Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed companies over the period 2014–2018, the study empirically tests the impact of regional credit information sharing on the cash holding level of enterprises. We find a significant negative correlation between credit information sharing and corporate cash holdings, indicating that improving the level of credit information sharing can significantly reduce the level of corporate cash holdings. The higher the level of credit information sharing, the better the external financing environment for enterprises. Therefore, they will choose to hold less cash, and will invest more to higher profitable assets. Distinguishing the nature of equity, we further find that the negative relationship exists in both state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and non-state-owned enterprises(N-SOEs), but it is more significant in the former. Financing problems faced by N-SOEs are more prominent. Improving credit information sharing should have a more significant positive impact on financing for N-SOEs. Therefore, the decline in the optimal cash of N-SOEs should be more significant, but our study finds that SOEs have a greater decline. This shows that the impact of improving credit information sharing on the corporate cash holding level is not single. Although improving the level of credit information sharing is more conducive to improving the financing environment of N-SOEs, it also changes the motives of N-SOEs to hold cash, which greatly strengthens the motivation for having a first-mover advantage and improves the competitive advantage. Therefore, the negative impact of credit information sharing on the cash holding level of SOEs is even greater.

In today's environment of longer human life and higher average age, the general family does not have enough ability and economic conditions to apply for professional nursing staff to assist in the patient of the elderly in need of long-term care in the home. To maintain the family's income, they have to continue the existing work and send the elderly to the care center. However, there is still a shortage problem of nursing staff, even in nursing centers, because each nurse needs to take care of several patients with dealing the related medical matters at the same time. We found that the physical condition of each patient is different. In this paper, the data function and algorithm propose as the basis of data analysis. We can turn the physical condition of each patient into relevant data and analyze the corresponding data. In this way, we can find out the abnormal condition of the patient's body early, which is helpful for the prevention of accidents. After data analysis, if the patient's BFI continues in the stable area in the past month, some detection of Body Function can be omitted. This approach can not only appropriately improve work efficiency but also reduce the workload of nursing staff. Finally, we establish the management mode of medical manpower scheduling then the medical manpower-shortage problem would adjust appropriately.

The pandemic shifted the education paradigm to online classes. One of the requirements of e-education is to have a reliable Internet connection. The Internet has been a vital fount of information transmission and connection in the world wide web that digitized matrices around the world where Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are the rulers for the propagation of Internet access. With the Philippines having various ISPs, Filipinos may find it hard to choose who's the unrivaled as there are also abundant factors to say a telecommunication company is the finest. This study's foremost objective is to conduct a comparative analysis within the topmost selling ISPs in the Philippines by the means of customer satisfaction. These ISPs ranked as the top four (4) telecommunication companies in the Philippines. The study was able to identify that primarily, there was no significant difference among the Internet service providers involved for all factors that could potentially influence customer satisfaction hence, the factors used to identify the customer satisfaction namely - reliability, network coverage, Internet speed, Internet pricing, impact of Internet service, and service quality revealed to greatly affect the consumers ideal choice of Internet provider. In conclusion, it is deemed that this study will increase awareness on how telecommunication companies regulate connections for Filipino Internet service users with the expected dynamic rise of Internet usage. This will serve as a compass to the different telecommunication companies, and will give an understanding on how ISPs’ impact the effectiveness of e-education in the Philippines.

Blended learning is always a significant method of learning and teaching in education. This method combines the advantages of online and face-to-face learning models to improve students' interest in learning and teaching results. Because the course ‘Principle of Computer Composition’ is extensive, which is not easy to understand and absorb in the process of learning, students need more basic knowledge in learning. Therefore, we establish a blended learning platform for the course, the factors such as learning courses, learning media, and learning environment would be optimized. Utilizing blended learning modules, for instance, ‘e-learning platform’, ‘online class group’, ‘face-to-face classes’, ‘validation in experiments’, ‘discussion of course content’, and ‘learning examination’, we can optimize the teaching process and effect, and improve students' interest in learning and learning impact. At the end of the blended learning module, we feedback the student's learning data to the teacher who obtains the distribution of students' academic achievement through statistical analysis as a reference for adjusting teaching content, progress, and methods.

Sentiment analysis is a task of identifying the sentiments in text which is often applied to analyzing text in social media, customer feedbacks, and product reviews. Various studies have explored how sentiment analysis can automatically done by using machine learning techniques. However, there has been few attempts in implementing sentiment analysis on multilingual text. Furthermore, most of the existing works uses labelled data to train and develop machine learning models for sentiment analysis. Using labelled data are often expensive and time consuming. In this study, a sentiment analysis model for multilingual text using semi-supervised machine learning was explored. The data used is composed of 50,788 tweets about COVID-19, these are cleaned by removing unnecessary characters, stop words, and emojis. After cleaning, the language of each tweet was identified, all tweets that are not written in Filipino or English were removed from the dataset. Afterwards, the tweets were all translated in English in preparation for the annotation phase. This study used an open-source tool, TextBlob, in annotating the tweets. TextBlob outputs the polarity of the text in vector representation. The TextBlob annotation were then validated by human experts through an inter-rater agreement. The level of agreement between the human annotations and TextBlob annotations have a substantial agreement with 0.78 Fleiss’ Kappa value. Classifier models were developed using various machine learning algorithms. Based on the results of the experiment, SVC is the best performing model with count vectorizer as feature with an accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score of 95%. For future work, fine tuning hyperparameters to optimize the models can be considered.

In view of the urgent need for high-quality talents in the development of national intelligent mining, the virtual simulation teaching platform of mining engineering in our school is constructed based on virtual reality technology with "connotative development" as the guiding ideology. The virtual simulation teaching system of "one center, one platform, six modules and six levels" is created. A three-level progressive mixed teaching model of "virtual classroom as the prelude, real classroom as the foundation, and virtual classroom as the expansion" is formed. The teaching reform based on virtual simulation teaching platform improves the teaching quality and effect, effectively avoids the disadvantages of traditional teaching, and is conducive to training students' practical and innovative ability, and providing high-quality talents for the development of national intelligent mining.

Digital assessment (DA) has been recognized as one of the most critical elements of modern education due to the ever-growing uptake of information and communication technologies in learning and teaching. This article provides a systemic approach to navigating and enhancing the use of DA in the higher education context. A multi-dimensional framework for DA development is first introduced which not only captures important aspects of DA but also highlights the trade-off between these competing dimensions. We then take a closer look at the online testing landscape and use this framework to analyze the pedagogical and technical dimensions of DA in practice.

The growing number of cases of COVID-19 has prompted the government to develop and deploy digital contact tracing applications. [1] The dominant explanation of these measures is mitigating the transmission of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). [2] Contact tracing is crucial in dealing with a pandemic because it allows rapid detection of cases based on information gathered from affected individuals about other people they may have had recent contact with. Advances in digital technologies have made it possible to use cellular phones in the contact tracing process. The previous study has proved the effectiveness of the contact tracing application in various countries like Singapore and United Kingdom. Having said this, the objective of this study is to determine the efficacy of StaySafe PH in reducing the ballooning cases of COVID-19 in Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. StaySafe PH is a contact tracing application with medical consultation and allows users to report problems regarding their health conditions easily. The respondents were composed of 55 (fifty-five) residents of Barangay Bagong Silangan, whose ages are within the bracket of 18 to 59 years old. To gather the necessary data needed, the proponents created and administered a questionnaire to the subjects, which focused on the respondents' experience in using the StaySafe PH. The design used by the researcher is correlational, which gathers quantifiable information that can be used for statistical interference through data analysis. In addition, the researchers applied a probability sampling technique in this study. In findings and analysis of the data, most of the respondents are using StaySafe PH, which is thirty-six (36) percent at the same time believed that the application could help in flattening the curve and saving more lives. Furthermore, it is decided that StaySafe PH is effective and safe to use.
