Gaya belajar memberikan kebiasaan dan dapat mempengaruhi pemrosesan informasi dalam berpikir. Jurnal ini membahas profil berpikir mahasiswa calon guru berdasarkan taksonomi empirik dengan gaya belajar visual, audiotori dan kinestetik dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkann gaya belajar, tidak melihat kemampuan matematika secara spesifik. Namun, aspek akademis ketiga subjek penelitian ini dipilih yang memiliki rata-rata kemampuan matematika yang sama yaitu kurang lebih IPK 3,5 berdasarkan dokumen nilai IPK dan lancar dalam berkomunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari empat tugas yang diberikan, subjek visual mengatakan bahwa urutan tugas yang mudah ke tugas yang sulit adalah tugas translating, selecting, comprehending, editing. Subjek audiotori mengatakan bahwa urutan tugas yang mudah ke tugas yang sulit adalah tugas selecting, translating, comprehending, editing. Subjek kinestetik mengatakan bahwa urutan tugas yang mudah ke tugas yang sulit adalah tugas translating, selecting, editing, comprehending.

Enhancing employee’s contextual performance based on interpersonal skills and creativity 在人际交往能力和创造力的基础上提高员工的环境绩效

Employees' performance is incredible impact on the organizations, includes increase organizational effectiveness, productivity, growth, and performance. Therefore, this study focuses on investigating the effect of interpersonal skills on creativity and contextual performance, creativity on contextual performance, and finding the role of creativity in mediating interpersonal skills affects contextual performance. A questionnaire on the Likert scale collected data through the survey methods from 250 employees of companies in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis completed by descriptive and correlational analysis. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 22 and LisRel 8.80. The results indicated that interpersonal skills significantly affect creativity and contextual performance; creativity significantly affects contextual performance, and interpersonal skills significantly affect contextual performance mediated by creativity. This study confirms a new empirical model regarding the mediating effect of interpersonal skill creativity on employee contextual performance that deserves discussion by researchers and practitioners before being adapted or adopted.

Deskripsi Pemahaman Konsep dan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Proyek dengan Pendekatan Ethnomatematika Pancasila学生对基于项目的数学学习的概念理解和性格描述与ethnomath方法

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep  siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika, kurangnya pemanfaatan dan mengaitkan materi pembelajaran matematika dengan ethnomatematik serta kaitannya dengan karakter profil pelajar pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka. Selain itu, dalam pembelajaran guru sangat monoton dalam pembelajarannya dan kurang memperhatikan hal-hal yang sifatnya projek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Pemahaman Konsep dan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Projek dengan Pendekatan Ethnomatematika penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode purposive random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan dalam bentuk kelas dengan siswa sebanyak 30 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep siswa secara keseluruhan  berkategori  baik dengan rata-rata persentasi 83% . Karakter profil pelajar pancasila yang terbentuk dan sudah tampak pada pembelajaran berkategori sudah mulai berkembang. Untuk pembelajaran berbasis projek dengan pendekatan Ethnomatematik berkategori baik dengan yaitu dengan tingkat keberhasilan sekitar 85%.
这项研究的背景是对学生数学学习概念的缺乏理解,缺乏使用能力,并将数学学习材料与ethno数学家以及学生在独立课程中的概况相关。此外,教师的学习对学习很单调,缺乏对项目性质的关注。本研究的目的是用描述性质的研究来描述学生对基于项目的数学学习的概念理解和性格特征。本研究采用的方法是随机抽样,即抽样是在教室里进行的,学生人数多达30人。研究结果表明,学生对整个论文概念的理解平均为83%。潘卡西拉学生在相关学习中形成和出现的概况特征已经开始发展。基于项目的学习方法和高度的数学方法,大约85%的成功率。

Kemampuan Menyimak Teks Cerita Rakyat Siswa Kelas V di SD Negeri 07 Woja Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018 2018 /2018年5月7日公立小学V班学生阅读民间故事文本的能力

Kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat di sekolah dasar merupakan salah satu upaya pendukung guru untuk membantu siswa, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kemampun menyimak teks crita rakyat di SD Negeri 7 Woja tahun pembelajaran 2017/2018. Kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat siswa kelas V-B di SD 7 Woja sangatlah penting selain membantu siswa dalam mendidik dan juga mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas siswa, guru SD 7 Woja dalam melaksanakan menyimak teks cerita rakyat sangatlah ti dak mudah. Diperlukan langkah-langkah yang ada, supaya guru mahir dalam kerja praktiknya. Jenis penelitian yaitu menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskrptif. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan tentang kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat di SD 7 Woja, di kelas V-B sekolah SD 7 Woja. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan  paparan data di atas kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat siswa kelas V-B SD Negeri 7 Woja. Berdasarkan  paparan data di atas kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat siswa kelas V-B SD Negeri 7 Woja bahwa dengan adanya kemampuan menyimak teks cerita rakyat berdasarkan pengalaman, penulisan, dan evaluasi nilai hasil tes kemampuan siswa  menuliskan kembali cerita dengan kalimat runtun dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar khususnya dalam hal menyimak.

Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Mengembangkan Budaya Membaca Al-Qur’an di SMA Negeri 2 Dompu 校长在发展SMA Negeri 2 Dompu阅读古兰经文化中的领导作用

Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, yaitu peneliti hanya mendeskripsikan, menganalisis fenomena, peristiwa dan aktivitas yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan budaya membaca Al-Qur’an dan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan budaya membaca Al-Qur’an di SMA Negeri 2 Dompu.Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: (1) wawancara mendalam (2) pengamatan berperan serta (3) studi dokumentasi. Teknik mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan: (1) perpanjangan keikutsertaan (2) ketekunan pengamatan, dan (3) triangulasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling.  yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data, yang pada awalnya jumlahnya sedikit, lama-lama menjadi besar. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan analisis model Miles and Huberman yaitu analisis model interaktif dengan alur tahapan: pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclution drawing & verifying).  Temuan dalam Penelitian ini adalah  bahwa budaya membaca Al-Qur’an di SMA Negeri 2 Dompu dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Literasi memaca Al-Qur’an 15 menit sebelum pelajaran dimulai dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler berupa program tahfidz Qur’an dan kegiatan tersebut dapat melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah. Temuan selanjutnya adalah bahwa dalam memgembangkan budaya membaca Al-Qur’an di sekolahnya terdapat beberapa peran, yaitu: a) Berperan sebagai edukator (pendidik), b) berperan sebagai manajer, c) berperan sebagai administrator, d) berperan sebagai supervisor, e) berperan sebagai leader (pemimpin), f) berperan sebagai innovator, g) berperan sebagai motivator.

Analisis systematic literature review penguatan pendidik Islam dalam perspektif tafsir, fiqh, dan ilmu sosial prophetic 从塔夫西尔、教法和先知社会科学的角度对加强伊斯兰教育工作者的系统文献综述分析

A The approaches of interpretation, fiqih, and prophetic social science can be used to strengthen the quality of Islamic education in educational institutions. Research aims to find out about the strengthening of Islamic educators from the perspectives of Tetris, fiqih, and social science. The research method uses a systematic literature review study. There are 20 articles that meet the quality assessment of 18. 975 with an article-shaped document type. Researchers are using the Dimensions database as a data source. Data analysis uses Nvivo software to obtain more accurate data. Some of the themes discussed based on Nvivo's analysis include increasing understanding of Islamic teachings, increasing critical thinking ability, strengthening students' Islamic identity, increasing the application of Islamic values, and increasing educators' confidence in teaching about Islam. Improving educators' understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthening educators' ability to interpret the Quran and Hadith, and enhancing educators' ability to integrate Islamic values into teaching, more caring and empathic behavior, more critical and analytical understanding, more open and inclusive attitudes, and more creative and interactive teaching. Research results suggest that Islamic educators have a very important role in developing Islamic education in educational institutions. To provide quality instruction, Islamic educators must have a good understanding of the interpretation of the Qur'an, fiqih, and social science. Through this understanding, Islamic educators will be able to provide proper instruction and be relevant to the context of students' lives.

One way to improve the quality of learning is by increasing the relevance of the teaching model. The teaching model is said to be relevant if in the process it can deliver students achieve educational goals with relevant models according to their needs. A training and course institution (LPK) is a form of non-formal education unit organized for people who need knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop themselves. The main study was carried out on LPK Mandiri Snur located in Bogor, West Java, regarding the effect of the information communication technology (ICT) learning model on improving the quality of the training and skills aspects carried out by LPK so that they can compete in the industrial world. In particular, the problems studied and analyzed and the purpose of this research is to analyze the use of ICT in influencing the learning model and analyze the influence of the ICT learning model on the quality of learning at LPK Mandiri Snur Bogor. The research design uses a mixed method approach combining quantitative research approaches and qualitative research approaches. The approach begins with implementation, planning, data collection, hypotheses, data analyzers, and interpreters. Based on the analysis test, it is known that the ICT learning model has a significant effect on quality. The results of the learning model of the use of ICT for quality present similar conditions for online, offline, and blended learning. The influence of the ICT learning model gets several results in quality, namely increasing student skills, changing attitudes, awareness, and abilities of students' human resources in using ICT, human resource development has a significant effect on the quality of learning at LPK Mandiri Snur Bogor.

This study had two goals: (1) to provide an overview of student entrepreneurship interest as an indicator of opportunities to establish a business incubator at the Lombok Tourism Polytechnic, and (2) to provide a contribution of thought and enrichment in the field of study and enrichment of the tourism business incubator as input and reference for future studies. (3) used as information and input for stakeholders in developing entrepreneurship. This study gathered primary data through a questionnaire distributed to 63 students from four different study programs. The data collection technique is purposive sampling, and the data analysis technique is descriptive responses. It was provided by respondents in the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) flexibility, indicating the intention of respondents, 22% strongly agree (2) In terms of innovation, indicating the intention of respondents, 44% strongly agree. (3) social prestige, indicating the intention of respondents to engage in entrepreneurship. 48% strongly agree. (4) A personal challenge, indicating the intention of respondents 60% strongly agree. (5) Leadership, indicating the intention of respondents 45% of respondents agree on the benefits of leadership, indicating their intent. 51% strongly agree. (7) Being in charge, with 36% of respondents strongly agreeing.

This study aims to understand how a pioneer Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) company in Indonesia strengthens its business resilience when facing uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative research approach with the case study method is used where the primary data source is respondents, who are determined based on the purposive sampling method. Data collection and analysis were conducted using triangulation techniques by distributing questionnaires, structured interviews, and focus group discussions, which have helped discover that the pioneer BRT company is not fully prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic. The company then decided to strengthen risk management capabilities by increasing risk management competencies that support decision-making in responding to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Risk leaders believe that strengthening risk capabilities can boost the company's resilience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic and help it succeed in the new-normal era later. However, it is recommended that companies implement a business continuity management system based on the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) standard as a systematic and comprehensive approach. The implication of implementing this standard is strengthening the company's readiness to deal effectively with risks of resilience and business continuity in the future.

Application of environment learning models to the results of motive design in decorative design courses 环境学习模式在装饰设计课程动机设计结果中的应用

This study intends to increase the creative results of student motif designs in the Decorative Design course by applying a learning model based on the natural environment (Environment Learning). This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were D3 students of the Fashion Design Study Program, totaling 37 people. Data collection techniques used student observation sheets, student activity sheets, student design results tests and questionnaires via Google form. The results of this study are learning decorative design in Cycle II it is known that as many as 32 students who have completed the competency in designing decorative motifs after applying the environmental learning learning model with an acquisition score of 86.48%, while students who did not complete as many as 5 students with acquisitions percentage value of 13.51%. So it was concluded that the percentage increase from cycle I to cycle II was 18.91%.
