UJI EFEKTIVITAS PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAN JENIS MEDIA TANAM SECARA HIDROPONIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rappa L.) 测试液体有机肥和培养基对巴考科植物生长和结果的水培作用。

Penggunaan pupuk organik cair dan media tanam yang tepat merupakan faktor utama untuk menentukan keberhasilan budidaya tanaman secara hidroponik, sehingga nutrisi pada pupuk organik harus mengandung unsur makro dan unsur mikro yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman dan dapat diserap dengan baik oleh tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik cair dan jenis media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jabal Ghafur Gle Gapui Sigli. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu pupuk organik cair (C) dan jenis media tanam (M). Faktor pupuk organik cair terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu C1 = 50 ml/l air, C2 = 100 ml/l air, C3= 150 ml/l air dan faktor jenis media tanam terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu M1 = arang sekam, M2 = sekam padi, M3 = arang sekam + sekam padi. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun dan berat brangkasan basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang daun, lebar daun, dan berat brangkasan basah tetapi, berpengaruh sangat nyata pada pemberian media tanam terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Terdapat interaksi antara pemberian pupuk organik cair dan media tanam terhadap lebar daun umur 15 HST, dengan perlakuan terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi pupuk organik cair 150 ml/l air dan arang sekam.Kata kunci : pupuk organik, media tanam, hidroponik, pakcoy

Up to now the mathematical ability of students is still relatively low, it is characterized from the low mathematics learning outcomes. Low ability students 'mathematical understanding and abilities among students' mathematical problem solving so we need a model of learning that can improve both the mathematical ability. Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) is one type of cooperative learning is expected to increase both these capabilities. This type combines the advantages of cooperative learning and individual learning. This study aims to assess about upgrading the understanding and solving mathematical problems high school students with cooperative learning model Team Assisted Individualization. This study is an experiment that is true experimental research with a quantitative approach. Design research is pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all tenth grade students in the academic year 2013/2014. The sample in this study was 2 classes, X1 (control group) and X2 class (class experiment). Data collection using the test. Data analysis was conducted to gain a score normalized using ANOVA test with the help of SPSS 17.0 software and Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The results showed that: 1) Increased understanding of the mathematical ability of students who obtained using a model of cooperative learning type Team Assisted Individualization better than students which gained overall in terms of conventional learning and student level (high, medium and low), 2) There is no interaction between learning model and student level (high, medium, and low) to increase the capability of understanding, 3) Improving students' mathematical problem solving ability the learning gained by using the cooperative model of Team Assisted Individualization better than students who received conventional learning is reviewed overall and student level (high, medium and low), 4) There is interaction between the learning model and student level (high, medium, and low ) to increase problem-solving ability.Keywords: Understanding Mathematical Ability, Mathematica lProblem Solving Ability, type Cooperative Team Assisted Individualization

Door locks are one of the most important requirements for today's security systems and provide  privacy  for  a  room  with  a  specific  purpose.  Therefore,  Speech  Recognition technology is needed as a substitute for conventional keys to make it more practical. This research  is  to  design  a  magnetic Solenoid  door  lock  with  Speech  Recognition  using  an Android-based NodeMCU ESP8266 which can make it easier for humans to open door locks and close door locks easily just by opening the application and saying Voice commands. NodeMCU ESP8266 is the main controller for controlling the door when the command is spoken in the Voice Control application which is connected to the android smartphone as a controller for opening the door lock and closing the door lock. The design of this Door Control tool uses the main components, namely NodeMCU ESP8266, Magnetic Solenoid door lock, Relay Module, Power Adapter. While the supporting components are Breadboard, IC 7805, DC Power Jack, Jumper Cable. Speech Recognition application on Android smartphones as a control system to unlock doors and close door locks remotely or close. This application aims as a control tool to open the door lock and close the door lock with Voice commands. SISTEM DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT CORONA DENGAN METODE CASE-BASED REASONING DAN CERTAINTY FACTOR

Expert systems are part of a general category of computers known as intelligence.Created an expert system to work on a particular domain. In artificialintelligence, an expertsystem is a computersystemthat imitates the decision-making abilities of humans who are experts in theirfields. The main thrust of artificial intelligence is in developing, solving problems,to build a knowledge-based system in the specific medical field in the domain toaim at diagnosing Covid-19 through the application of an expert system in theform of symptom input. This has prompted the creation of an expert system for diagnosing Covid 19 using the Case Base Reasoning and Certainty Factormethods based on the Responsive Web. The Certanty Factor method is used tofind the certainty value of the disease by calculating the probability value of thedisease symptoms and Case Based Reasoning to find the similarity value of thedisease with the previous case. Based on the calculation results, the expert systemcan be used for early diagnosis of the disease. The result of this study is that thesystem can assist experts in diagnosing Covid-19 disease based on the results ofsystem testing through surveys by conducting interviews with Covid-19 experts.This study also tested the software using the Black Box method.Keywords : casebased reasoning, certainty factor, covid-19,expert system

PENGARUH MACAM PUPUK ORGANIK DAN MEDIA HARA PADA BUDIDAYA SISTEM HIDROFONIK SAWI PAGODA 有机肥料和媒体对盐水塔系统养殖的影响

Sawi merupakan jenis sayuran yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia  sehingga  permintaan sayuran ini selalu mengalami kenaikan. Bila ditinjau dari aspek teknis, ekonomi dan sosial, tanaman sawi sangat prospektif untuk diusahakan ka rena masa panen yang singkat dan pasar yang terbuka luas, disamping itu  harga  jual tanaman ini relatif  stabil dan mudah diusahakan. Salah satu varietas sawi yang memiliki harga dan minat konsumsi yang tinggi dari masyarakat adalah sawi pagoda (Brassica narinosa ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda.  Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap Faktorial (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis pupuk organik cair (J) terdiri dari 2 taraf dan  media tanam (M) terdiri dari 4 taraf,  terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali  sehingga dapat 24 satuan percobaan.Susunan kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ternyata bahwa jenis pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi hidroponik, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan berat brangkasan.  Sedangkan media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata dan nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 15 hari dan berat berangkasan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh  nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 25 dan 35 hari, jumlah daun pada semua umur pengamatan dan panjang akar.Ccocopeat merupaka media terbaik dari sejmlah media yang dipakai. Tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam terhadap semua peubah yang diamatiKata kunci : Hidrofonik, Media, Organik, Pupuk, Sawi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda.  Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap Faktorial (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis pupuk organik cair (J) terdiri dari 2 taraf dan  media tanam (M) terdiri dari 4 taraf,  terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali  sehingga dapat 24 satuan percobaan.Susunan kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ternyata bahwa jenis pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi hidroponik, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan berat brangkasan.  Sedangkan media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata dan nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 15 hari dan berat berangkasan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh  nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 25 dan 35 hari, jumlah daun pada semua umur pengamatan dan panjang akar.Ccocopeat merupaka media terbaik dari sejmlah media yang dipakai. This system is one of the online bookstore system that sells various categories of books, whose products are sourced from several suppliers. Bookstores located in Lhokseumawe have difficulty in disseminating product information. This research focus to Designing Data Book Apps And Bookstores Based on Location Based Service Methods and Android has a problem formula for how to design and build book-logging apps and bookstores. The purpose of this research is to make the app as a product promotion medium for booksellers and to provide nearby bookstore information for people from out of town by using. This research uses location based service methods. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from Google Maps. Based on the testing conducted, it is obtained the conclusion that users of this system do not have to have a physical store to sell books, and for bookstore seekers must enable GPS to locate the starting point to the nearest bookstore location point.Keywords : Bookstores, Location Based Service

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Focus Group Discussion Method on increasing students' learning motivation in the field of English studies. The subjects of this study were class XII students for the academic year 2020-2021. There are 25 students, consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students. This research took place in two cycles, each cycle consisted of; “planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collected in this study include: student learning outcomes, observations of activities during learning, post-test results given and reflections from reflection quiz sheets. Observation of teacher performance in learning by using Focus Group Discussion method and reflection from research partners, taken at the end of each cycle. The results of the research in cycles 1 and 2 are 1.) Teacher activity has increased well, namely achieving (standard score "good") has mastered and applied the Focus Group Discussion model in learning and at the end of cycle 2 in general it has been around (standard score" is very good). 2.) Student participation during KBM at the first meeting of cycle 1 was still low (ranging from the standard of "fair"), but at the second meeting of cycle one it began to increase (standard score was "good") and the class atmosphere became more harmonious. At the end of cycle 2 in general, students had partitioned “very well” at the time of the KMB. 3.) Student learning outcomes at the end of Cycle 1 increased to 16 of 25 students (64%) who achieved the standard value of learning completeness compared to before the CAR took place of 25 students, 15 (60%) students who completed. At the end of cycle 2, it was getting better, reaching 20 out of 24 students (80%) achieving the standard of mastery learning, their average score was above the KKM: 68. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of Focus Group Discussion learning has been proven to improve teacher professionalism, participation and student learning outcomes in class XII IPS-1 SMA Kembang Tanjong on the subject matter of "Text Discussion".Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Model Focus Group Discussion

Improving the quality of learning in schools is highly dependent on several factors. A very important factor, among others, is the application of school culture towards quality improvement. School culture is a positive thing that must be maintained and implemented by all school members without feeling forced. One of the school cultures that must be maintained is the issue of discipline, including the discipline of teachers in class attendance in the teaching and learning process. To improve the discipline of teachers can be pursued in various ways. In this School Action Research (PTS), an action was tried in the form of implementing Reward and Punishment for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Glumpang Tiga, Pidie District, Aceh Province. This research was carried out in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turned out that in the second cycle, teacher discipline in class attendance in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 80%. In Cycle I there were 10 teachers who attended less than 10 minutes or 21.27%, 16 people or 354.04% teachers who attended 10 to 15 minutes, while 21 people or 44.68 teachers who attended more than 15 minutes %. After conducting data analysis and coaching as well as panishment and reward and improvement, then proceed to cycle II with the following results. There are 42 teachers who attend less than 10 minutes or 89.36%, 5 people or 10.63% of teachers who are present between 10 to 15 minutes or 4,25%. Thus, in the second cycle the teacher's attendance has exceeded the attendance standard of 80%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.Keywords: Teacher Discipline, Reward and Punishment

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Dua melalui penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposif sampling. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari sebagian populasi yaitu kelas VII-5 dan kelas VII-6. Kelas VII-5sebanyak 32 siswa dijadikan sebagai kelas eksperimen proses pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran talking stick, sedangkan kelas VII-6 sebanyak 32 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa thitungttabel  yaitu 3,491,99, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi segitiga dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Dua.Kata kunci:        Kemampuan komunikasi matematis, materi segitiga, model pembelajaran Talking Stick

PERKEMBANGAN BANK UMUM SYARIAH PASCA COVID-19

The corona virus has a fairly broad impact on the activities carried out by the community, one of which has an impact on economic activity in banking financial institutions, both in conventional and Islamic banks. The type of research used is field research. This research is descriptive qualitative which means it describes the research subject. The data analysis technique used in this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The growth of Islamic Commercial Banks during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 decreased and began to recover in 2021. The non-performing financing component experienced a reduced risk of problems until 2021, due to more selective financing distribution. Likewise, the DPK indicator which includes savings, current accounts and deposits experienced a setback in 2020 and returned to white in 2021. Thus, it can be concluded that Islamic Commercial Banks are also faltering with the presence of the Corona outbreak that hit the world, after the Covid-19 development of Commercial Banks Sharia is slowly recovering.Keywords : Corona, Islamic Commercial Banks, Economy
