Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana prosedur perjanjian pemberian kredit, bagaimana menganalisis akibat hukum suatu perjanjian kredit yang didasarkan pada perbuatan melawan hukum, Pertimbangan Hukum Hakim Dalam Putusan Adanya Perbuatan Melawan Hukum Atas Suatu Perjanjian Kredit dengan jaminan kepemilikan tanah yang belum terpisah dari sertifikat induk tanah berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 388 PK/Pdt/2020. Metode penelitian secara normatif dan Penelitian bersifat deskriptif.Analisa data dilakukan kualitatif. Prosedur perjanjian pemberian kredit diantaranya pengajuan berkas, penyelidikan berkas pinjaman, wawancara, kegiatan pemeriksaan ke lapangan dengan meninjau berbagai objek yang akan dijadikan usaha atau jaminan. Akibat hukum melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum, para Tergugat II dan III tidak lagi melanjutkan kerjasama untuk pembangunan rumah. Atas tindakan perbuatan melanggar hukum dari Para Tergugat I,II, dan III juga mengalami kerugian immaterial, dan tanpa menyerahkan sertifikat tanah yang dialokasikan untuk perumahan Pamalayu Metro Politan kepada Tergugat II tanpa memberitahukan dan seizin Penggugat merupakan Perbuatan melanggar hukum. Pertimbangan Hukum Hakim Dalam Putusan Nomor 388 PK/Pdt/2020 sudah mengabulkan permohonan peninjauan kembali dari Pemohon Peninjauan Kembali.Tergugat I/Terbanding I menyerahkan Sertifikat Tanah Hak Milik yang dialokasikan untuk perumahan Pamalayu Metropolitan kepada Tergugat II/Terbanding II dan perbuatan Tergugat II/Terbanding II menerima Sertifikat Tanah Hak Milik tanpa seizin Penggugat/Pembanding merupakan perbuatan melawan hukum.

Total quality learning (TQL) merupakan konsep fundamental dan memiliki nilai yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan sebuah institusi manajemen layanan pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Rancangan ini menjadi isu perdebatan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk proses dan manajemen mutu pendidikan terpadu yang menempatkan peran sentral guru dan siswa dalam tahapan pelaksanaannya. Namun masih sangat kecil studi yang digunakan sebagai praktik terbaik untuk kebutuhan perbaikan berkelanjutan dengan keterlibatan penuh dari peran sentral guru dan siswa, Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis implementasi Total Quality Learning untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan di tingkat Sekolah Dasar di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan dengan memperhatikan kontribusi faktor gender. Studi kuantitatif dengan populasi 160 guru sekolah dasar negeri di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala TQL 5 opsi, terdiri dari selalu (5), sering (4), jarang (3), kadang-kadang (2) dan tidak pernah (1), yang mengukur tingkat kesiapterapan delapan dimensi Total Quality Learning. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapterapan Total Quality Learning masih rendah (52%) dan kontribusi gender perempuan berbeda secara nyata (skor 41.21). Rekomendasi model kesiapterapan mengacu pada konstruk pembentuk model yang dioptimalkan dengan pemberdayaan gender.

Interior Design of a room is the main aspect that contributes to the beauty of the room and also the comfort of people in the room. Globalization contributes to the rampant development of sales of products for interior design needs with a supply of quality goods and competitive prices. Many new entrepreneurs act as part of the distribution channel and open retail businesses. One of them is SA Interior. The theories used in this study are price, product quality, service quality and purchasing decisions. Price Level, Product Quality and Quality of Service are free/independent variables (X), Purchasing Decisions are bound/dependent variables (Y) and the object of research is the SA Interior store at ITC Cempaka Mas. The sample used in this study was SA Interior customers who purchased SA Interior products at least 1 time. The data collection technique uses communication techniques by distributing questionnaires (via Google Form) with a total of 100 respondents. This research shows that the price level has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers, the quality of the products has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers and the quality of service has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers. Simultaneous price levels, product quality and service quality have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers. The conclusion of this study is that the price level, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of SA Interior customers at ITC Cempaka Mas.

Work effectiveness greatly determines organizational performance, so its existence needs serious attention. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of ethical leadership on work effectiveness mediated by good corporate governance (GCG). The participants comprised 434 employees in Indonesia's consumer goods, finance, trade, services, and investment industry across Jakarta, West Java, and Banten. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive and correlational analysis. The result indicated that ethical leadership directly affects GCG and work effectiveness, GCG directly affects work effectiveness, and ethical leadership indirectly affects work effectiveness mediated by GCG. The evidence confirms a new empirical model as a novelty regarding the effect of ethical leadership on employee work effectiveness mediated by GCG. This model can be used as material for exciting discussions among academics and researchers by considering several important issues relevant to this research results' limitations.

One of the characteristics of a democratic country is an open government. The administration of the state can take place in democratic and open governance if it applies the principle of public information disclosure (PID) in the administration of its government. In this regard, the Government of Indonesia issued Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning the Openness of Public Information, which must be implemented by all public bodies at every level of government in Indonesia, starting from the central government, and provincial governments, to district/city governments. This study's purpose is to see the extent to which the development of PID implementation practices is at the local government level. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review (SLR) method, by collecting all the results of the latest study on implementing PID at the local government level in Indonesia and systematically analyzing them. From 674 published articles obtained from the scholar.google.com portal using the Publish & Perish application, a PRISMA flow diagram was carried out so that 69 reports were received that were directly related to implementing KIP in local governments in Indonesia. The results show that the quality of PPID institutions influences the implementation of KIP in local governments, the availability of legal umbrellas in the form of regional regulations and head regulations, the information media used, and the available public information according to general needs.

The growth rate of plastic waste in Indonesia increases every year. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) revealed that plastic waste in Indonesia reaches 66 million tons per year. In Hamlet 15, Pematang Johar Village, there is the Suka Mulia Garbage Bank, which has been established since 2020 and has 60 customers. The presence of this waste bank has changed waste management activities, especially plastic. Villagers have started to actively save waste and turn plastic waste into eco-bricks. Changes in waste management in the community make this research aim to analyze the process of change that occurs by using the social construction approach proposed by Berger and Luckmann. This research design is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data in this study consisted of secondary and primary data. The results of this study found that there is a social construction model in plastic waste management, where from the externalization stage to the objectification stage, a community empowerment process occurs through the socialization of ideas and practices for making ecobricks.

This study aims to determine how moderation of financial literacy affects lifestyle on consumptive behavior in high school students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a quantitative technical approach through causal associative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire questionnaire distributed in 3 high schools in the city of Yogyakarta. The research subjects were high school students consisting of 115 respondents. The results of the study show that there are problems with students' shopping behavior that leads to a consumptive lifestyle and financial literacy variables as a moderator in this study. with simple linear regression data analysis method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis obtained that tcount is greater than ttable 5,640>1,960 with a sig value. 0.004 <0.05 so that it can be said that the financial literacy variable strengthens the lifestyle variable on the consumptive behavior of the eleventh grade students of SMA Yogyakarta.

Penelitian ini membahas peran sumber daya manusia pada organisasi dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja karyawan melalui kontribusi yang diberikan kepada organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji mengenai komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui metode survei Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen yang didistribusikan kepada 120 karyawan dan di analisis menggunakan SEM dan aplikasi program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja manajerial seorang karyawan terbentuk apabila karyawan memiliki komitmen dan memberikan kontribusi serta melibatkan diri secara langsung kepada organisasi. Kinerja manajerial secara signifikan dapat diterapkan kepada setiap karyawan karena dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Semakin baik kepercayaan karyawan maka kinerja seorang karyawan akan meningkat melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kontek Indonesia. Namun, temuan penelitian ini berpeluang untuk dapat digeneralisasi terhadap organisasi-organisasi swasta yang ada di negara lain, terutama negara-negara di Asia Tenggara. Setiap negara dikawasan Asia Tenggara memiliki budaya yang berbeda mengingat Asia Tenggara merupakan kawasan yang sangat beragam termasuk dalam budaya berorganisasi sehingga ukuran komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja manajerialnya pun tidak dapat digenelisir.

This study aims to see how the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on the trust and interest of consumers in the purchase of Sialang Jaya Village. The population in this study is the community in Sialang Jaya Village. The research sample used probability sampling as many as 100 people. The independent variables in this study are online customer reviews (X1), online customer ratings (X2), trust (Y1) and purchase interest variables (Y2). Methods of data collection using questionnaires and library research. Data analysis using path analysis using the SmartPLS 3 program. The results obtained from this study are that both reviews and ratings have a proven relationship to customer purchase interest and are an important feature, but not a factor that causes increased customer confidence. Online customer review indirectly does not affect buying interest through trust, and online customer rating indirectly has a positive effect on buying interest through trust.
