This research aims to help companies to be able to estimate the procurement of materials in property development, control material stocks in warehouses, and determine which suppliers can support to meet these needs with predetermined criteria, namely the supplier's distance to the project location, delivery speed, suitability orders, good quality materials and affordable prices. The method used to estimate the quantity of material procurement in maintaining the availability of material stock in the warehouse is the Auto Regressive Moving Average (ARIMA) method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a method for determining material suppliers. The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of forecasting errors is 6.1%. As for the selection of material suppliers, the AHP method can recommend which suppliers are eligible to be selected based on predetermined criteria, then the results are sorted based on the highest ranking.

The Online Project Processing Information System at the Sumatra Lestari Orangutan Foundation (YOSL-OIC) is of course website-based, which is a project report information system that is carried out online that allows users to access data in real-time and can make the right decisions in a short time and it also makes it easier for the industry to manage and work on projects in a planned, controlled, analytical and sustainable manner. Industry must also be able to control how project activities are carried out. At YOSL-OIC, Data processing information systems are being evaluated in a semi-manual fashion, which is inefficient in terms of both time and accuracy. The study's overarching goal is to create a web-based data system that streamlines data collecting and processing and can be accessed from any location, among other benefits. The application that is formed includes work data that shows features such as collecting pictures and videos during activities, lists of donors, and can input projects through the website directly without going through software such as Ms.Word or other Office parts and several others. Employees may quickly and easily save enormous volumes of data, generate comprehensive reports, and guarantee the safety of sensitive project information with the help of this program.

The objective of this study was to assess the capability of the Gauss distribution-based Cuckoo Search algorithm (GCS) in solving the Uncapacitated Facility Location Problem (UFLP). UFLP is an optimization problem that there are number of locations available to be built a facility so that it can serve number of customers, assuming each facility has no limits to serve customers and only a single facility is allowed to provide services to each customer. The objective function of UFLP is to minimize the combined costs of constructing facilities in an area and providing services to customers. UFLP falls under the category of NP-Hard Problems, where the computation complexity increases with the size of the data. The Cuckoo Search algorithm, which mimics the breeding behavior of Cuckoo birds, has been extensively used to tackle optimization problems. GCS was introduced to overcome the weaknesses of Cuckoo Search algorithm in terms of computational time and search accuracy. GCS used Gaussian distribution instead of Levy Flight which based on Levy distribution. In this study, the GCS algorithm was implemented using JavaScript and the dataset used was obtained from ORLib. The research outcomes showed that the GCS algorithm could achieve optimal result in all dataset.

Junior high school is one of the organizations whose business processes involve teaching and learning activities under the principal's responsibility. SMP ABC is a junior high school that continually strives to improve the quality of education, one of which is its academic services. However, the process of storing and processing data at SMP ABC still uses Microsoft word and Microsoft excel. Hence, the data management process is not good and allows a lot of errors in processing academic data. The academic information system is a system that can help solve the problem of errors in data processing and make the educational service process better and more effective. So SMP ABC also needs to implement an academic information system. The results of this study are to analyze and design educational information systems using the OOAD method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools with several diagrams, including use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ERD, to facilitate academic data management and improve efficiency and effectiveness so that management data on SPM ABC can be computerized appropriately.

The website is one of the media used by some educational institutions to convey information. One of them is the Department of Informatics at the Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). One of the basic things that need to be considered when developing a academic website is the user experience (UX) a user has when engaging with a website. User experience measures the comfort level of a user when interacting with a product. User experience needs to be evaluated regularly so that the website can continue to meet the expectations of its users. However, there has been no research related to evaluating or testing user experience on the UII Informatics Department website. This study aims to assess the level of experience of UII Informatics Department website visitors. This study employed quantitative research methods, specifically the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. Using the mean calculation, the UII Informatics Department website received positive assessments on the dimensions of perspicuity, efficiency, attractiveness, dependability, and stimulation, but received negative evaluations on the novelty dimension. According to the benchmark analysis, the aspects of perspicuity and efficiency are above-average. While the dimensions of novelty, stimulation, dependability, and attractiveness are below-average. The results of this study can be used as a reference for developing a website for the Department of Informatics with a version that is more in line with user needs.

Research involving humans as the object has to follow ethics protocol. This protocol has to be reviewed by the research ethics committee before the research can be conducted. Though the mechanism for determining the protocol reviewer is simple, there are several obstacles, including the unbalanced workload of each reviewer, the empty schedule because the reviewer is busy or has other tasks, and the length of time it takes to determine the schedule manually. There needs to be a system that can see various obstacles and challenges in scheduling protocol reviewers and resolve them automatically. This paper proposes an automatic scheduling mechanism with a Heuristic Forward Chaining approach that can adjust the rules for determining reviewers from real experts and avoid the constraints that exist in the manual scheduling system. The proposed method is made in the form of a web application and can practically generate accurate schedules automatically.

The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the level of IT decisions accuracy between female and male directors on board. The research uses qualitative studies by interviewing four directors (two females and two males) who are in charge of making IT investment decisions. Furthermore, the data analysis uses Leadership Theory, Decision Quality Theory and Analytic Hierarchical Process. Results show that gender plays a pivotal role in shaping board directors' conduct in an IT investment decision-making where male and female leaders have specific attributes that will contribute to a successful IT investment decision-making. Moreover, the results also can be used as a fundamental for enterprises to change their policy regarding gender equality in a workplace to create a more diverse working environment. This research becomes significant considering the number of females on IT and board remains limited for several years despite women emancipation being encouraged across many platforms.

Typing is an activity to write an article in printed form that has been assembled by a typewriter. With the rapid development of the times, typewriters were replaced by computers because they were efficient in making writing or text. a text or writing that is easy to understand in conveying information does not have word mistakes that result in unclear information being conveyed. In word processing applications such as Microsoft Office Word, it has the word suggestions and autocorrect word features which are very useful in checking an article where there are word errors in the writing. This research develops a javascript library to detect typo errors for writing wrong words and recommends the right words to change the wrong words. This study uses the Levenshtein Distance Algorithm and the Regular Search Expression method. The results of this study were successfully applied to the word recommendation feature in the library with an accuracy value of 50% and a precision level of 5%.

This research was conducted with the aim of assessing or assessing the level of success of an information system used, namely the Health Management Information System or known as SIMKES in supporting the service process at the Kwamki Lama Mimika Health Center. This information system is still relatively new in its implementation, namely since the end of September 2022 and there has not been an evaluation related to this system for the puskesmas kwamki. This research uses the Human, Organization, Technology and Net Benefit (HOT-Fit) model approach because it focuses more on several important aspects by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the puskesmas kwamki who access SIMKES directly. The results obtained from the average value of each indicator for system users 3.90 (Good), organizational structure 4.11 (Good), system quality 3.74 (Good), information quality 4.15 (Good), quality service 3.85 (Good), and benefits 4.11 (Good). So that the overall SIMKES score obtained was 3.98 (Good). Based on this, it is known that the success rate of SIMKES is good in helping the service process.

This research aims to resolve the challenge of finding the list of recommendations that correspond to user preferences. The MyAnimeList dataset is utilized for model evaluation, accessible via Kaggle website. The outcome of this study is the development of a recommendation system based on the preferences of other users (user-based model). The suggested solution employs a collaborative filtering model based on the KNN algorithm and weighted attribute. The dataset consisted of 193,272 user ratings on anime, with the following attributes: username, anime_id, my_score, and my_status. As an extension of the KNN collaborative filtering paradigm, the rating value is weighted based on the user’s status. The determination of the weight is based on the responses of 105 respondents to a questionnaire. my_score and my_status values will be combined and adjusted using MinMaxNormalization in addition to being weighted. This work implemented the KNN algorithm with the following k parameter values: 3, 5, 9, 15, 23, 33, and 45. Variations in parameters are utilized to determine the optimal k value to employ in KNN, which uses the Pearson similarity matrix to calculate user similarity values. The model evaluation indicate that the optimal Mean Absolute Error and Root Mean Square Error values at parameter k = 5 are 0.14726 and 0.19855, respectively. This improved model’s findings further demonstrate that KNN collaborative filtering with an additional weighted parameter can predict ratings with stable and generally low error values for all k values.

This improved model’s findings further demonstrate that KNN collaborative filtering with an additional weighted parameter can predict ratings with stable and generally low error values for all k values.","PeriodicalId":32357,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Sistem Informasi","volume":"160 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135438685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
