institutions and actors involved in the certification process at LPPOM-MUI Southeast Sulawesi, namely directors, employees, auditors and the Southeast Sulawesi MUI Fatwa Council, business actors and consumers of certified food products. Data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. Data processing used data reduction techniques, data classification, data display, data interpretation and conclusions. This study found, first, halal techno-scientifications were run by LPPOM-MUI through standardization (1) of materials, (2) products, (3) production facilities, (4) written procedures for critical activities, and (5) search capabilities. Second, the role of LPPOM-MUI in protecting Muslim consumers as institutions and actors guarding halal standards for products that will circulate to the public. The researcher argues that the impact of halal certification is the protection of consumers (Muslims). However, no illicit (haram) certification is applied to products that are not halal certified to be a gapand space for the circulation of food products, medicines and cosmetics that are not halal to the market (society).

This study aims to determine the perceptions of employees of the BNI Syariah BankBranch of Kendari regarding the concept of al-Ibrah, as well as to investigate theexistence of Al-Ibrah it has been implemented or not. Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia are growing promising in the future. Thirteen Sharia Commercial Banks have been recorded. But there is one action that is not yet familiar to do, which is doing Al-Ibrah or bleaching of receivables. BNI Syariah Branch employees still have a cross opinion about this concept. This action is actually legally guaranteed through the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 47 / DSN-MUI / II /2005 concerning Settlement of Murabahah Receivables for Customers Who Are Not Able to Pay. Kendari Branch BNI Syariah as part of the Sharia Commercial Bank is not in a position to reject the existence of Al-Ibrah, but to avoid it from the outset the principle of caution has been applied in offering financing products through Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Murabahah, Istishna, or borrowing through Qardh

This study aimed to examine the variables as determinant of Profit Distribution Management of theSharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia in the 2013-2016 periods. The variables studied consisted ofthe proportion of third party funds, the effectiveness of third party funds, the capital adequacy ratioand the ratio of operational costs to operating income. Samples were collected using purposivesampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showedthat the proportion of third party funds, the effectiveness of third party funds which was proxied byFinancing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) individually had a positiveand significant effect on Profit Distribution Management. In addition it was found that the ratio ofoperational costs to operating income (BOPO) had no significant effect on Profit DistributionManagement. The value of Adjusted R2 was 0,254 which means that variation of Profit DistributionManagement which can be explained by variable used in research was 25,4% while the rest equal to74,6% explained by other variables not used in the model of this research.
