: Background: Academic advising is a pivotal component in the educational journey of postgraduate nursing students. It significantly influences their academic success and professional development by supporting their autonomy in learning settings and alleviating academic tasks procrastination. Aim of the study is to: Determine the influence of academic advising on autonomy support and tasks procrastination among post graduate nursing students. Method: Research design: A descriptive correlational research design was utilized. Setting: Faculty of Nursing at Tanta University. Subjects: All postgraduate nursing students (n=232) who were enrolled in a credit hours system in the academic years (2023 / 2024) and be available at time of data collection. Tools of data collection: Three tools were utilized: Academic advising questionnaire, perceived autonomy support questionnaire and procrastination assessment scale. Results: more than half (54.7% and 55.6%) of postgraduate nursing students had high level of perceptions regarding activities and satisfaction of academic advising respectively. 41.8% of them perceived moderate level of autonomy support. And slightly less than half (49.1%) of them had moderate level of tasks procrastination. Conclusion: There were positive significant correlation between dimensions of academic advising and autonomy support and negative significant correlation with tasks procrastination. Recommendations: Staff development programs are recommended to train academic advisors in the academic advising and how to provide autonomy support to their students to identify and alleviate tasks procrastination

Aim: The study aimed to explore inter-professional collaboration and knowledge management as an indicator of career success among nurses. Research Design: The study used a descriptive correlational design. Setting: The study was carried out in critical care units (13unit) at Benha University Hospital. Sample: All available of nurses 418 out of 421 . Tools of data collection: Three main tools namely; I): Inter-professional collaboration questionnaire II): Knowledge management scale and III): Subjective Career Success Scale (SCSS) Results : Showed that more than three fifth (64.6%) of studied nurses had high level of perception toward inter-professional collaboration and more than half (52.9%) of them reported moderate level of knowledge management. While, more than three fifth (63.9%) of nurses reported moderate level of career success. Conclusion: There was a highly positive statistically significant correlation among total inter-professional collaboration, total knowledge management and total career success among nurses. Recommendations: Providing training programs and workshops for nurses about inter-professional collaboration to improve quality of patient care. Hospital administration should support knowledge management practices through investment in its infrastructure and technologies.

Background: Climate change is the greatest threat to public health in the twenty-first century which puts pregnant mothers and their developing fetus at serious risk. Pregnant women's health may be improved by educating them about the hazards involved in their pregnancy. Aim: was to investigate the effectiveness of tailored educational program on knowledge and health-related behaviors toward climate changes and heat stress among pregnant women working outdoors. Design: A quasi-experimental research design. Setting: This research was conducted at obstetrics and gynecological outpatient clinic at Benha University Hospital in Qaliobya governorate, Egypt. Sample: A purposive sample of 108 pregnant women, control group (n=54) and study group (n=54) Tools: Four tools were used for data collection; A structured self-administered questionnaire, Maternal knowledge assessment sheet, Maternal health-related behaviors questionnaire, Adverse pregnancy outcomes questionnaire. Results: showed that there was a highly statistically significant difference between study and control groups regarding their knowledge and health-related behaviors about climate changes and heat stress after implementation of the tailored educational program. Additionally, there was a statistically significant difference between study and control groups regarding adverse pregnancy outcomes. Conclusion: Tailored educational program had a positive effect on the improvement of pregnant women's knowledge and health-related behaviors about climate changes and heat stress. Furthermore, there was a statistical significant reduction in the adverse pregnancy outcomes between study and control groups after applying tailored educational program. Recommendations: Establishing and maintaining effective antenatal care in the face of harsh life circumstances through new educational interventions to lessen the detrimental effects on maternal and fetal health which brought on by the climate changes conditions.
