Through this research the researcher aims to explain the concept of virtual learning, its advantages and disadvantages, difficulties faced in implementing it, and addressing how to take advantage of applying Virtual Learning Environment in the service of the Holy Quran by addressingthe objectives and virtual learning perspectives applied. In addition, to presenting the virtual learning processes and methods of evaluatingoutputs. This is done using the descriptive and analytical approach. The results of the study show that the virtual learning in the field of the Holy Quran evolves from the educational, social and multiple technical and ethical objectives. In addition, the virtual learning of the Holy Quran depends on many perspectives, such as the right of learning is guaranteed to all taking into account individual differences and gradual learning progress. Thus, the characteristics of virtual learning processes proposed for the Holy Qur'an are: easy to use, and graudaully start with preparation and planning and ends with evaluation and optimization. The assessment of outputs depends on who will implement the evaluation and how it will be applied.

This research work studies the executive operating results of one of the major computer software concerned with the automatic identification/recognition of Quranic voice; this is the Hafs Tajweed Teacher Software. This is done through the monitoring of operational mechanisms and the results of testing the software before its approval. The experimentation was done in four countries (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Libya). Over two hundred users participated in this study under the supervision of professional experts in different disciplines: Administration, Engineering, Language, Tajweed and Education. The statistical results has shown the effectiveness of this software and its featured role in accelerating the student's learning process and increase cognitive learning for the sample of students who were subjected to this pilot study compared to the realizable results of the controlled sample that received the same education in a traditional way .

With the explosion of the world wide web (WWW), the overwhelming number of web pages that contain electronic versions of the Holy Quran script is rapidly increasing with a very fast pace. This leads to the vulnerability of the electronic version of Holy Quran script to deliberate or accidental mistakes or changes. None of the sites on the internet that presents the Holy Quran script shows any verification of the displayed version from a well-known authentication agency. In this paper, a computer system based on the public key infrastructure (PKI) and the digital signature is presented to secure and verify the content of Holy Quran script on the web. The implementation of the proposed system shows its applicability.

Instilling Islamic values in our children has become a key concern as they become more acquisitive and fixated on carving a path towards academic and financial success. Serious Games can be an ideal medium for inculcating Islamic values such as sociability, responsibility, compassion, forgiveness etc. As such, Shimpai Muyou! serious game has been developed to prepare children for real life challenges through constructive discussion and feedback to change relationships in positive ways. The architecture consists of two mutually interacting layers: Instructional Mode and Narrative Mode. To measure success in Shimpai Muyou! environment three types of data gathering techniques have been used including Participant Observation, Classroom Discussion Forums and Log File Analysis supplemented by Interviews. Findings from the early prototype evaluation are promising, but indicate the critical need for a broader investigation to establish Shimpai Muyou! as a useful addition to the range of approaches teachers use to build Islamic morals in children.

From the past until now, Muslims gave the Holy Quran a special care. Among the most important of these concerns is care to save it in the hearts. However, a lot of the Quran learners complain from forgetting it despite spending more time in repeating it. As a result, we find that most learners in Quranic schools often suffer from lack of quality in memorization. Thus, there is a need for innovative ways to help Quran memorizers to memorize the Quran, understand it and connect its topics. On the other hand, there were a lot of applications developed to serve the Quran and especially to memorize it. Every application comes with certain features to facilitate the memorization process such as reading, listening, etc. However, these applications are still limited and focused on the direct use of technology without using more useful techniques in the domain. To contribute in the improvement of these efforts, we propose a Quran memorization application that utilizes visualization techniques to help in facilitating memorization. This paper will shed the light on the design and implementation of the application which aims to help Quran learners memorize Quran easily. It takes advantage of "Topical Interpretation" of the Quran, and mind mapping technique to connect verses with each other and with their topics then display them visually and orderly. By using this approach, all human senses are involved smoothly making it easier to link verses and remember them. It also will provide a pilot study on a set of students to measure the application effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction.

Quran is the holy book for all Muslims around the world. Since more than 1400 years, it was preserved in all possible ways from distortion. The huge increment and spread of digital media and internet usage, leaded to many organizational and individual websites, services, and applications are being introduced to spread the knowledge related to Quran as well as Quranic Verses, Translations, Explanations with the Tafseer and other Quranic sciences in its digital formats, some of these services are less authentic. In this paper we introduce a framework to detect and authenticate Quranic verses in a text extracted from online source especially forums posts. The proposed methodology of detection is based on the assumption that Quranic Verses are the parts of the text that contain more diacritics (Harakat). Other assumptions were also established to increase the accuracy of detection in case of less diacritic text. Authentication methodology is based on computing numerical Identifiers of words in the detected text then comparing these identifiers with Identifiers of original Quranic manuscript. Experiments show acceptable results on the detections rate of the highly and less diacritic text. The accuracy was 62% in average while the precision and recall were 75% and 78%, respectively. Future works will focus on authentication side as well as incorporating computational intelligence methods, that involved the sound of the words pronounce during the reading of Quranic verses, image processing and others, to improve the detection.

It is known that each project has an implementation planwhich needs to follow almost daily to make sure the project progresses well.In fact, during the execution of projects it maybe difficult to achieve the goal of follow-up for several reasons, including: The large number of tasks/processes that needs to be followed. The difficulty of providing a harmonious team who shares the same vision and objectives in order to pursue a comprehensive and uniform follow-up. The large project requires a large number of followers. With the advancements in modern technology in the field of computing, we may find the proper tools to help overcome the difficulties mentioned above. Therefore, through this practical model of "The Historical Collection of the Holy Quran ." Which is in it final stage and testing. In this project computer tools were used which proved to ease the impossible tasks and helped in producing the project in a desired level in its presenation and content.

The online Holy Quran is no longer scarce in the virtual world. Software developers have built many Holy Quran applications to satisfy the online users' need. This is a healthy situation as it increases access of Holy Quran concurrently bridging the gap to making Holy Quran as human companion and savior. However, despite the availability of many online applications of the Holy Quran, control over the reliability of content built by the software developer has yet been rationalized. There is still no clear procedure and standard for the software developer or the software firm to refer to, thus become their source and basis of their development. Consequently, it is extremely difficult for users to ensure content validity of the Holy Quran application provided by these software developers. This study embarks to explore the applicability of the common security management standards which is the Systems Security Engineering Capability Maturity Model (SSE-CMM) to achieve reliability state of online application of the Holy Quran. This study also investigates the definition of common criteria and the security elements of the SSE-CMM. These findings will become part of the procedure involved in Holy Quran online application development. Finally, this study conducts the evaluation of the new definition of security elements by using selected Holy Quran application developer as the real case study. Findings of this research should be able to determine the security management model suitable for the online application development of the Holy Quran based on any development context.
