This study aims to determine and analyze the determinants of customer trust in Fintech as a means of payment through the Technolgy Acceptance Model approach. The research method uses quantitative deccipitive, with a total sample of 150 respondents based on the opinion of Hair et al. (2019). The results showed that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived of usefulness have a positive and significant effect on attitude. Perceived of usefulness and attitude has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use Fintech

This study examines a psychological disorder called dissociative identity disorder (DID) in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight, which premiered on March 30, 2022, and ran for six episodes. The aim of this study is to analyze the dissociative identity disorder (DID) that is being experience by Marc Spector, the main character of Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show, Moon Knight. This study has two objectives, (1) To find out what are the causes of dissociative identity disorder on Marc Spector in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. (2) To find out clinical features of dissociative identity disorder on Marc Spector in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. (3) To find out how dissociative identity disorder affects the way Marc Spector communicates. The method used in this study were qualitative method. The data of this study were obtained from a Marvel Cinematic Universe’s show Moon Knight. The techniques for collecting data were by watching every episode of the show, taking notes, classifying the data, doing interpretation, and drawing conclusion. School violence, including bullying, is one of the severe problems faced by educational institutions in Indonesia. Bullied students are more likely to suffer anxiety, unhappiness, and uncomfortable feelings. As a result, they are unable to perform well in their school activities which affect their learning outcome. This study aims to find suitable types and models of psychological intervention to solve the school violence problem. Specifically, this psychological intervention is expected to help create a child-friendly school in Indonesia at the senior high school level. this study applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by operating the academic search engine, namely “Google Scholar” and “Research Gate.” The result shows there are 22 articles on psychological intervention. Regarding types, two types of psychological intervention can be applied to creating a child-friendly school at the senior high school level in Indonesia: social intervention and group counseling intervention using the Tazkitatun-nafsi self-management technique. Besides there are four models of intervention approaches, namely psychoeducational model intervention; b) intervention with a behavioral model; c) intervention with a neuropsychological model; and d) intervention with the cognitive model.

This study aims to determine the effect of Dimensions of Pressure, Opportunity, and Rationalization on academic cheating behavior in accounting students in the undergraduate program at Halu Oleo University. This type of research is quantitativeresearch, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study used 92 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data. The data obtained in the form of answers from respondents were tabulated and processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that pressure and rationalization partially have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University. However, partial opportunity does not have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students from the Halu Oleo Faculty of Economics and Business. This study also shows that simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on academic cheating behavior in accounting students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University.

Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitureduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi teknik dan truangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penugasan individu berbasis kelompok, berdiskusi, praktek, menerapkan model pembelajaran koopreatif learning two stay two stray dan tipe jigsaw merupak stategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan ketarampilan collaborationsiswa. strategi pembelajaran dengan tanya jawab dan strategi think, talk and write dan model talking stick digunakan guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuancommunication. Hasil penelitian terhadap revitalisasi aksesoris Sortali pada busana perkawinan adat Batak Karo di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perhiasan pengantin Karo berdasarkan jumlah yang dipakai oleh pengantin laki-laki sebanyak 8 motif yang terdiri dari 4 jenis perhiasan yang berbahan kuningan disepuh emas. Perhiasan tersebut adalah Rudang Emas-emas, Sertali layang-layang Kitik, Uis Beka Buluh yang dikenakan di kepala. Kemudian ada 1 jenis perhiasan yang dikalungkan yaitu Sertali Layang Layang Besar dan ada 2 jenis kain Uis Beka Buluh sebagai cengkok-cengkok atau diletakkan pada bahu dengan dilipat membentuk segitiga, Uis Gara-gara sebagai selempang dari bahu kanan ke arah tangan kiri serta ada 1 gelang yang dipakai di tangan yaitu Gelang Sarung. Jumlah perlengkapan yang dikenakan oleh pengantin laki-laki yaitu ada 4 jenis perhiasan yang terbuat dari kuningan sepuhan emas dan ada 4 jenis kain yang dikenakan di kepala, di bahu dan di pinggang; 2) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh LKP LONARI untuk melestarikan busana pengantin adat Batak Karo adalah menentukan kriteria hal yang akan dilakukan revitalisasi pada aksesoris Sortali, memberikan penilaian terhadap hal yang akan direvitalisasi pada aksesoris Sortali, melihat potensi keberhasilan revitalisasi dengan cara mempertimbangkan keefektifan hasil dari revitalisasi yang telah dibuat dengan membuat rancangan dari sistem yang akan direvitalisasi dan Pengelompokan kegiatan, 3) Proses dan teknik revitalisasi pada aksesoris Sortali pada busana perkawinan pengantin adat Batak Karo yang dilakukan oleh LKP LONARI Medan diantaranya : membuat Konsepsi revitalisasi, mengindikasi revitalisasi yang mempengaruhi vitalitas hal yang belum terbedaya seperti mengalaminya penurunan fungsi hal yang harus diberdayakan lagi, mengindikasikan revitalisasi seperti fungsi, dan pemanfaatan revitalisasi tersebut, serta peningkatan kegunaan hal yang akan direvitalisasi, 4) Selain itu, perlu adanya regenerasi dalam memodernisasikan pakaian Batak Karo untuk menarik minat generasi muda dalam menggunakan pakaian adat dengan tidak mengurangi ciri khas dari pakaian adat itu sendiri.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori kajian etnopragmatik. Sumber data penelitian diambil dari acara merabatin ‘menyambut tamu dari pihak calon pengantin laki-laki’ yang diadakan di Natar, Lampung Selatan. Data penelitian berupa rekaman suara tuturan tetua adat Lampung dialek A dan Lampung dialek O. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara merekam tuturan yang dikemukakan tetua adat pada acara inti. Pelaku tuturan tersebut yaitu tetua adat dari Desa Natar, Lampung Selatan dan tetua adat dari Desa Rajabasa Batanghari, Lampung Timur. Langkah konkret dalam menganalisis data adalah teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah (a) mentranskripsi data rekaman suara, (b) menerjemahkan hasil transkripsi, (c) mengidentifikasi data sesuai dengan prinsip kesantunan berbahasa, (d) menginterpretasi temuan yang mengambil komponen utamanya dari tuturan, dan (e) menyimpulkan hasil analisis. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan (1) wujud kesantunan berbahasa yang digunakan oleh tetua adat dalam acara merabatin dan (2) wujud fenomena etnopragmatik dalam tuturan tetua adat dalam acara merabatin. Temuan penelitian adalah bahwa wujud kesantunan berbahasa pada tuturan maksim kerendahan hati 27%, maksim kedermawanan 19%, maksim pemufakatan 17%, maksim pujian 14%, maksim kebijaksanaan 13%, dan maksim kesimpatian 10%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi Ketua BUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebanyak 30 responden dari 131 orang, dengan metode verifikasi yang dilakukan melalui metode dan analisis model persamaan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.70.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, atau 10,55 > 1,96. Uji signifikansi dilakukan dengan uji t, pada taraf ά = 0,05 dan diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,55 dan lebih besar dari 1,96. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi dapat diterima. Koefisien determinasi R² = 0,60 menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi Kepuasan Kerja pada Komitmen terhadap Organisasi sebesar 60% dan sisanya 40% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil ini Ketua BUM Desa harus meningkatkan Komitmen Normatif melalui penguatan indikator memiliki kewajiban terhadap organisasi dan loyalitas pada organisasi. Kegiatan yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah ketika terpilih ketua BUM Desa harus dilakukan program orientasi dan pengenalan pekerjaan dan jabatan ketua BUM Desa atau berupa kegiatan prajabatan bagi ketua BUM Desa. Untuk meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja ketua BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor program yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah dengan memenuhi dimensi Gaji/Upah dengan indikator gaji yang diterima dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan, dapat meningkatkan semangat kerja, dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja. Ketua BUM Desa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha BUM Desa sehingga BUM Desa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gaji/upah bagi ketua dan pengurus BUM Desa.
