Displaced Commercial Risk (DCR) merupakan risiko yang dihadapi oleh bank syariah sebagai konsekuensi diterapkanya dual banking system di Indonesia. Bank syariah dituntut untuk memberikan imbal hasil yang kompetitif untuk mempertahankan deposan. Kondisi kesehatan bank yang meliputi Capital, Asset quality, Management, Earning, dan Liquidity (CAMEL) juga menjadi indikator kekuatan Market Disicipline bagi pertumbuhan deposito bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan DCR dan Market Discipline pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia periode Oktober 2014 hingga Desember 2018. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Auto Regresive Distributed Lag (ARDL) menunjukkan keberadaan DCR pada bank umum syariah. Namun demikian hasil lainya menunjukkan lemahnya Market Discipline, dimana deposan hanya melihat kondisi likuiditas dan kualitas aset sebagai indikator dalam menempatan dananya.

AbstractThis study aims to find out empirically the influence Dow Jones Islamic Market Asia/Pacific ex-japan (DJIP2), Dow Jones Arabia Titans 50 (DJARB50), World Gold Price, Exchange Rate on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) movement. This research uses quantitative research methods, using multiple linear regression analysis models. Data collection uses secondary data from documentation related data. Data is taken from the monthly closing price of each variable from 2016-2018 (36 months). The research test uses the t test and F test and is processed using SPSS16. It is imperative for all people working in Indonesia to become members of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) to ensure safety while working. Indonesia which discussed the Muslim population reconsidered the transactions in the Employment BPJS. This study will analyze the BPJS Employment program in the field of Islamic economics. By using a qualitative method with a theoretical perspective by collecting documents and analyzing data both in terms of class, race and gender, this paper wants to understand the contract that occurs in BPJS Employment in order to answer some questions of Indonesian people especially those who are Muslim (Muslim). Based on the results of the discussion, the BPJS Employment contract program does not deviate from sharia economic law (Islamic economic law) because, in the Work Accident Guarantee Program (JKK) including the tabarru contract, which can only be done on benevolent matters. The Death Assurance program (JKM) is an implementation of at-takmin at-ta'awuniy namely ta'awun in the tabarru contract. This second program is for one purpose, which is to help welfare among workers. For the Old Age Guaranteed (JHT) program, this program has concepts such as the mudharabah musytarakah contract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran tataniaga nilam dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis saluran tataniaga nilam di Kabupaten Konawe dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam. Pada penelitian ini, responden petani diambil secara sengaja (purposive sampling), dipilih responden 15 % dari jumlah populasi sehingga jumlah petani responden adalah 20 orang petani, sedangkan responden 2 orang penyuling dan 3 orang pedagang dilakukan berdasarkan teknik bola salju (snowball sampling). Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Proses saluran tataniaga nilam terdapat 2 jenis saluran tataniaga yaitu : Pertama, Petani nilam menjual kepedagang pengumpul daun kemudian pengepul kePenyuling minyak nilam. Kedua, Petani daun nilam kering menjual langsung Penyuling minyak nilam. Berdasarkan analisis dari saluran tataniaga nilam di Kecamatan Anggaberi Kabupaten Konawe tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam, baik dari produksi, harga, dan distribusinya karena dalam menjual hasil nilamnya ke pedagang pengumpul daun maupun langsung ke penyuling minyak nilan tidak ada unsur paksaan atau intimidasi. Untuk menegakkan prinsip tata niaga yang berdasarkan prinsip ekonomi Islam, maka praktek riba, gharar dan maisir harus dihilangkan. Ekonomi Islam dan ekonomi kerakyatan sesungguhnya mempunyai tujuan yang sama, yaitu kesejahteraan dan keadilan dalam ekonomi bagi semua orang. Sesungguhnya dapat dikatakan ekonomi Islam adalah ekonomi kerakyatan yang berjalan di atas norma-norma dan etika berlandaskan syariah.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tinjauan jasa angkutan online dalam persepktif bisnis syariah (studi kasus jasa angkutan online Go-Jek di Makassar) yang dibagi dalam tiga rumusan sub masalah yaitu: 1. Bagaimana pandangan pengemudi jasa angkutan ojek pangkalan ? 2. Bagaimana jasa angkutan online Go-Jek dalam pandangan pengguna layanan ? 3. Bagaimana perspektif bisnis syariah pada jasa angkutan online Go-Jek ?. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan pengguna jasa angkutan pangkalan dengan adanya jasa angkutan online Go-Jek, untuk mengetahui pandangan pengguna jasa angkutan online baik sebagai pengemudi ojek online ataupun sebagai penumpang jasa angkutan online Go-Jek dan untuk mengetahui dan memahami bisnis jasa angkutan online Go-Jek dalam perspektif bisnis syariah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) atau disebut juga penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpalan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. pendekatan fenomenologi dan pendekatan normatif dengan mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perselisihan yang terjadi antara pengemudi ojek pangkalan dengan pengemudi ojek online adalah hanya sebuah kesalahan dalam hal komunikasi dan ketidaksiapan para pengemudi ojek pangkalan dalam menghadapi era moderenisasi dalam hal perkembangan teknologi. Kehadiran perusahaan jasa angkutan online Go-Jek di Indonesia berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mobilitas dari aktivitas masyarakat dan juga berdampak pada perekonomian Indonesia yang dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dengan memperluas kesempatan kerja. Sedangkan dalam perspektif bisnis syariah, bisnis yang baik adalah bisnis yang dapat memberikan manfaat kebaikan kepada banyak orang, sehingga dalam mengikapi perselisihan tersebut, maka yang menjadi tolak ukur dalam menentukan persoalan perselihan antara pengemudi ojek online dengan pengemudi ojek pangkalan termasuk dalam perbuatan mendzalimi ataupun melanggar etika persaingan bisnis syariah adalah dengan menggunakan aspek kemaslahatan dan kemudharatan yang diberikan. Sehingga jika diukur dari aspek kemaslahatan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Go-Jek dan jika dibandingkan kemudharatannya yang dalam hal ini perselihatan yang ditimbulkan, maka kemaslahatannya masih jauh lebih banyak dengan kualitas layanan dan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Go-Jek.Implikasi dalam penelitian adalah 1. Demi menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis jasa angkutan online Go-Jek ini, diharapkan untuk perusahaan Go-Jek agar tetap meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada konsumen dan juga memberikan perhatian lebih kepada mitra Go-Jek dalam hal ini UMKN dan pengemudi ojek online dalam hal meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. 2. untuk pemerintah diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat mendukung bisnis jasa angkutan online Go-Jek, baik berkaitan dengan legalitas, tarif jasa angkutannya dan lain-lain. 3. Sedangkan dalam perspektif bisnis syariah, bisnis yang baik adalah bisnis yang dapat memberikan manfaat kebaikan kepada banyak orang, sehingga dalam mengikapi perselisihan tersebut, maka yang menjadi tolak ukur dalam menentukan persoalan perselihan antara pengemudi ojek online dengan pengemudi ojek pangkalan termasuk dalam perbuatan mendzalimi ataupun melanggar etika persaingan bisnis syariah adalah dengan menggunakan aspek kemaslahatan dan kemudharatan yang diberikan. Sehingga jika diukur dari aspek kemaslahatan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Go-Jek dan jika dibandingkan kemudharatannya yang dalam hal ini perselihatan yang ditimbulkan, maka kemaslahatannya masih jauh lebih banyak dengan kualitas layanan dan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Go-Jek.Implikasi dalam penelitian adalah 1. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of disputes and to describe the dispute resolution process through non-litigation mediation in Islamic and Local Norm Perspective. The type of research that compilers use is field research, namely by obtaining data from interviews, observations, and related file searches. Furthermore, this research is supported by library research as a complement. The approach in this study is a juridical-empirical approach.The results of the study concluded that The dispute that occurred was related to the status of the land that was built on top of the Madrasah DDI Labukkang. The cause of the dispute is based on two theories, the theory of Principle negotiation and the Theory of basih human needs. The mediation process is carried out through 3 stages. First is pre-mediation. Mediation conducts the plans related to the preparation of mediation. Second is the execution of mediation. The mediator presents the disputing parties, gives an opportunity to all parties to provide information. The last is the emplementation of mediation. From the syariah perspective, the mediation complies with the 12 basic principles in Islamic Mediation. From the Bugis Norms, it complies with the five norms called pangngadareng.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berinvestasi di pasar modal syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Sampel dari Penelitian ini adalah 96 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda melalui program SPSS 23. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin dan stratified proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan manfaat, pengetahuan, dan edukasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga.

This study aims to explore the marketing strategies of Banyurip urban batik entrepreneurs in Pekalongan city, with qualitative types of filed research. The collection technique uses interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study that batik entrepreneurs in Banyurip village had carried out marketing mix marketing strategies, they made various batik products, with cash and tempo prices, distribution by coming to the market, batik shops, shipping packages, and through Loper and resellers, market coverage from the city, outside the city to outside Java and even abroad, most of them use direct selling promotions, and utilize social media technology. Batik entrepreneurs in general as much as 75% have applied the principles of sharia marketing mix. The 25% have not perfectly implemented sharia principles with those who still use the services of interest-based financial institutions for production capital, in addition there are still entrepreneurs who dispose of batik waste water directly. The strength possessed by entrepreneurs produce batik products with various types, motivations and patterns, the weakness is capital and less competent workforce, the opportunity is to maximize technology and maintain trust, while the threat is raw materials which tend to rise but selling prices lower and more competition.

Islamic banking acceleration has been the major theme discussed for years, indicating the importance of such topic to be reexamined comprehensively. This study is aimed to empirically examine several aspects and condition which may play a leading role in accelerating (preventing) the growth of Islamic bank in two countries, namely Malaysia and Indonesia. To that end, this study attempts to incorporate selected internal bank condition and macroeconomic situation in a single model to exhibit the dynamics relationship between both and the total asset of Islamic banking. In terms of methodology, this study employs the dynamic panel model that is expected to be able to address the research questions. The result of this study demonstrates that both third party fund and financing-to-deposit ratio are proven to be effective in accelerating the Islamic banking asset, as opposed by the non-performing financing ratio that has a negative impact on it. Moreover, it becomes apparent the acceleration of Islamic bank share is heavily dependent upon the real sector growth represented by GDP yet the monetary variables (interest rate and exchange rate) remains the serious problem for Islamic bank to foster the growth. This implies that the real sector is valuable contributor to the share of Islamic bank compare to monetary condition.

The purpose of this resesarch was to analyze the effect of location, reveneu sharing and promotion simultaneously and partially to decision process to save in product tabungan Flexible in PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents from the customers of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data obtained is the primary data that is the result of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire were distributed. These results of this study indicate that there is influence imultaneously on location variable, revenue sharing and promotion towards decision process to save. In the test of determination, there is the influence of a variable 51,9% location, revenue sharing and promotion to the decision to save. Meanwhile 48,1 %% (100% - 51,9%) were influenced by other variables that not included in this study. The result of this research showed that the location effect partially to the decision process to save, with significant value that is 0,021 < 0,05 and t count 1,993). Revenue sharing do not effect partially to the decision process to save, with a significant value of 0,503 > 0,05 and t count < t table (0,674 < 1,993). Promotion effect partially to the decision process save, with significant value that is 0,000 <0,05 and t count > t table (4,193 > 1,993)
