ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DALAM PENILAIAN PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK KURIKULUM 2013

Abstract This study aims to explain and analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the 2013 thematic learning assessment curriculum, the factors that cause teachers' difficulties in carrying out the 2013 thematic learning assessment curriculum and the efforts that MI teachers can do to overcome the difficulties in evaluating the 2013 thematic learning curriculum in MIM Kendalkemlagi. This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of determining the validity and validity of data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study indicate that the difficulties experienced by MI teachers in carrying out the 2013 curriculum thematic learning assessment include the preparation of an assessment format and assessment instruments; understand children with a variety of material from several content subjects combined in one theme; understanding questions to students who are still not fluent in reading; KI and KD mapping process, assessment process, learning process, and determining the assessment tools used. Efforts made by the teacher to overcome these difficulties are by attending the 2013 curriculum training, communicating and consulting a lot of parties both the school principal, vice curriculum or peers or other teachers.

Peningkatan Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kota Kediri dalam Perspektif Ujian Nasional 从国家测试的角度来看

The purposes of this study are to see teacher performance measured by the conduct of the national leaving exam in Kediri city.  The study used a qualitative approach to which content analysis was done.  For the in-depth analysis, observation and interviews were completed.  After the data were collected, the trustworthiness of data was done by comparing various data.  Data were analyzed using the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman (1984).  Results show that to perform the national leaving exam, principals assigned teachers to well perform since the preparation of curriculum, teaching materials, teaching methods, and assessment tryout, to which the following well-prepared instructional designs were developed: enrichment of teaching materials, addition of teaching hours, learning guidance, tryout of national leaving exam, as well as guidance to mental and spiritual.

Strategi Peningkatan Kompetensi Aparatur Sipil Negara Melalui Peningkatan E-Literasi dan Edukasi Kebijakan Publik 通过提高公民识字和公共政策教育,提高公务员绩效的战略

E-literacy and education are important components in improving the quality of human resources needed in an organization. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. With e-literacy and public policy education, it is hoped that the professionalism of the ASN bureaucracy will increase and the quality of public services will be better.

The Contribution of Family and Community Education in Realizing the Goals of School Education 家庭和社区教育对实现学校教育目标的贡献

The role of family education, school and society are needed to achieve the success of students. Not without reason, the development and influence of the environment today will affect the child's developmental body indirectly will have an impact on his future later. Children are a source of great potential for the continuity and progress of the nation. Literature studies conducted aim to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of partnerships in family education, schools, and communities to shape the character of the nation's children and explain how the process must be carried out to achieve these goals. The results of the study reveal that families have a basic role to educate children and morals. While schools and communities have a companion role. A quality environment and school will influence children's learning process in order to achieve success in their lives.

KONSEP DAN IMPLIKASI MAKNA MENGAJAR DALAM PERPEKTIF DOSEN 教师教学意义的概念和含义

This study attemps to observe the meaning of instruction according to the lectures at STIT Al-Fattah - Lamongan. Using qualitative approach, this case study presents a natural and objective illustration of the problem. The data accurately and carefully analyzed based on inductive – qualitative analysis. The analysis come up with conclution that: the meaning of instruction according to the perception of the lectures at STIT Al-Fattah - Lamongan is the activity interconnected with transfer of knowledge, transfer of value, and transfer of skill. This activity has competention as a purpose that will be given to the students appropriate to the subjects that lectures teach them in the form ability to think, ability to have a certain attitude, and ability to act. With the abilities we expect the students can solve the problem that they face in the sociaty. The implication of the perception about the instruction in the instructional activity of  the lectures can be seen at follows: in the  instructional activity the lectures begin with making syllabus of the subject then followed  by contruct the course outline that have contents; instructional objective, time line, instructional strategy, and the evaluation. In the instructional activity the lecture must play as a motivator, mediator, fasilitator, and dinamisator to the students in order they have a high motivation in study.

PENGARUH KREATIVITAS GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA 教师的创造力对学习者的数学成绩的影响

Abstract The purpose of this study was to: determine the level of teacher creativity in teaching, the level of student learning achievement, the effect of teacher creativity on student achievement in mathematics class V at MI Thoriqotul Hidayah Centini. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 24 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the creativity of teachers was classified as moderate with a percentage of 87.5%. It meant that the teacher was quite creative in providing ideas that could make students motivated to learn, the learning achievement of class V students was moderate with a percentage of 50%. This means that students have been able to show changes including their ability to think and their skills in mathematics, from the results of t test regression analysis obtained  >  (3,438 > 1,717) then Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that partially the teacher creativity variable has a significant effect towards student learning achievement means the better the teacher's creativity the better the student's learning achievement.

This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The technique of determining the validity and validity of data uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study indicate that the difficulties experienced by MI teachers in carrying out the 2013 curriculum thematic learning assessment include the preparation of an assessment format and assessment instruments; understand children with a variety of material from several content subjects combined in one theme; understanding questions to students who are still not fluent in reading; KI and KD mapping process, assessment process, learning process, and determining the assessment tools used. The culture of pesantren is the work, feeling and creation of goods, regulations, ideas, activities, language, behavior, beliefs and habits in boarding schools that have been mutually agreed upon. Among the pesantren cultures that can be internalized in the school curriculum include the Deepening of the religious sciences; Mondok; Obedience; Exemplary; Piety; Independence; Discipline; Simplicity; Tolerance; Qana'ah; Humble; Fortitude; Solidarity / Please help; Sincerity; Istiqamah; Society; Cleanliness. The internalization of pesantren culture is integrated into all school activities, both intracurecular and extra-curricular activities.

Ibnu Sina offers curriculum concepts as well as modern curriculum concepts, namely a curriculum that not only contains a number of subjects that must be taught, but also is accompanied by an explanation of the objectives of these subjects to be given. Other than that, Ibn Sina also stressed the need for the principle of link and macth between subjects given with the interests and talents of students. And the suitability of the subjects with the professional demands of the market (the community).

MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG MELALUI MEDIA DADU GEOMETRI PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A 通过A组儿童几何介质提高了计算能力

Children are individual figures who are undergoing a process of very rapid development for life and organization which is a physical and spiritual unity that is intact with all its biological and psychological structures and devices so that it becomes a unique figure. Children experience a fundamental development process which means that development experiences at an early age can have a strong and long-term effect so that they underlie the child's subsequent developmental processes. Every child has a number of potential, both physical, biological, cognitive, and social emotional potential. The design of this study uses class action research (Classroom Action Research) with two cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection, while the instrument uses observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were 25 children of Group A in Mentari Harapan Blimbing Paciran Lamongan in the Academic Year of 2017/2018. Data analysis was carried out by means of descriptive qualitative with 65% individual completeness and 85% grade completeness. In this section, it can be concluded that, media playing geometry dice can improve numeracy skills in children in group A Mentari Harapan Blimbing Paciran Lamongan Academic Year 2017/2018, this is evident from the results of the pre-survey research with grade completeness reaching 59.2%, at Cycle I completeness grade 72% and in Cycle II completeness reaches 88.4%.
