This study aims to examine customer purchase decisions through the go-jek application based on brand image, trust, experiential marketing and perceived price in Semarang City. The research population is all users of the Go-Jek application in Semarang City, with the criteria of at least 2 purchases through the Go-Jek application and a minimum age of 17 years. The sample of this research was 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing was conducted by using Linear Regression with Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM tools. The results showed that experiential marketing and perceived price positively and significantly affect purchase decisions. In contrast, brand image and trust do not significantly affect the purchase decision. It confirms that purchasing decisions are influenced by experiential marketing and perceived reputable prices in customers of the Gojek super-app. The results highlight the importance of experiential marketing as a sales strategy that provides customers with a unique, good and memorable emotional understanding. A practical suggestion would imply that paying attention to this variable is more likely to improve customer purchasing decisions on the Go-jek application.

The problem of food security has always been an important and urgent concern for Indonesia. The greater uncertainty in food production, greater price volatility, increased demand due to population growth and rising incomes, uncertain climate change, and natural disasters are still latent problems. Strategic, sustainable, and comprehensive efforts that can overcome these challenges must be immediately carried out to ensure the availability of sufficient and equitable food availability. This article reviews the role of Bulog as a state-owned enterprise (SOE) established to ensure the availability and security of domestic food. With the presence of Bulog, it is hoped that food availability will be maintained at any time and place at affordable prices, especially for low-income households. Comprehensive food and agriculture policies that can respond to future challenges must be followed up in the form of policy implications in each sector and the implications of various relevant institutions. The food security system must be created based on efficient food self-sufficiency and optimal levels of buffer stocks. For this reason, the government must provide adequate policy support so that food self-sufficiency can be realized and Bulog can function optimally.

As the Constitution observes, the purpose of the establishment of the Indonesian state is to achieve dignity and justice. One form of this justice is land rights. Until now, the land law is still a complicated discussion and often raises the pros and cons. This article aims to examine how the concept of land ownership in Indonesia is based on the state constitution. The method used in this research is normative-juridical law research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Under the Constitution, the state is not the owner but the land use and ownership regulator. The state’s function is to regulate the allocation and use of land as regulated in the Basic Agrarian Law (BAL). Thus, the law must be able to minimize the negative excesses of the development of land conflicts by creating the legal norms needed to protect people who may be harmed. The law must be able to control business transactions and economic development without having to leave the function of law to provide a sense of security and justice.

Implementing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in the company is part of the company's internal business strengthening strategy to increase strong competitiveness and manage the company professionally. However, implementing ERP systems in some cases is considered a failure because the company does not achieve the goals set. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the system in the company has a positive effect on employee performance. The models used to evaluate the impact of ERP system implementation are work quantity, work quality, work knowledge, collaborative creativity, dependability, initiative, and personal quality. The method used in this research is a descriptive, analytic and evaluative qualitative method by analyzing the impact of ERP system implementation on user performance components in food companies in West Java. The results obtained are that ERP implementation positively affects work quantity, work quality, knowledge, collaboration, creativity, dependence, initiative, and personal quality.

It is the constitutional rights for every citizen to enjoy fundamental human rights. Despite ILO conventions, host countries like Bangladesh have failed to protect workers' human rights. In the name of business, the human rights of workers have been violated significantly in the poor host states. There are ample evidences, which show that their human rights were neglected by Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) or even by the host government. The objective of this study is to examine all the national laws and policies, FDI legislation, and BITs of Bangladesh that apply to labors to assess their adequacy, strength, weaknesses, and gaps in protecting the human rights of workers.

This article aims to conceptually describe the relationship between the importance of gender equality in economy. By using theoretical foundations in Production Function: Theory Development, the results showed that good economic activities must promote gender equality through various means, such as economic development, expanding job opportunities, increasing worker productivity, and urging a new job market. This growth can eliminate economic inefficiencies and increase women's and men's economic involvement. As income increases, the gender gap in health, learning, and nutrition tends to decrease.

Criminal acts of corruption and money laundering are increasingly complex, neat and sophisticated, carried out by educated people with the positions of Members of the DPR, DPRD, Heads of Institutions/Ministries, Governors, Mayors/Regents and Deputy Echelon I/II, judges, and private parties with various ages and come from different regions. The mode is through procuring goods and services, licensing, bribery, levies, budget abuse and money laundering. Social factors that encourage perpetrators to commit crimes can be explained through social exchange theory which shows that there is an abuse of office, doing something contrary to obligations and bribing bribes that lead to crimes in the field of corruption and money laundering. This fact is very close to the change in value orientation in the social life of everyone, whether it is law enforcement officers, state officials, or community members.

The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was six automotive companies, and their components used quarterly data, so a total of 120 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 20. The partial analysis results show that corporate social responsibility and interest rates have a negative and not significant effect on stock returns. Firm size, inflation and exchange rates have a positive and not significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously corporate social responsibility, firm size, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates do not affect stock returns.

Inflation is the most important indicator of the economy, and the exchange rate always tries to be lower and stay stable. If the levels are going high and become unstable, that will reflect a general and continuous increase in the prices of goods and services, weakening purchasing power of the population and thereby reducing national income. As a result, the inflation rate must be under control, and the recent growth curve is visible. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect inflation in Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period and uses the Engel Granger (ECM) model error correction test to learn about the effect of variables such as currency supply and demand, interest rates and rate of exchange on inflation. The results conclude that it has a positive and significant effect on the inflation rate in Indonesia. At the same time, the Rupiah money supply is positive and insignificant compared to Indonesia’s inflation rate.
