MODERN AIRCRAFT BRAKING SYSTEMS 现代飞机制动系统

This paper presents some problems concerning the present trends in the field of aircraft braking systems. New solutions like electro-mechanical or electro-hydrostatic actuators are considered the future, but some big aircraft producers do not renounce yet to classical electro-hydraulic braking systems. New solutions are not generally accepted, they have to prove their reliability and that they bring considerable more advantages than penalties.

SYSTEMS WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR DEFENSE AND SECURITY 用于国防和安全的人工智能系统

To date, artificial intelligence systems are predicted to rapidly enter the defense and security sector. The importance of such automation systems is still under research, in order the qualitative and qualitative indicators for decision making to be improved. In such researches, real-time data analysis tools have to be used and their data exchanged. Common examples are surveillance drones, large amount of sensors and the connection to cloud computing. In the field of cybersecurity AI algorithms undergo continuous revolution. By the use of Artificial intelligence algorithms predictions are the key results for adequate and correct decisions. Huge amounts of data processing define the possibility to make right decisions in non-deterministic environments. In this review report an overview of the already used systems is made and benefits and risks of using artificial intelligence systems in defense and security is examined.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPLIED FOR COMPOSITE MATERIALS USED IN AERONAUTICS. CARBON FIBER AND NANO-ADDITIVES 航空复合材料项目管理。碳纤维和纳米添加剂

This paper presents the results of theoretical and applied research related to composite materials, carbon fiber and nano-additives. The objective of this work is to investigate the properties and behavior of custom designed composite materials which are intended for applications in aerospace engineering. The holistic approach is expressed by the structure of this research project which consists of the technical part and the economic part, that is analyzed in terms of project management. The specificity of the work is given by the requirements of the European Project Semester EPS, where international teams of students actively experience a multidisciplinary and multicultural project for one semester in another university, which has developed research and industrial partnerships. For developing such project, the approach provided by INCAS as Research Partner is oriented towards Problem Based Learning and Project Organized Learning. The University as Organizer provides Project Related Courses and some complementary Project Organized Learning. The research was oriented towards the customized design and analyzing of composite materials samples for potential use in aerospace engineering, the development and validation of materials and methodologies. The benefits of the research project are related to the applications of composite materials and in the subsidiary to allow the students learn valuable professional lessons and experience from this research project.

STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF AIRCRAFT AGE ON FLIGHT SAFETY FOR A MEDIUM COURIER TURBOPROP AIRPLANE 中型快递涡桨飞机机龄对飞行安全的影响研究

This paper introduces the connection between old aircraft and flight safety as well as the present state and potential futures for managing old aircraft. Age can be managed in two ways: retiring the aircraft and buying a newer one, or properly sustaining aging aircraft through additional and targeted maintenance. To do this, manufacturers, maintainers, operators, and owners must work together with regulators. A good way to guarantee proper maintenance is through continuing airworthiness programs and supplemental inspection programs. While the effects of aging on an aircraft can be detrimental to safety, they can be reduced with proper maintenance. If the operators follow the maintenance programs, current and future maintenance programs will operate as a preventative strategy to lessen the safety risk associated with aging aircraft.

THE STUDY OF THE THERMOELECTRIC GENERATOR DEPENDING ON THE LIGHTING LEVELS 研究光照水平对热电发电机的影响

Whereas in the 20th century, scientists were concerned with the production of energy in huge quantities, regardless of the consequences, their interest later switched to the production of green energy from renewable sources. Nowadays, the interest has been directed towards increasing the efficiency of existent energy systems and finding other energy sources. A way to achieve these is to harvest energy from sources that generate small amounts of energy, but sufficient to power low-power devices, as well as to valorize residual energy (especially heat) that would otherwise be dissipated and lost. Since thermoelectric generators convert heat into electrical energy based on the Seebeck effect, this paper analyzes the important parameters of the TEC1-12706 thermoelectric generator, such as short circuit current, open circuit voltage, maximum power, and internal resistance in laboratory and natural conditions in function of different levels of irradiance. The performance of the thermoelectric generator is lower in real condition than under artificial light.

NORD ATLANTIC CYCLONES TRACKS IN EUROPE AND THEIR INFLUENCE OVER AMOUNT OF PRECIPITATION RECORDED IN ROMANIA (1985-2015) 欧洲的北大西洋气旋轨迹及其对罗马尼亚降水的影响(1985-2015)

The region of Romania is characterized in terms of continental temperate climate with oceanic influences. Thus, the precipitation regime and the thermal regime in this part of Europe are strongly influenced by the frequency of cyclones whose trajectories cross Europe from west to east coming from the Atlantic Ocean. The present study analyzes the variation of the amount of precipitation in Romania depending on the frequency and variation of the geographical position of the trajectories of the North Atlantic cyclones in the area of the European continent. Using the classic method of identification and tracking, 1189 cyclones were found that crossed Europe north of the Alps in a period of 30 years between December 1, 1985 - November 30, 2015, of which 71% generated precipitation in Romania. Their influence on the amount recorded at meteorological stations in Romania varies between 43% in the northwest of the country to 13% in the southern regions.

The potential offered by space is enormous, and Romania should appear on the map displaying space services and capabilities at national, NATO and EU level. The opportunities that arise from the implementation of a national space telecommunications program are in the governmental, civilian, commercial and military domanin. The Romanian Army must ensure its autonomy and freedom of action by using space capabilities safely.

Throughout human history, the aspect of territorial defence has changed. With the current conflict, in which one country invades another, it is possible to see certain factors in territorial defence that play a key role in carrying out effective defence actions. Due to the changes that conflicts bring, it is also possible to deduce which factors will play a central role in territorial defence in the future. The aim of this paper is to analyse and identify both contemporary and future possibilities for the development of territorial defence. The main research problem of the paper is: What elements will play a key role during territorial defence? For the realization of such an aim and providing answers to research problems, methods of analysis of the current conflict in Ukraine were applied, especially the means used by the Ukrainian side/

With the current conflict, in which one country invades another, it is possible to see certain factors in territorial defence that play a key role in carrying out effective defence actions. Due to the changes that conflicts bring, it is also possible to deduce which factors will play a central role in territorial defence in the future. The aim of this paper is to analyse and identify both contemporary and future possibilities for the development of territorial defence. The main research problem of the paper is: What elements will play a key role during territorial defence? TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS AVAILABLE IN THE PRESENT GEOPOLITICAL SITUATION 当前地缘政治形势下可用的技术解决方案

The paper will show some technical solutions that are available in a present geopolitical situation, which result from the previous experimental researches of many of the Romanian and international researchers, including Henri Coanda. The paper takes into consideration that all the real scale positively tested researches represent available ways which may be reloaded based on the present technology, even though they are 50 years old, 100 years old or more. The available real scale positively tested researches that will be shown in the paper, will include a solution for aeronautical sciences, especially thrust&lift propulsion and also a solution for atmospheric health&cleaning. The paper shows that usually we do not need to spend a lot of time&money on researches that were done before, but just to know them and use them in accordance with the present technology and opportunitie.

MENTORING - AN ORGANIZATIONAL NEED NOWADAYS 指导——当今组织的需求

Today's organizations are different from those of two decades ago, and organizational needs have become increasingly complex. For this reason, organizational leaders play many different roles within organizations, such as the role of advisor and mentor. Really valuable leaders have usually been supported by mentors and have been mentors to other individuals. This has brought many benefits to both followers and leaders, but also to the organization as whole. The benefits of subordinates are many, from professional counseling to the existence of a role model. On the other hand, reverse mentoring brings to mind the benefits of mentoring relationships with subordinates.
