Orman ürünleri sanayinin sertifikasyona yönelik görüşleri: Batı Akdeniz Bölgesi örneği 林木产品管理行业认证:以西海地区为例

A survey of manufacturers in Western Mediterranean Region was conducted. The objective of this study was to determine the differences in attitudes and beliefs towards certification between certified and non-certified manufacturers. Because environmental (or green) certification is a developing phenomenon, this objective was chosen and certification has some aspects that remain unknown. The questionnaire was used to collect demographic and attitudinal information from manufacturers about certification. On average, the non-certified manufacturers were smaller than the certified manufacturers. All of the statistics imply that greater forest products manufacturers are more likely to become certified. As certification and environmental issues continue to garner coverage in the media and generate strong interest among the public, it can be expected the increasing awareness of certification among non-certified manufacturers. Certified and non-certified forest products manufacturers hold widely differing views on certification. Those differing beliefs affect to the choices each group makes.

Ormanların su üretim hizmetine yönelik yeni planlama yaklaşımı 森林水生产服务的新规划方法

Dunya genelinde gecen yuzyil icinde gerceklestirilen deneysel havza calismalari biyokutle ile su verimi arasindaki negatif korelasyonu ortaya koymustur. Fakat sadece bu negatif korelasyon dikkate alinip onemli detaylar goz ardi edildiginde “orman ne kadar siddetli aralanir veya kesilirse o kadar yuksek seviyede su verimi artirilabilir” seklinde yanlis bir algi olusmaktadir. Bu makalede bu yaklasimin neden terk edilmesinin gerektigi aciklanmakta ve su uretim amacina yonelik yeni orman planlama paradigmasi ortaya konulmaktadir. Iklim degisikligi ve benzer riskler dikkate alinarak, su uretim amacli orman planlama, havza planlama ile esgudum icinde, akarsu kiyi ekosistemlerinin kapasitesini ust duzeye tasiyacak sekilde iyi yonetim uygulamalari prensipleri cercevesinde planlamaya konu olmalidir. Bu sonuca ulasmak icin 3 temel yaklasim ve veri kaynagi benimsenmistir: (1) Meta analiz, (2) Proje sonuclari ve (3) Marmara Bolgesi kapsaminda on degerlendirme. Orman planlamada havza bazinda entegrasyonu, iklim degisikligine uyum ve akarsu kiyi ekosistemlerinin planlamaya aktarilmasi icin planlama oncesi Havza Hidrolojik Degerlendirme Raporu (HDR) ve Dere Kiyisi Ekosistemleri Yonetim Planlari (DKYP) hazirlanmalidir. Bu yaklasimla fonksiyonel planlamada su uretimi ve toprak koruma fonksiyonlari birer ust planlama fonksiyonu mantigiyla tum ormanlara ve ormancilik faaliyetlerine dahil edilmis olacaktir.

Bu calismada mevcut ustunlukler, zayifliklar, firsatlar ve tehditler ortaya konularak, Isparta Orman Bolge Mudurlugundeki (OBM’deki) ormancilik calismalarini kamuoyuna duyuracak etkili kitle iletisim araclarinin belirlenmesi ve onceliklendirilmesi islemi gerceklestirilmistir. Boylece bu alandaki kitle iletisim araclarinin gelistirilmesine yonelik oneriler gelistirilmistir. Arastirmanin ana amaci; Isparta OBM’de ormancilik calismalarini kamuoyuna duyuracak etkili kitle iletisim araclarinin belirlenmesine yonelik ustunlukleri, zayifliklari, firsatlari ve tehditleri ortaya koymaktir. Diger amaclar ise arastirma alaninda kitle iletisim araclari konusundaki mevcut yapiyi incelemek, kitle iletisim araclarina yonelik potansiyelleri ve kisitlari belirlemek ve buna yonelik mevcut yapiyi iyilestirebilmek icin oneriler gelistirmektir. Arastirmada SWOT (Ustunlukler, Zayifliklar, Firsatlar ve Tehditler) cozumlemeleri ile Cok Kriterli Karar Verme (CKKV) tekniklerini bir araya getiren bir melez teknik olan R’WOT (Ranking Teknigi + SWOT Cozumlemeleri + Dogrusal Kombinasyon Teknigi) teknigi kullanilmistir. Elazığ yöresinde meşe ekimlerinin gelişimi ile bazı yetişme ortamı özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiler 森林团队的发展与全球一些生长环境特征的关系

Elâzig ve cevresinde, 1998 yilinda toprak muhafaza amaci ile yapilan mese ekimlerinin gelisimi ile bazi yetisme ortami ozellikleri arasindaki iliskinin aciga cikarilmasi amaclanmistir. Bunun icin farkli yukselti, baki, egim ve yamac konumuna gore dagilimlari homojen yapilmis 20x20 m ebadinda 54 adet ornekleme alani belirlenmistir. Bu ornekleme alanlarinda tum fertlerin tur teshisleri yapilmis ve ayni yasli olduklarini teyit etmek icin her ornekleme alaninda iki fert dipten kesilmistir. 51 adet ornek alaninda turlerin boy ve dip cap olcumleri yapilmis, acilan toprak profillerinden derinlik kademesine gore bozulmus ve bozulmamis toprak ornekleri alinmistir. Mese ekimi yapilmis ancak basarisiz olunmus uc adet ornek alanda ise basarisizligin toprak ozellikleri ile iliskili olup olmadigini tespit etmek amaciyla sadece toprak ornekleri alinmistir. The aim of this study is to determine the socioeconomic structure, structural features and the problems of poplar wood-processing companies in the Sakarya, Samsun and Bursa provinces in Turkey, to find out the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the business owners, to check the differences of job satisfaction according to some basic features, and to reveal the relationships between them. The data were obtained from the business records and surveys with their owners. The data were collected in 2017-2018, and a survey was conducted on 243 business owners using face-to-face interviews. Descriptive statistics, Factor Analysis, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, Correlation and Regression Analyses were used to evaluate the data. As a result, it has been determined that poplar wood-processing companies are small and medium-sized enterprises that create added value, provide em-ployment and generally operate as a workshop and the most important factors affecting job satisfaction of business owners are; (1) Autono-my, success and ethical values at work, (2) Employee’s competence at work, (3) Security needs and working conditions at work, (4) Respect-communication-independence, (5) Income level. Additionally, it has been determined that the total job satisfaction of the business owners varies according to some basic features. Some suggestions were de-veloped to improve the socioeconomic structure, to increase the job satisfaction and the productivity, profitability and performance levels of the companies.

In this study, the aim was to determine the effects of various practices on litter and soil properties by regenerating a mixed coppice forest into a coniferous forest, regenerating the same coniferous forest with the same species and clear-cutting a coppice forest for regenerating via coppicing. For this purpose, the study was conducted at Kerpe Research Forest (Kocaeli, Turkey), where reforestation with fast-growing species had been carried out. In the study, a total of 34 sample areas were worked on (10 plots each from old coppice stands (YY), 40-year-old 1st generation maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Aiton) reforestation (1NÇm) planted after clear-cutting of the old coppices and 10-year-old maritime pine plantations (2NÇm), where 1st generation of the aforementioned maritime pine reforestation was clear-cut; 4 plots from a 10-year-old young coppice stands (GY) growing after clear-cutting of the old coppices). It was determined that the amount of carbon and nutrient stocks in the litter were decreased significantly in 2NÇm and the differences within the 1NÇm plots did not close in the 10-year period. Although the organic carbon stocks in soil samples of 2NÇm were 31% higher than 1NÇm and the organic carbon stocks of GY were 28% higher than YY, these differences were not found to be statistically significant. The results of nitrogen stocks were similar as well. The phosphorus stocks of 2NÇm and GY were 73% and 71% lower than YY, respectively. They were determined to be statistically significant. No significant differences were detected between the K and Mg stocks, but the decreases were noted. As a result, it has been demonstrated that species change and 2nd generation reforestation practices affect carbon and nutrient stocks in litter and soils.

Bu arastirma, Boylu ardicin ( Juniperus excelsa ) yapay genclestirme tekniklerini ortaya koymak amaciyla gerceklestirilmistir. Arastirmada toprak isleme yontemi (makineli ve el ile toprak isleme), fidan tipi (1+0 ve 2+0 ciplak koklu, 1+0 ve 1+1 tuplu fidanlar) ve yorenin fidan yasama yuzdesi ve gelisimi (fidan boyu ve kok bogazi capi) uzerindeki etkisi incelenmistir. Calismada dikim yontemine ek olarak ocakta cizgi tohum ekim yontemi de denenmistir. Egirdir Orman Fidanliginda Egirdir-Camdag orijinli tohumlar kullanilarak uretilmis fidanlar ve ekim yontemi icinde yine ayni orijinden katlama islemi uygulanmis tohumlar kullanilmistir. Calisma iki farkli yorede (Yalvac-Hisarardi ve Elmali-Ovacik mevkileri) kurulmus deneme alanlarinda yurutulmustur. Deneme deseni t esaduf bloklarinda bolunmus parseller deneme desenine gore kurulmustur. Arazi calismalari sonucunda (2012-2014 yillari arasi) elde edilen veriler varyans analizi ile degerlendirilmis ve ortalamalar Duncan testi ile karsilastirilmistir. Birlikte degerlendirmede bloklar deneme alani icinde (Nested) alinmistir. Arastirma sonuclarina gore, yorenin fidan gelisimi uzerinde etkili oldugu tespit edilmistir. Fidan tipinin, hem yasama yuzdesi hem de fidan gelismesi acisindan etkili oldugu ortaya cikmistir. Genel olarak 1+1 ve 1+0 yasli tuplu fidan tipleri en basarili fidanlarken, 2+0 yasli ciplak koklu fidanlar en basarisiz fidan tipi olmustur. 1+0 yasli ciplak koklu fidanlarin da agaclandirmada kullanilabilecegi anlasilmistir. Arastirma kapsaminda yapilan ekim denemelerinde herhangi bir genclesme elde edilememistir.
