The study developed an Academic Student Progression Predictive Analysis Application for Dr. Josefa Jara Martinez High School (DJJMHS) to provide an intranet platform for the centralized collection of data records and management of school forms. The system includes school details, school forms, real-time records of attendance, student academic progress, prediction, visualization, monitoring of employee performance, and report generation. It has enhanced security protection and can provide all users with a secured network connection. The system uses a graphical user interface to display all the functions to access all system features. The system was developed using standards and tools such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Phyton-MySQL. It creates an interface of system transactions in utilizing technology issuance of School Forms such as SF1, SF2, SF4, SF5, SF6, SF9, and SF10. The information can be encoded once a database connection is established. It is ready to create records into the database tables using the execute method of the developed system. All required features signified functionality and reliability based on test cases performed in two cycles in a live environment. The system was evaluated “Very Good” by 30 respondents using the ISO 25010 Software Quality Matrix. This indicates that the system can be an accurate and reliable tool for accessing an end-user's data and other services.

∗Friendly endangered animals and friendly farming are both key indicators of human sustainable development. There is a dilemma for environmental use. When humans own private land, friendly endangered animals seem to be able to call on the news not to kill leopard cats. This research mainly discusses how to use useful business models to avoid the plight of leopard cat habitat and farmers’ survival. The research results show that farmers face four social issues, including insufficient environmental protection knowledge and incentives; lack of stable quality and circulation capacity of agricultural products and processed products; inability to develop rural tourism; and lack of effective development of customer management capabilities. Therefore, the educational goals proposed in this research include the adoption of cross-school and cross-field talent cultivation; teachers and students personally experience and practice on-site; implement university social practices; enhance the economic development of rural and mountainous industries; and establish an intelligence commerce and marketing to optimize their commerce. The education strategy has three aspects and four main tasks, including sustainable social consensus and cohesion of leopard cat habitat protection and popular science dissemination; developmental environment promotes the symbiosis development of agriculture and tourism; sustainable economy and a good circulation oriented farming optimization circulation model Establish; and intelligence commerce and marketing for a sustainable economy and a good cycle. This can promote local creation and sustainable operation of farmers and agricultural enterprises. On the other hand, the implementation methods proposed in this study include promoting local linkages and cooperation to assist the government and local service practices; cultivating talents needed for regional development to promote the practice of NGO agricultural public welfare image; linking industry-university cooperation to establish local agricultural business practices; The development of regional humanities is based on local and rural cultural practices; as well as the practice of university social responsibility, the curriculum is combined with student practice. In this way, this research can achieve good sustainable development goals. ∗Corresponding author e-mail: chprosen@gm.cyut.edu.tw. The rapid development of communication technology and the continuous renewal of knowledge put forward higher requirements for circuit design. As an engineering application technology, EDA has the characteristics of abstraction, inquiry and practice. FPGA is an important hardware of EDA. The circuit based on FPGA is reconfigurable, large-scale and highly integrated. Aiming at EDA Technology in the field of communication, a mode of combining theory, practice and communication is proposed, that is, the combination of FPGA and communication is adopted. This paper discusses a method to promote research-based learning and provides a platform to stimulate research interest. A multi-mode communication signal modulation and demodulation platform based on EDA technology is introduced.

In 2018,"eliminating water course and creating gold course "was formally written into the document of the Ministry of Education. Since then, how to create gold course has become one of the key work in colleges and universities. Based on the current information technology background, this paper puts forward the triad construction path of gold course with teachers as the core, in order to change the teaching mode of teachers' unilateral irrigation and improve the students' comprehensive quality.

In recent years, online education has become a mature, recognised, and heavily used alternative for delivering higher education programmes. Beyond its benefits, online education faces a number of challenges, some of which relate to its engagement and impact on student performance. To support the ongoing research into the complex relationships developed, this research investigated the relationship between engagement and academic performance for students that undertake standalone online programmes. The study uses as input the module content engagement data, as collected from an e-learning platform, including the number of content views, forum posts, completed assignments, and watching of videos. The study used Pearson correlation to evaluate the relationship between learner engagement and academic performance. The analysis revealed that the student engagement was positively correlated to the student performance both for individual modules as well as across the cohort. In addition, correlation between initial engagement with individual subjects and the overall engagement was also strong, indicating both variables lead to improved academic results.

∗Online students want more than course material and successful instruction to have the best chance of success in their studies. They need access to a variety of support resources that will assist them in engaging with their institution and teachers, succeeding in their studies, connecting with one another, and successfully transitioning to the workplace. The most important aspect of any open and distance learning framework is learner support services. It encompasses a broad variety of academic and non-academic practices. This paper aims to investigate student support services in online courses at a vocational college in Vietnam. Qualitative data was collected from the email interview with 10 students from various majors. The results show that various learner support services have been employed after a number of issues concerning students online learning experiences were identified. These services are found to be crucial for online learners. However, it is recommended that a thorough investigation into the implementation and effectiveness of each online learner support service at the institution be done to maximize its positive impact on students.

In today's era, technology is rapidly advancing, and our lives are becoming more convenient and enjoyable. Being able to access huge amounts of information on the internet and using various applications that increases our productivity and quality of life, it is undeniable that technology is an important part of everyday lives especially that most people have computers, tablets and smartphones. These advancements in technology specifically on the development of mobile application, will help people in finding opportunities for their careers or for their business and certainly, it will be a great help for performers (talent) looking for gigs as well as individuals who look for people to perform (talent seekers) in their event.

Digital divide has been a common concern during the past two or three decades; traditionally, it refers to a gap between developed and developing countries in the adoption and use of digital technologies. Given the importance of the topic, digital divide has been also extensively studied, although, hitherto, there is no previous research that would have linked the concept to online media. Given this gap in the literature, this paper evaluates the “maturity” of online media in 134 countries between 2007 and 2016. Maturity is defined according to the levels of national online media consumption, diversity of political perspectives presented in national online media, and consensus in reporting major political events in national online media. These aspects are explained by considering explanatory factors related to economy, infrastructure, politics, and administration. According to the empirical results based on a dynamic panel data methodology, variables representing each aspects are also associated with the maturity of national online media.
