This paper discusses three important aspects related to electronic management of Quran websites: The first aspect is the systematic, where it highlights the problems related to search and its objectives, samples of Quran search sites where six sites of the Holy Quran were used and finally research tools which were confined to the content analysis tool. The second aspect is the theoretical aspect in which the most important suspicious terms are presented such as the electronic management, knowledge, electronic website, e-content development, and electronic publishing. Then, after tracking the various concepts that show the limits of search and its fields, the electronic management for Quran sites is defined as a collection of technical and organizational efforts carried out by individuals to design Quran sites on a technical and scientific levels and made available on the Internet taking into account the high quality standards. Therefore, the most important criteria for evaluating websites include technical and administrative standards such as: intellectual authority, use of multimedia, hypertext, digital files, interactivity, speed, rich features, hyperlink and continuous updating. Also, evaluation criteria relating to forms include: unifying font sizes and styles, image processing and finally content standards such as: precision, including all aspects of the subject, convenience.

This paper presents a novel approach to capture the common syntactical rules for the Holy Quran . By syntactical rules, we mean the common relationships between the words' tags that highly show up in the Quran. Arabic, like other language, has a number of tags which include nouns, verbs, and pronouns with a number of sub-types of each one of them. In this paper we used data mining approach to extract the common syntactical rules which will be offered to the natural language processing applications. Stanford part of speech tagger (29 tags) will be used to tag the Quran words. Then, the data mining too called WEKA (PredictiveApriori algorithm) will be used to find the famous syntactical rules. The extracted syntactical rules have a property that it is not necessary to have adjacent words tags. That is, long distance relation. The most common syntactical rule found is: tag1=RP tag2=NN tag3=WP 91 ⇒ tag4=VBD 90 acc:(0.97912)Which can be seen in the Quran sentence. This phrase (which is part of an ayah) appeared in 89 ayahs in 20 different surahs; the study used Mushaf Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah (published by the King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran ).

Today, we find that most people with visual disabilities in developing countries cannot use techniques that healthy people are accustomed to use in their daily lives, such as mobile phones, computers, Internet, etc. Since the technology has opened many doors for such individuals in developed parts of the world, it would be worth it if muslims in developing countries could take advantage of these technologies. Cell phones are great tools for maximizing productivity, providing security, and enhancing lives with better communication. Unfortunately many cell phones prove very difficult to use for those with significant visual impairment or blindness. For these individuals, most touch screen phones make navigation and keypad operation difficult. Additionally, customed designed phones are very expensive and therefore are not in the reach of most of visually impaired individuals in developing countries. This paper presents a simplified way to take advantage of applications of mobile phone used in teaching and learning the Holy Qur'an for visual disabled persons.

The widespread of I.T. paved the way to produce software for the Holy Quran studies, to provide quick access, analyze and index information in order to be able to compare information. It also facilitates the exchange of information by copying and sending via Internet. Many companies are competing in this area which led to the increase of development of software related to the Holy Quran studies, however, without verifying the integrity of information which exists in these tools. Thus, this should be done according to a matrix of technical standards agreed upon by technichians, experts and scholars who are experts in the area of quality and standards in order to produce authentic digital Quranic text with high quality and accuracy. This requires the development of a matrix of technical standards to control the quality and a reliable methodology based on Information System to be used for the Holy Quran (Holy Quran Information System). This proposed matrix should depend on high quality standards, international benchmarking and accreditation, as well as it should useKey Performance Indicators ( KPI). which consists of a group of main factors to be one of the regular tools for testing, measurement, assessment and evaluation for all main processes of software including its content and details aiming at Software Process Improvement (SPI) by merging I.T. in the service of the Holy Quran studies. These techniques are incorporated in order to provide accuracy , excellence and efficiency for the input, processing and output of the Holy Quran Information System. Therefore, this prepares products in order to be qualifiedfor receiving the Quality Mark and Accreditation Certification from an accredited institution. It is proposed that this matrix be used as the basis for anyone who wishes to develop any kind of software in the area of the Holy Quran and its Sciences in accordance to scientific and Shari'a law.

The advancement in information technology has enabled the proliferation of electronic version of the Holy Quran. Many developers have come up with the electronic version of the Holy Quran which can be read online on computer or on a smart-phone. While such proliferation enables wider propagation of Islam, the introduction of electronic version of the Holy Quran also introduces an eminent threat to Islam. Electronic version of fake or false Quran has been detected. The possibility to securely authenticate electronic version of the Holy Quran would solve a majority of the threats. This study presents a comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art, discussion, and a research survey of works conducted in this area. A solution is urgently needed to provide a good content security, and integrity of electronic version of the Holy Quran. This study concludes by summarizing issues, technique and prospects for authenticating electronic version of Quran.

In this paper, we present an application as a solution to problems encountered when using PC's by users with motor skills impairment. This application utilizes the Microsoft Kinect Sensor and its Visual Studio SDK to write code that interacts with this novel device originally intended for gaming but now more and more popular with learning, multimedia and entertainment systems. Preliminary results from prototype testing show that the system is usable and has good potential. The intended initial domain of the application is teaching the Muslim holy book (Quran), although the ideas and application software can be adapted as a learning tool for students with disabilities in general.

Nowadays, with the development of technology transfer to the information transmitted safely started to carry more importance to reach the desired aim. The science of information security is composed of steganography, watermarking, cryptography and authentication. Steganography is one of the subset of information security. In steganography objective data on the desired data to hide any cover. Thus, a computer file that appears cover data and data can be transmitted to the recipient in a hidden way. Digital watermarks may be used to verify the authenticity or integrity of the carrier signal or to show the identity of its owners. In this study, the fragile watermarking techniques will use pages of the Quran by using steganography methods. Our aim is to authenticate the raffle and to prevent the unauthorized distribution of printed or modified in establishing the digital samples. XOR, LSB and Border watermarking techniques will be used. The success rates of these techniques, PSNR will be analyzed according to the ratio.

Many Muslims whose mother tongues are not Arabic find it difficult to comprehend the messages and meanings of the Quran although they can recite and memorize the verses of the Quran. The existence of many Arabic language centers provides the help needed for this Muslims. However for fulltime working adults, these facilities did not cater for their unpredictable free time. This paper describes a framework for Collaborative Online Arabic Learning software towards understanding Quran (COAL-UQ). The objectives of COAL-UQ are to provide users an online tools for learning Arabic anytime and anywhere, to ease the non-Arabic speakers in understanding the messages and meanings of the Quran and to exploit existing learning tools for learning a new language. We implement the Think-Pair-Share method introduced by Lyman in 1981 in the collaborative software. The software also integrates other online learning tools and utilizes the tools to realize the Think-Pair-Share method. We provide video conferencing tools so users can have face-to-face interactions with human tutor. This is very important in learning Arabic especially to understand the messages and meanings of the Quran.

With the advancements in technology and the increase use of the Internet, information dissemination of digital text documents have seen an exponential growth with Arabic language being one of the top ten languages in the Internet. The Islamic content has also seen an increase in the last two decades. Thus, portions of Qur'anic text, i.e. verse/s, have appeared in many online articles and many of these verses appear with very minimal diacritics or without diacritics since in general online Arabic text do not contain diacritics. Therefore, such text needs to be verified in case of any distortions. In this paper, a zero-watermarking approach is proposed which exploits the characteristics of the Arabic characters without modifying the text, i.e., zero watermarking. The watermark key is based on the characteristics of the host verse/s. A key is generated for each verse of the Qur'an where in the initial stage the surah name/number and verse number/s are verified. The results demonstrate the competence of this approach against random tampering attacks providing 100% detection of any distortion made intentionally or unintentionally to Qur'an text.

The growing number of scholars and students of the Quran Tafseer and its science has led to the increase of computer-based researches. Additionally, the evaluation of these researches requires computer-based experiments to be performed with a real Quran Tafseer documents. The available Tafseer documents are in text file or image file and are in Arabic language whereas the majority of the computer programming is in English language. Furthermore, the researchers will have difficulty to compare their research with other researchers. Therefore, the requirement for standard Tafseer dataset is very necessary for the current researches. This paper proposed a Tafseer dataset that will be used by researchers in Quran Tafseer and information processing fields. The dataset is organized in XML format to provide simple access and usage from the computer applications. A computer program is developed to create the dataset in XML structure. By applying the XML language computer applications users will be able to access the dataset and manipulate the content in easily.
