PENGGUNAAN MEDIA DAKON DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PEMBAGIAN BILANGAN BULAT 达康媒介在提高整数划分技能方面的使用

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of the material division of two-digit integers class 2 MI Miftahul Ulum Kebalankulon by using Media Dakon. The subjects in this study were students of class 2 MI Miftahul Ulum Kebalankulon, totaling 20 students, consisting of 14 students and 6 students. The object in this study is the arithmetic skills and the results of learning mathematics. Data collection methods used in this study were observation and tests with research instruments namely observation sheets and evaluation questions. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that using the media can increase the math skills and learning outcomes of the material division of integers. In the quality of learning, after the implementation of the first cycle, the teacher's activities in teaching and student participation are in the good category. In the second cycle increased to very good. Improved learning outcomes are shown by increasing the average value of learning outcomes before being given an action that is 62.4 with completeness achieved by 10 students (50.0%), increased in the first cycle with an average test of learning outcomes of 68.7% with completeness achieved by 16 students (80%) in the good category. In the second cycle the average class increased to 82.5 with completeness achieved by 19 students (95%) and in the very good category.

Pengaruh Resiko Kredit, Resiko Likuiditas, Efisiensi Manajemen terhadap Profitabilitas: Studi pada Perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 信用风险管理者、流动性风险、盈利能力管理效率——印尼证券交易所银行注册效应研究

This study aims to determine the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk, management efficiency to profitability in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. This research is explanatory research. The population of this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using a saturated sampling technique, obtained a population of 26 banks. Analyzer using regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that Credit risk and management efficiency have a negative and significant effect on profitability and liquidity risk have no effect on profitability, while the capital has a positive and significant effect on profitability.  
本研究旨在确定2010-2014年期间在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的银行业的信用风险、流动性风险和管理效率对盈利能力的影响。本研究为解释性研究。本研究的人群是一家在印度尼西亚证券交易所上市的银行公司,采用饱和抽样技术,获得了26家银行的人群。分析器使用回归分析。分析结果表明,信贷风险和管理效率对盈利能力有负显著影响,流动性风险对盈利能力没有影响,而资本对盈利能力则有正显著影响。

SINERGISME PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DAN NON-FORMAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN: Analisis dan Kajian Layanan Bimbingan Karir di Sekolah 正规和非正规教育在创业发展:学校职业指导服务分析和研究

Labor issues and unemployment in Indonesia are currently addressed issues to resolve.  Entrepreneurship is an important choice to overcome the number of gap between the workforce who have not worked with job opportunities. The purpose of this study is to describe the themes of experience, skills and attitudes that have been and have not been presented in formal schools, and subsequently become the priority themes to be presented in non-formal education. This research was carried out in a descriptive design, exploratory data collected by means of interviews and interviews, and presented it proportionally, analyzed and with technical processes. The conclusions presented in this article include information about the themes of knowledge, skills and attitudes that have not been widely presented in formal schools, and then presented in non-formal institutions in the form of synergism that complement each other.

PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN PEREMPUAN MEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PASCA BENCANA ALAM pascapasca管理

Training is a process that aims to improve the skills and abilities beyond the prevailing education system, to a person, group or community. The training program is expected to revive the economy after the Merapi disaster victims. Problems faced by the community is the loss of livelihood as a farmer who is the foundation of life for their families devastated swept lava and hot clouds (wedus trash) trim. The purpose of this training is for the empowerment of the people who lost their livelihoods from farming to switch professions as entrepreneurial as the target is an adult female. In the process of development is necessary that adult women are empowered to the fullest, so what is the purpose in meeting the needs of family life can be fulfilled in line with expectations. women with entrepreneurial training can improve the economics of the family. The method used to approach the research and development (R & D), engineering data collection is done through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The results showed the presence of the training have the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes to entrepreneurship in everyday life to be able to support the family economy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of Lampung University employees, through leadership style and work motivation. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was all employees of education staff at the General and Financial Devision at Lampung University of 110  people. Samples were taken purposively, as many as 53 employees. Data was collected using survey methods. The data were analyzed by simple and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis of the influence of leadership style on employee performance, the results of t-count of 2.374 and t-table of 1.67655 were obtained. Furthermore, the motivation variables on employee performance, the results of t-count were 7.283 and t-table was 1.67655. Simultaneous testing or jointly obtained results of F-count statistics of 40,288 and F-table 3.18. The results of the analysis can be concluded that employee performance at the General and Financial Bureau of Lampung University is influenced by motivation.

The objective to be achieved through this research is to determine the factors that affect the quality of service for students of the Faculty of Medicine (FK), University of Lampung (Unila), both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is correlational research. The population of this study was 771 students in FK Unila, and the number of sample was set at 91 students. The data were collected using instruments that have been developed by researchers. Valid and reliable data were analyzed using the latest version of the SPSS software program. The output of this study concludes that there are significant effects between physiological factors, attention, interest, experience, and mood on the quality of services available at FK Unila, both partially and simultaneously.

Seven-K School Climate Development as an Effort to Improve the Effectiveness of Learning in Pasaman District managerial schools, as well as how teachers and students attempt to utilize the climate and school culture as a source of learning. For Citizenship Education (PKn) teachers and Social Sciences (IPS) teachers. Principal's leadership, influenced by supervision, school climate, and community support. Aspects of school discipline need to be improved, as seen from the incomplete recap of the presence of teachers and staff; the absence of student records that violate the code of conduct; the absence of proof of examination of teacher and employee assignments by the principal; not all teachers make learning tools (only 50-60%); incomplete list of teachers attending the flag ceremony; there is no government regulation (PP 30/1980) regarding the rules of civil servants; there are no programs and documents giving rewards and punishment to teachers and employees. In the field of management: incomplete description of the tasks of each organization; there is no evaluation book on the implementation of school programs, not yet transparent school financial management. In the field of Seventh-K (K7) (cleanliness, beauty, order, safety, family, shade, and health) there are still findings such as student toilet cleanliness that is poorly maintained, adequate trash bins are not yet available, school gardens are poorly maintained, many students are late at hours first, picket teachers have not been functioning to improve discipline, and school yearning has not been sufficient In terms of output or quantitative learning outcomes, it has also not shown encouraging results. The 2018 UN results for the junior high school level, the writer's managerial area reached a graduation rate of 93.81%. Although UN results can be categorized as good because the graduation rate reaches 95.78% (2017); 96.59% (2018), but the results are almost positively correlated with high school graduation rates.

Pemanfaatan Media Ssosial oleh Tenaga Kerja Indonesia dalam Proses Pendidikan Anak Menggunakan Metode Belajar Long Distance Relationship 印尼劳工在儿童教育过程中使用社交媒体的远程关系学习方法

At present, social media is more widely used by migrant workers and TKI children just for the daily communication. The function of the social media is done in trivialities because both parties operationally can maximazie the media more specifically especially to improve the process of education and learning between parents to their children. This study draws problem of how social media can be used by TKI in educating children, through the LDR (Long Distance Relationship) method. This study used qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the data. The research subjects who acted as respondents were migrant workers and former migrant workers from Lampung Province. The results show that learning models using the LDR Method could be applied by Indonesian migrant workers to children who live in their hometowns.  Themes of communication using LDR should be focused on education aspects emphasizing on motivation, achievement, frame of future life, and daily activities for schools.

The purpose of writing is to describe the sociology of education in Islam, the duties and responsibilities of educators in education, the duties, and responsibilities of Muslim teachers in Islamic education, as well as Muslim educators and teachers from the sociology perspective of education. The method used is library research, which is a series of activities relating to library data collection methods. Data information obtained by existing facilities in the library, such as books, websites, journals, and books from the internet. Data is analyzed in these steps: presenting data, data filtering, classification, and drawing the conclusions. The results of the study can be summarized below: (1) Muslim educator and teacher is an element of education that has a very important role (2) duties and responsibilities of an educator and Muslim teacher (3) the role of education and Muslim teacher in the school and community (4) to become professional educators.

An Overview of Islamic Law Against Buy and Sell Sand of Kebon with a Liberation System in Mount Wurung, Mojokerto Regency 莫约克托摄政王武隆山伊斯兰法禁止买卖沙与解放制度的概述

The research is a field research where primary data were obtained from direct interviews using descriptive analysis techniques with inductive mindset. The research focused on an overview of the practice of buying and selling sand garden using slash system. Results show that the practice of buying and selling with the blow system are found in rural areas, one of them is in the Mount Wurung Mojokerto district, i.e. buying and selling blow sand garden. The price is based on the area of land to be cleared. For example, land with an area of 1400 m2, was agreed by both parties at a price of Rp. 40 million. No provision for the period of sand mining until mining is completed, it can reach 2 to 3 years. Both landowners and buyer do not know the content of sand in the soil of the kebon, which means to buy and sell the sand there is a potential gharar (lack of clarity on both sides) that allows each of them suffered a loss or gain. It is evident that sand trading kebon with the system is not in accordance with Islamic law because the seller or buyer cannot estimate the content and quality of sand in the plot. According to Madhab Hanafi Imam the sale and purchase that contained a little gharar and jizaf, and according to Madhab the Shafi'i Imam it was not permitted because there was potential gharar which allowed each of them has a loss or profit.
