Abstract—Supervision is a systematic way to align implementation standards with planning objectives, functions to design information systems, compare real activities with standards that have been made previously, determine and measure deviations and take corrective action. In its implementation at the Department of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, there is no supervision over the mapping of the assignment where this can hinder if an incident occurs in the field, field information is not documented and the data management process still uses manuals. So in this study a system was designed. The Design of a Geographic Information System.Intisari—PHP, Web, Informasi, Pengawasan, MySql Pengawasan adalah cara yang sistematis untuk mengatur pelaksanaan standar dengan tujuan merencanakan, mengerjakan perancangan sistem informasi, membandingkan kegiatan nyata dengan standar yang dibuat sebelumnya, menentukan dan mengukur penyimpangan serta mengambil tindakan korektif. Dalam pelaksanaannya di Dinas Perhubungan Republik Indonesia belum ada pengawasan terhadap tempat-tempat yang dapat menghambat kejadian di lapangan, informasi lapangan tidak terdokumentasi dan proses pengelolaan data masih menggunakan manual. Abstract — This study contains the selection of the best teachers at SMK PGRI 05 Serpong. Where in the process of selecting the best teachers currently using a manual system that adds up several criteria that are included in the selection. The criteria themselves are still not quite right because the selected criteria are only seen from the teacher's absence and performance. For the data collection process in this study, namely by using observation to analyze the problems that occur, the next process is to conduct interviews with the principal to obtain information about the problems encountered, for the documentation process to find the required documents through Administration, the next process is a questionnaire to obtain data. alternative respondents. The support system has a role thataims to improve a decision through a technology application that is designed based on weighting and. Dimana pada proses pemilihan guru terbaik saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual yang menjumlahkan beberapa kriteria yang masuk ke dalam pemilihan. Untuk kriterianya sendiri masih kurang tepat karena kriteria yang dipilih hanya dilihat dari absensi dan kinerja gurunya saja. Untuk proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ialah dengan menggunakan observasi untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi, proses selanjutnya melakukan interview dengan kepala sekolah untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi, untuk proses dokumentasi mencari dokumen yang dibutuhkan melalui bagian Tata Usaha, proses selanjutnya yaitu kuisoner untuk mendapatkan data responden alternatif. Sistem penunjang keputusan memiliki peranan yang bertujuan untuk meperbaiki sebuah pengambilan keputusan melalui sebuah aplikasi teknologi yang dirancang berdasarkan pembobotan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini digunakan untuk pemilihan guru terbaik di SMK PGRI 05 Serpong kota Tangerang Selatan.Kata Kunci: sistem penunjang keputusan, weighted product, waterfall

Whistleblowing System Deployment using ITIL v3 Framework 使用ITIL v3框架部署举报系统

The Indonesian government has been urged to implement Whistleblowing systems for public services in order to achieve integrity zone development. Almost all service desk software provides user convenience as well as manages the service process in an organisation using standards based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3. The service operation of Whistleblowing systems and the service desk systems are almost the same. However, currently only a few studies have examined the implementation of Whistleblowing systems which uses such a framework in a public higher education institution. The aim of this study is to design and develop a Whistleblowing system which is expected to fulfil the IT Service Management (ITSM) standard and to perform an integration process amongst the community and students. The software was designed and tested in the Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta using the ITIL v3 standards. The result showed that the efficiency parameter value produced a page speed point of 91 % (A). The minimum score was 91 % (A) and the fully loaded time was 2.4 seconds. A portability test showed a value of 100 % for the mobile-friendly score while the reliability test with a stress test also showed at 100 %. The alpha testing result was a very good predicate while beta testing received an acceptable score, good category, and classified as grade C. In conclusion, based on the abovementioned tests, this shows that the system can be used to manage student services, lecturers and staff, as well as to integrate the current service within the community.

This study aims to determine whether the use of the MTRS application can affect the intention to visit tourist destinations and the level of influence of the factors that can influence it. The model in this study involves the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model and aspects, technological features, social motivation, visit intention, and use intention to identify visit intention. The method used to collect data in this research is a web-based online survey using Google Forms distributed through social media. The target respondents were individuals who had used the mobile tourism recommender system. Data from 213 valid respondents were processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The conclusion is that the use of the MTRS application can affect the intention to visit tourist destinations.

Evaluation of Academic Information System Using Delone and Mclane Success Model: A Case Study ff Academic Information System Hasanuddin University 基于Delone和Mclane成功模型的学术信息系统评价——以哈萨丁大学学术信息系统为例

This study examines the effectiveness of the utilization (individual impact) of academic information systems at Hasanuddin University using the DeLone and McLean information system success model. This model has seven hypotheses to examine the construct relationships including system quality predicts user satisfaction (H1), information quality predicts user satisfaction (H2), system quality predicts actual use (H3), information quality predicts actual use (H4), user satisfaction predicts actual use (H5a), actual use predicts user satisfaction (H5b), user satisfaction predicts individual impact (H6), and actual use predicts individual impact (H7). We use structural equation modeling with Partial Least Square technique. The results show that H1, H2, H6, H7 have a significant positive impact and the remaining hypothesis have no significant positive impact. In conclusion, indicators that influence the effectiveness of using the system are on the system quality variable and the quality of information with the greatest influence on the quality of information.

Purpose: The study aims to describe factors related to the readiness of health workers with respect to implementation of a mobile Pregnancy Monitoring System in Primary Health Care (PHC) sites of the South Tangerang District in Banten Province, Indonesia using a socio-technical approach. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used among respondents who were involved during the antenatal care process. The participants (n=210) completed the questionnaire that measured information needs regarding the socio-technical aspect of readiness and factors affecting the readiness. The data was analysed using logistic regression analysis. Result: The findings of this study showed that the majority of the health workers who were involved in the antenatal care process were ready to implement the mobile pregnancy monitoring system. Having social media (P= .013) and willingness (P= .007) to be involved in IT implementation are associated with IT readiness, while there is no significant association between demographic factors to the readiness of the health workers. Conclusion: Since there is no connectivity between the demographic factors to readiness, thus the supportive factors such as having a social media and willingness are easier to resolve than inferring from the demographic factors.

The COVID-19 pandemic that emerged in 2019, in wuhan, Hubei province, China has spread almost throughout the world, including Indonesia. The impact of the virus is that the government has issued public policies, which include social distancing, social isolation, and self-quarantine. Various sectors must implement the policy. Several companies in Indonesia have to enforce working from home for all their employees, including educational institutions in Indonesia, from the level of Playgroups, Early Childhood Education, Kindergartens, Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, Public High Schools or Senior High Schools. Vocational High Schools and Universities also apply an online learning process from home. Information Technology provides solutions for the education system in Indonesia in these difficult times, so that the learning process can continue. In previous studies, an exploration of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model with social isolation variables, and corona fear moderating variables was carried out on the Behavioral Intentions of the Learning Management System and the Behavior of the Use of Learning Management Systems among General or Vocational High School students. Data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings show a positive relationship of Performance Expectations (PE), Effort Expectations (EE), Social Influence (SI), and Social Isolation on LMS Behavioral Intentions and, also between LMS Behavioral Intentions and Use Behavior. In addition, the results of the moderation analysis show that the fear of Corona only moderates the relationship between Performance Expectations and Social Influences with LMS Behavioral Intentions. The findings imply the need to increase the behavioral intentions of LMS users among college students or students.

Abstract—The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the conventional learning process. So a solution is needed to answer this problem. Online learning is one alternative that can overcome this problem. The purpose of the study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of online learning as an effort to suppress the spread of covid-19 in schools using the NataClass application. The results showed that teachers and students used the NataKelas application as a learning medium during the pandemic on a regular basis according to the face to-face learning schedule, but the supervision of learning from parents was still lacking even though it had been prepared in the NataKelas application.Intisari— Pandemi covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pembelajaran secara daring adalah salah satu pilihan alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menekan penyebaran covid-19 di Sekolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi NataKelas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan murid menggunakan aplikasi NataKelas sebagai media pembelajaran selama masa pandemi secara rutin sesuai dengan jadwal pembelajaran tatap muka, namun pengawasan pembelajaran dari orangtua masih kurang walaupun sudah di siapkan di aplikasi NataKelas.Kata Kunci— Covid-19, Pembelajaran Daring, Media Pembelajaran, NataKelas.

Abstract — Transportation activities are currently growing rapidly, both private transportation, mass transportation and distribution operations, all of which cannot be separated from the use of fuel oil (BBM) which is used as the main fuel component in driving in Indonesia. This affects the increase in sales of BBM (fuel oil) which has become a primary need in supporting the activities carried out. So in this study the aim is to determine the factors of consumer satisfaction in choosing fuel oil (BBM) in their vehicle at the Lanji Kendal gas station. At the stage of taking a sample, this research was carried out by direct observation or observation and filling out data/questionnaires for Lanji Kendal gas station customers. So that in the process of filling in the data/questionnaire it can show a result of a facility, service, economic factor and others so that it can determine consumer satisfaction in choosing fuel oil (BBM) at the Lanji Kendal gas station so that in this research what is done is a satisfaction factor analysis consumers buy Pertamax and Pertalite fuel at the Lanji Kendal gas station. Alpha value> 15 so that all items are reliable and all tests consistently have strong reliability.Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction System Buying BBMIntisari — kegiatan transportasi saat ini sudah berkembang pesat, baik transportasi pribadi, angkutan masal maupun operasional distribusi, semua tidak lepas dari penggunaan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) yang digunakan sebagai komponen bahan bakar utama dalam berkendara di Indonesia. Sehingga dalam proses pengisian data/kuesioner dapat menunjukan suatu hasil dari suatu fasilitas, pelayanan, faktor ekonomi dan lain-lainnya sehingga dapat menentukan kepuasan konsumen dalam memilih bahan bakar minyak (BBM) pada SPBU Lanji Kendal sehingga dalam penelitian ini yang dilakukan adalah analisis faktor kepuasan konsumen membeli BBM Pertamax dan Pertalite pada SPBU Lanji Kendal. Nilai alpha>15 sehingga seluruh item reliabel dan seluruh tes secara konsisten memiliki reliabilitas yang kuat.Kata Kunci: Sistem Kepuasan Konsumen Membeli BBM

In this paper described in general the aspects that effect the strategic decisions of airlines in the framework of implementation of the vision-mission of the organization, especially by PT XYZ, one of the state-owned airlines (SOEs) that has the scale and scope of business as well as the quality of service and international safety. Analysts will be focused on the business components of the company as well as strategies designed and implemented by the company in terms of achieving competitive advantage as well as risk management from various levels of volatile components such as the price of fuel oil (avtur, etc.). Analisa akan fokus pada aspek-aspek bisnis organisasi serta penyusunan strategi yang dibangun dan diimplementasikan oleh organisasi dalam rangka meraih keunggulan kompetitif serta manajemen risiko dari berbagai level komponen volatil seperti tingkat harga avtur diantaranya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Analisa data menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada komitmen perusahaan untuk menerapkan strategi produksi yang tepat bagi PT XYZ untuk meningkatkan layanan.Kata Kunci— Strategi Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan, SWOT.
