Motivation is identified as one of the important factors in constructing knowledge. This process is a vital part of constructivism learning. The purpose of this article is to examine the motivational strength of its application in Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results show that there is very little attention in motivation. In fact, if educators can increase motivation it will have an impact on the construction stage of knowledge in students. Therefore there are at least 3 components that need to be considered related to motivation in constructivism learning, namely: (1) learning challenges, (2) dual goals, and (3) class climate. Malang City as one of the cities of cultural tourism and history in East Java has its own charm, one of which is village tourism. Village tourism with the feel of thematic cultural entertainment named Heritage Kayutangan Village has not been well managed since it was founded a year ago. This research method is qualitative with observation and interviews. Kayutangan Malang Heritage Village has a unique appeal with the classic nuances of the past. Kampung Kayutangan offers several facilities such as village lines, old house visits, photo spots, traditional game spots, past photo galleries, antique galleries and ancient culinary variety. The potential of Heritage Kayutangan Village has not been managed properly. Abstrak : Salah satu sajian matakuliah yang harus ditempuh dan penting untuk dituntaskan bagi mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah semester v adalah Penelitian Pendidikan Sejarah (PPS). Pentingnya mata kuliah ini karena sebagai prasyarat untuk menempuh matakuliah seminar di semester berikutnya. Selain itu luaran akhir dari matakuliah ini berupa project proposal penelitian yang nantinya akan berujung pada tugas akhir mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studinya. Karena krusialnya matakuliah (PPS) ini maka dibutuhkan system pembelajaran yang dapat memahamkan mahasiswa tentang materi dan dapat mngaplikasikanya dalam penyusunan proposal. Salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk dapat dilakukan dalam rangka menyusun sebuah system pembelajaran yang sistemik direncanakan secara matang dengan berbagai pertimbangan melalui kegiatan Lesson Study. Dari kegiatan LS inilah capaian akhir dari matakuliah PPS lebih dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini menguraikan pada satu kegiatan sampel untuk melihat keefektifitasan dari LS dalam memahamkan siswa terhadap masalah penelitian. Karena masalah penelitian adalah pijakan dasar dalam pembahasan matakuliah ini dan dijadikan topic berkelanjutan hingga penyusunan proposal. Kata Kunci : Lesson Study, Pembelajaran Sejarah, Masalah Penelitian Abstract: One of the subjects that must be taken and is important to complete for semester v history education students is History Education Research (HER). The importance of this course is because it is a prerequisite for taking the seminar course in the following semester. In addition, the final output of this course is in the form of a research proposal project which will eventually culminate in the final assignment of students to complete their studies. Because the crucial subject (HER) is a learning system that can understand students about the material and can apply it in the preparation of proposals. One of the most effective ways to be done in order to develop a systemic learning system is carefully planned with various considerations through Lesson Study activities. It was from this LS activity that the final achievement of the PPS course was more achievable. This research describes one sample activity to see the effectiveness of LS in understanding students about research problems. Because the research problem is the basic foundation in the discussion of this course and is used as a continuing topic until the preparation of the proposal. This article supports expressing play activities in social conflict material to increase student empathy. Class action research (CAR) which consists of 4 stages namely; (1) Planning, (2) Implementing, (3) Observation, and (4) Reflection. PTK is conducted in two cycles in class VIII C with a total of 32 students. From the implementation process proves that with direct assistance through role playing, students can experience difficulties in direct interaction with the social. There are many industry sector in Malang City, one of them is Cornflakes Industry which located on Kelurahan Pandanwangi, Kecamatan Blimbing, Malang City. This industry, is running for over 25 years and must facing business competition in industrialized era. For their sustainability, this industry is supported by social capital strengthness. In order to preserving home industries which producing cornflake, there are some components in society who directly supports such as: business owner, employee, and laborer. Research was conducted by qualitative research with gender approach. This research aims for analyzing social capital role on cornflake home industry in Malang City, elaborating social phenomena in industrial sector with economy sociological context and identifying how social capital works on cornflake industrial relationship in Malang City. Research was found that social capital among industrial relation are created social bonding among societies which created by kinship and neighborhood system, then, strengthening cooperation between employee, employer, labor, supplier, consumen and Malang City government for supporting each other due to local commodity from home industry sector. Finally, research finding if social capital will determined industrial existences in the future based on product necessity like cornflake as local commodity has declared by Tourism Indonesia Government as premium local food product from Malang City. Matakuliah Akuntansi pada program studi pendidikan IPS banyak berkaitan dengan operasi hitung dan simbol matematika. Matematika dibutuhkan dalam akuntansi karena keduanya memiliki kesamaan karakteristik, yaitu sama-sama menekankan penggunaan logika, sama-sama menggunakan simbol, sama-sama memiliki rumus-rumus pasti yang hasilnya tidak bisa diganggu gugat. Karena banyak kesamaan dalam matematika dan akuntansi, sehingga dapat dikatakan pelajaran matematika harus dapat dipahami mahasiswa sebelum mempelajari akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan dasar matematika mahasiswa terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya pengaruh positif signifikan kemampuan dasar matematika terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa tidak perlu khawatir jika tidak menyukai matematika, ternyata masih bisa mengikuti mata kuliah akuntansi dengan baik. Karena perhitungan dalam akuntansi adalah perhitungan dasar, seperti penjumlahan, pengurangan, perkalian dan pembagian. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya pesisir dan laut di Kabupaten Malang berupa pengembangan kawasan wisata pantai. Dalam hal ini bentuk wisata pantai yang dikembangkan adalah kegiatan rekreasi pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesesuaian wisata rekreasi dan merumuskan strategi pengelolaan kawasan wisata pantai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pantai Ungapan di Desa Gajahrejo, Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif denganteknik analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rapid integrated survey sumber daya alam wilayah pesisir, observasi dan wawancara. Pengumpulan data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka dan dokumen dari instansi terkait. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu perhitungan Indeks Kesesuaian Wisata (IKW) untuk rekreasi dan metode SOAR. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan IKW, Pantai Ungapan termasuk kategori sesuai yang dapat dijadikan kawasan ekowisata pantai dengan nilai 93%. Strategi yang dapat diterapkan di Pantai Ungapan yaitu mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi yang ada dan kerjasama seluruh stakeholders pariwisata untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Pembangunan keberlanjutan merupakan upaya terpadu dan terorganisasi untuk mengembangkan kualitas hidup dengan cara mengatur penyediaan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pemeliharaan sumber daya secara berkelanjutan. This research purpose is to explore how history initial teachers plan their lesson for lesson study during the KPL (internship) on 8 schools in Malang. 22 subjects were observed and interviewed by researchers during the research. This research found that there are two patterns of planning conducted by the history initial teachers during their internship for their lesson study. Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan cita-cita bangsa yang juga termaktub secara jelas dan tersurat dalam pembukaan undang-undang dasar 1945. Sejatinya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan tersebut perlu adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Pemerintah selaku penguasa berperan dalam membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan rakyatnya. Ironisnya kesenjangan banyak terlihat sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh Gini ratio pada maret 2014 yang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya. Konsep ekonomi rakyat menjadi solusi dari pemikiran Bung Hatta, yakni dimana semua ekonomi yang dapat diterapkan dengan prinsip dari, oleh, dan untuk rakyat. Selaras dengan pemikiran ini lahirlah koperasi. Penelitian ini akan mendiskusikan bagaimana peran koperasi bagi penambang minyak tradisional di desa Wonocolo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. koperasi sebagai suatu badan yang diberikan kepercayaan oleh pemerintah sebagai wadah dalam pengelolaan sumur tua sehingga SDA dapat memberikan manfaat dan penerimaan yang maksimal bagi Negara untuk sebesar-besar kemakmuran rakyat. Pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh koperasi sumber pangan melalui fasilitas modal dan sebagai wadah bagi masyarakat sekitar lokasi sumur tua untuk dapat memanfaatkan sumur tua sebagai sumber pendapatan. This experimental study aims to determine the effect and difference of talking stick learning. The research design used was posttest-Only Control Group design. The population in this study amounted to 348 students. Sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. This study uses a sample of two classes. Data collection methods using tests and documentation. Data analysis using simple regression test and Independent Sample Ttest Test using SPSS 21.0. The results of the analysis of simple regression test data are t count> t table, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is influence of the use of cooperative learning model talking stick type on social studies learning outcomes of VIII grade students of Karangrejo 1 Junior High School indicated by the acquisition of t4.444> t table 2.042. The results of the analysis of independent sample t test test data are t count> t table, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a difference in the use of cooperative learning model talking stick type on social studies learning outcomes of VIII grade students of Karangrejo 1 Junior High School shown from the acquisition of t count 2,363> t table 1,990.
