Food security in Indonesia is still experiencing problems, especially in the West Java region, starting from the problem of food availability and the ability of the community to meet food needs. The goal of food security is access for every household or individual to obtain food for the purposes of a healthy life with requirements for receiving food in accordance with prevailing values or culture by taking into account socio-economic conditions, access and availability of food. This study describes the condition of food security in the West Java Region as an implementation of food security policies issued by the Regional Government of West Java. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collected is sourced from primary and secondary data. The primary data comes from interviews with informants, including the heads of farmer groups, millers, rice and grain marketers and related agencies at the provincial level of West Java. Secondary data is sourced from the West Java Province Agriculture and Food Crops Office, the West Java Provincial Food Security Agency, and the West Java Regional Division of Bulog (Divre). The results of the study show that the food security policy of the West Java regional government in realizing food security has not made any significant changes to the yields of food crops obtained in West Java, even though the Regional Regulation of West Java Province No. 4 of 2012 concerning Regional Food Independence and other policies has been enacted in terms of food policy.

The growth of the industrial sector that continues to grow requires companies to have high competitiveness capabilities. Companies in order to survive in intensive competition and remain competitive with other companies are required to be able to innovate. One internal approach that can be used to create competitive advantage is to use a Resource Based View (RBV). This Resource Based View (RBV) method examines a company's assets, expertise, capabilities, and intangible assets, including the internal resources of the company, and determines its strategic advantage. The Resource Based View (RBV) approach highlights a company's capabilities and resources that are unique to that company and adds significant value for the company. Using the Resource Based View (RBV) theory which focuses on the resources owned by the company and its capabilities can provide an appropriate theoretical perspective for examining how internal factors can become resources to generate competitive advantage to increase the company's strategic capacity. Establishing a framework with a Resource Based View (RBV) approach for companies is expected to provide the right framework to have high competitiveness for companies originating from the management and use of company capacities and resources.

The case study has derived from an Indonesian geothermal company established in 2008 that focused on one of its projects located in a mining site at Muara Laboh, Solok Selatan, Sumatra Barat, Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to identify the nature and form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives conducted by the company at the Muara Laboh site; determine stakeholder contribution to the sustainability of CSR outcomes; analyse the relationship between stakeholders and the company; analyse the expectation differences between the company, stakeholder, and CSR/Stakeholder theory; identify future agenda development on the next stakeholder program; gives a reference for the subsequent research regarding a sustainable CSR program. The research method used in this research was a qualitative case study with a semi-structured interview as the source of primary data, where the population of this research was stakeholders of the company, with the method of purposive sampling for attaining the information. The study was imperative to learn the effectiveness of the company’s CSR in supporting stakeholders of the upstream supply chain. The result showed that the company has effectively implemented CSR for local communities in the Muara Laboh mining area. Moreover, local communities have had a good relationship and felt helped since the company came to their villages. However, there has been some expectation discrepancy between the company and local people. The distinction happened because the locals wanted material things such as donations and infrastructure. Nevertheless, they need more economic empowerment programs that can support sustainability or programs that can generate long-term benefits, not only material things that will run out if not used properly

This study explores the role of social capital in developing local community-based tourism innovation villages. Social capital, including social networks, beliefs, norms of reciprocity, and local cultural values, is a vital asset in various local community development programs. Social capital will be reflected in the community's ability to work together, generate awareness and commitment, a sense of belonging, and social solidarity, and create active participation in achieving common goals. Its presence and role in society are crucial for the success of community development goals and programs, including the eco-tourism development program. This study used a qualitative approach based on a case study located in Batang Regency, Central Java, and conducted in-depth interviews with selected informants. The results show that social capital encourages the ability and capability of local communities to work together and coordinate to contribute to the sustainability of ecotourism productivity significantly. In particular, social capital impacts the readiness and knowledge of local communities on tourist villages, socio-environment, and economy. A part from the active participation of the local community in planning, implementing, and maintaining the tourism village and planning strategies to initiate community action, is an important factor in the sustainability of ecotourism management. In conclusion, several recommendations need to be proposed, including the cooperation of the local community with the Batang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. In addition to collaborating with private investors in order to develop tourism potential in Deswita Pandansari with a mutually beneficial cooperation pattern (mutual benefit). It is especially for the development of traditional arts in order to integrate local arts to support tourist destinations in Pandansari.

Economic growth is closely related to the community's welfare; therefore, economic growth is one of the government's priorities. There are many factors that can affect economic growth. This study analyzes the effect of inflation, exports, and employment on the economic growth of Central Java Province from 1994-2019. The error correction model (ECM) with E-views 10 software is used. The test results show that the inflation variable significantly affects economic growth in the long and short term. In contrast, export variables do not affect long-term and short-term economic growth. The variables of the working population also do not affect economic growth in the long and short term. This research uses secondary data. Secondary data has a weakness; namely, the results of the study may not be able to answer the question. In addition, research results are only oriented to the value and amount of data processing. The study suggests that the government build and develop regional exports with long-term economic growth. It is also recommended that future studies take other variables to add insight related to economic growth in Central Java.

Environmental issues have become a global problem, making people more aware of environmentally friendly aspects of their daily lives. MSME coffee in Garut Regency is one of the subjects contributing to protecting environmental sustainability by promoting green marketing. However, the Indonesian people's views toward green products considered expensive are many factors that consumers choose non-green products. It means there is a gap between attitudes and behavior, which shows that consumers' positive attitudes towards products are not necessarily actualized in buying. The current research is aimed at analyzing the influence of the condition of the consumer's social environment on actual buying behavior through the implementation of coffee products among millennials in the Garut Regency. The results showed that the condition of the consumer's social environment influences actual buying behavior through implementation intention on coffee products among millennials in Garut Regency directly and indirectly.

School Operational Assistance (SOA) is a government program that provides funding for personnel operational costs for basic education units as implementing compulsory learning programs. This study aims to analyze the management of School Operational Assistance (SOA) through tax administration at Tojo Una Una’s Financial and Asset Management Agency, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The approach that will be taken in implementing community service activities is through an explanation of the management of the SOA fund treasurer and the person in charge of the principal of each school in the Tojo Una Una Regency, the duties and authorities of the SOA fund treasurer. Pre and post-tests were tested using the Compare Means Paired- Sample T-Test analysis with the statistical analysis tool SPSS because the data came from the same subject. The results highlight that the management of SOA funds has not been fully effective because several factors that lead to the achievement of the objectives of managing funds have not been achieved, including planning, implementation, and accountability aspects. Therefore, to improve technical capabilities and skills in the management of SOA funds, especially related to SOA tax administration, it is necessary to carry out service in the form of socialization related to SOA tax administration, which will be framed in an effective communicative, and relaxed manner.
