The Presidential Regulation on e-Government in 2018 became the starting point for accelerating e-Government implementation in Indonesia. This moment prompted government agencies to compete in digitizing their organizations to apply the regulation. Digital information as the output of this massive digitalization will be abundant and must be managed properly which is certainly vulnerable to threats. Such threats can compromise the authenticity of records and make them untrustworthy. An adequate risk detection framework that fits the context of the digital environment is needed to minimize these incidents. This framework contains a records management perspective that has undergone a paradigmatic shift. This framework adopts the view that records management is an integral part of digital information management. The study used a qualitative method and found that from the perspective of records management, the risk detection framework in digital information management sheds light on aspects of context (external and internal), systems, and processes. However, its smooth implementation in the digital environment, especially in Indonesia, is determined by the extent to which paradigmatic reforms in records management have taken place.

Wattpad is a community website that allows people to find stories from authors of various genres. This study aims to determine the pattern of fiction publishing in the Wattpad online community. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research data were obtained through three (3) informants who were productive fiction writers on Wattpad. The results show that the writers on Wattpad get ideas from an open-minded/objective view of many things, the environment, and experiences that are supported by information. The process of publishing starts from creating an account then filling in the details of the story, till publishing it. There are two types of publishing processes, namely the author submits the manuscript to the publisher or publisher who contacts the author. Apart from being published, some have been made into cinema films. This research concludes that writers on Wattpad can get story ideas from anywhere and then develop them into stories, while the publication process on Wattpad has no special rules because everything is based on the author and the existence of publications from Wattpad to other media such as a publishing and being made into cinema films.

The education background of the respondents was undergraduate (50%), the most working period is between 20-30 years (38.9%), and the most work locations were in Jakarta (70.6%). The study showed that respondents with an undergraduate background and those who work in Jakarta have the highest understanding of the repository (69%). The most involved in repository management were those with bachelor's degrees and working in Jakarta (52%). Respondents who were involved in the socialization of the data repository were 47%, and those who were not involved were 44%. As many as 44% of respondents stated that the data repository has been implemented, and the remaining 56% said it has not been implemented. In conclusion, most respondents understand the data repository, especially those with a bachelor's degree, and were working in Jakarta. The data repository has not been implemented properly due to lack of outreach to researchers and their low trust in the data repository.","PeriodicalId":32089,"journal":{"name":"Khizanah alHikmah","volume":"38 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83824337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
