The role of biotechnology in the development of the bioeconomy 生物技术在生物经济发展中的作用

This paper analyzes the steps of the strategic development and use of innovations in the field of biotechnology in the largest and most developed countries of the world. Support for applied recommendations for state-level fundamental provisions regarding initiatives to develop the capacity of the biotechnology sector and increase the level of an international, strategic and competitive industry is presented. The authors conducted a study and evaluated the further promising use of innovations in biotechnology on the example of the EU-15 and EU13 countries. A regularity was revealed that the biotechnology of the EU countries (EU-15) is developed at a high national and international level. The overall results of our work have helped to define further strategic directions and presented potential prospects for innovation in the field of biotechnology, which will subsequently lead to increased investment in this area. Using the graphical method, a dynamic model of trade turnover in the bioeconomy of the EU-15 countries is presented, followed by the construction of a trend line. And also formulated and predicted the value of trade in the bioeconomy of the EU-15 and EU-13 for the next decade.

The critical trait of digital entrepreneur: mixed methods research 数字企业家的关键特征:混合方法研究

Pioneers of the digital era have invented a different business model and expanded the existence of the digital economy, and the digital entrepreneurship is the beginning of this digital revolution. To explore the key characteristics of digital entrepreneurs, this study is divided into two stages. The first stage conducted a literature review and case study to construct the characteristic elements of the entrepreneurship into a model of digital entrepreneurs. In the second stage, the relative weights of the key characteristics of digital entrepreneurs are understood through an analysis of the AHP questionnaire results. The results show that autonomy and selfdiscipline are keys among the main dimensions of the key characteristics of digital entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship; the secondary dimension of "action power" is key in the main dimension of "autonomy and self-discipline"; the secondary dimension of "business networks" is key in the main dimension of "social capital"; the secondary dimension of "insight" is key in the main dimension of "innovation and breakthrough"; the secondary dimension of "communication ability" is key in the main dimension of "leadership communication".

Research of the influence of xanthan gum on rheological properties of dough and quality of bread made from sprouted wheat grain 黄原胶对发芽小麦面团流变特性及面包品质影响的研究

The effect of microbial polysaccharide xanthan in the amount of 0.1-0.4% on the rheological characteristics of the dough from sprouted wheat grain and quality indicators of bread was studied. It was found that when xanthan gum is added, the dough's spreading and adhesion strength decreases, and the dough's resilience-elastic and plastic-viscous characteristics improve. Bread made from sprouted wheat grains with the addition of experimental dosages of xanthan has better structural-mechanical and physicochemical properties, as evidenced by higher indicators of crumb compressibility, specific volume, and moisture compared to the control sample. To obtain bread with the best quality indicators, it is recommended to use 0.3% xanthan.

Economic analysis of the construction industry in the Slovak Republic: the path to sustainability 斯洛伐克共和国建筑业的经济分析:可持续发展之路

Housing is one of the basic human needs, and we can evaluate and compare the standard of living in the states according to the quality and availability of housing. The housing issue has been addressed in the Slovak Republic for several years with an unsatisfactory result. The paper aims to provide an overview of economic indicators related to the construction industry in the Slovak Republic while demonstrating the interconnectedness to sustainable development. Construction production, the construction industry's share of GDP, number of employees, and labour productivity are analysed and depicted graphically. A comparison of 2020 with previous years is also provided. To conclude, viable solutions for improving the sustainable Slovak construction industry are presented.

A review on active techniques in microchannel heat sink for miniaturization problem in electronic industry 电子工业中微型化问题的微通道散热器主动技术综述

With continuous miniaturization of modern electronic components, the need of better cooling devices also keeps on increasing. The improper thermal management of these devices not only hampers the efficiency but can also cause permanent damage. Among various techniques, microchannel heat sink has shown most favourable performance. To further enhance the performance, two techniques i.e., active and passive are used. In passive technique, no external power source is required like heat sink design alteration and working fluid modification. External power source is necessary for heat transfer augmentation in the microchannel heat sink when using the active approach. Due to compact size of microchannel, active techniques are not used more often. However, the present work highlights the different active technique used in microchannel i.e., Electrostatic forces, flow pulsation, magnetic field, acoustic effects, and vibration active techniques. Above mentioned techniques have been analysed in detail.

Utilization of wrightia tinctoria nano seed fibers as a reinforcement in the preparation of epoxy-based composites 利用红木纳米种子纤维作为增强剂制备环氧基复合材料

Natural seed fiber reinforced composite materials are replacing many conventional ones because of their excellent properties, less weight, easy availability, etc. Composite materials are used in many areas because of their superior features. Mechanical property is one of the vital parameters for choosing the material. The current investigation has revealed an importance of recently well-known Wrightia tinctoria nano seed fibers (WTNSFs), which are extracted physically. Wrightia tinctoria nano seed fiber reinforced composite was prepared with the epoxy resin by hand layup method. Epoxy resin is easy to handle and available at low cost. Mechanical tests are conducted reinforced composites of plain epoxy and WTNSFs to obtain strength properties like tensile, flexural, impact. Water absorption tests also performed on composites. Here, the developed composites are easy to handle, offered economically, and used primarily in marine applications due to less water absorption and good wax content. A comprehensive description of different tests and the properties of WTNSFs are studied and compared with the other existing natural fibers. This work showed that 35% combination of WTNSFs reinforced epoxy matrix offers enhanced mechanical properties with minimum water absorption compared with plain epoxy composites.

Fiscal decentralization of the Visegrad Group countries as a key factor of development 财政分权是维谢格拉德集团国家发展的关键因素

The article investigates the process of decentralization of public administration in the Visegrad Group countries. The authors use the share of local budget revenues of Visegrad Group countries in GDP and the share of tax (own) revenues in the revenues of local budgets of Visegrad Group countries, as main indicators. The research examines the essence of fiscal decentralization and reforms of fiscal decentralization in Visegrad Four. It has been found that the purpose of fiscal decentralization was to increase the financial independence of the municipalities, but the local governments of the Visegrad Four countries still depend on the state budget and economic development of a country. In general, process of fiscal decentralization still has the national particularities.

This scientific work is devoted to the processes of creating technologies, as well as the use of their mathematical representation in the form of models in the context of the formation and development of the intellectual capital of an enterprise. To select a goal, a vision was formed to prove or refute any possibility of using Markov's theory in practice, namely the creation of a stochastic model of the intellectual capital of an enterprise in monetary terms, which manifests itself in investments in intangible assets.As an initial model hypothesis, the statement is accepted that investments in the enterprise's intangible assets are a factor in the transformation of intellectual capital into the company's value. Based on the results of applying the stochastic Markov chain model, the potential profit of the company's intangible assets was estimated, the main elements of which were intellectual capital assets during the study. A matrix of transition probabilities has been formed and modeling of the limiting probabilities of the system states has been implemented. The necessary conditions and boundaries of the scope of the mathematical model are also determined. The mathematical method of modeling the company's intellectual capital proposed in the article allows determining the contribution of each of the structural components to the formation of the value of the enterprises intellectual capital, thereby making it possible to establish a current balance between all its elements, which contributes to a comprehensive study of the company's intellectual assets.

This research was conducted to identify the key market outlets and their determinants. Primary data was collected from 400 garlic producers, 37 traders, and 12 consumers. Collectors, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers’ marketing channels were identified. Of these, wholesalers were the preferred market channel by 93.75% of garlic producers. The results from a multivariate probit model showed that lagged price, experience, quantity produced, land allotted, education, sex, oxen, and market information influence garlic producers' market outlet choice decisions. The study suggested that garlic producers need to be supported to select the right market-place for maximizing their farm profit.

Developing and ranking the strategies of Zarand power plant using quantitative strategic planning matrix and best-worst method 用定量战略规划矩阵和最佳-最差方法对扎兰德发电厂的战略进行开发和排序

Developing the power plants in any country is considered an economic development strategy as it changes the country’s market despite the competitive pressures. However, to grow the electricity market, policymakers need to evaluate the domestic Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) of electric power plants. So, the necessity of a strategic plan for the power plants is inevitable to reach the goals such as eliminating the shortcomings, and meeting the desired criteria of an organization, such as more market share, acceptable profitability, customer satisfaction, increasing profit growth rate, and productivity through economic and cost-effective operations. Therefore, in this paper, the Zarand power plant in Iran is chosen as a case study to develop the associated strategies and rank them. A power plant strategic plan was generated by using a SWOT matrix. Then, the developed strategies were prioritized using a quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) and the best-worst method (BWM). The results confirm that developing the main product (electricity power), managing water consumption, and providing equipment are the most critical strategies for the Zarand power plant. Findings also demonstrated that the results of the BWM method are more accurate and correct than the QSPM method for prioritizing strategies
