In the article design of composite (timber and plywood) skin panel has been considered according European and nationalstandards. The panel consists of timber webs and plywood skin. The design parameters are depth of webs and distance between webs within the defined skin parameters. In design the method of fictitious cross-section is applied. Check of the ultimate limit states is conducted in accordance with EN 1995-1-1 (ДБН В.2.6-161:2017). Loads to the panel are determined according to ДБН В.1.2.-2:2006. The usage of European and national standards complies with the actual requirements andwiden methodological base.

TRAY RESEARCH OF THE STRAIN STATE OF SOIL BASES REINFORCED BY SOIL-CEMENT ELEMENTS UNDER THE STRIP STAMP 条形戳记下水泥土单元加固土基应变状态的盘状研究

Experimental research of weak bases reinforced by vertical soil-cement elements are discribed in this article. Tray research ofweak clay bases and bases with percent of reinforcement from 2,1% to 7,1% under strip stamp were conduct. As a result ofthe experiment settlements for each of soil base models were obtained. Characteristic curves of the influence of the reinforcement percentage on the bearing capacity, deformability are given, character of settlements of the investigated soil massin time at step-increasing loading are shown. It was found that depending on the percentage of reinforcement the critical pressures increased linearly and the values of settlement at critical pressures were determined increased with the base reinforcement percentage. Empirical dependencies were obtained to determine the critical pressures depending on the percentage ofreinforcement for the investigated soil conditions. In conclusion, the effectiveness of reinforcing the base of the strip foundations by vertical soil-cement elements was proved.

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ASSESSING THE STEEL FRAMES RELIABILITY 评估钢框架可靠性的方法学方面

The article highlights the proposed algorithm for evaluating the reliability of steel frames. In particular, it is possible to analyze the reliability of the most likely failure mechanism. Separate assumptions that determine the sequence of application ofthe limit equilibrium method are presented. A method for determining the reliability of statically indeterminate steel framesin the plastic stage is presented. This method provides an opportunity to determine the probable mechanism of destruction.The ultimate equilibrium method is used to calculate the forces at the final stage of destruction. In the work, the real mechanism of destruction is understood as a mechanism for which the work of external forces to create it is the least. It is revealedthat the real mechanism of destruction is approaching the beam or floor elementary mechanism.

THE STUDY OF PROFITABILITY OF DWELLING RECONSTRUCTION OF FIRST MASS SERIES 第一质量系列住宅改造的盈利能力研究

The study of organizational and technological factors on dwelling reconstruction profitability of first mass series with thepurpose to define the effective organizational solutions of reconstruction is described. The study is carried out on the basis ofexample of dwelling reconstruction of typical series 1-4382.5-7. The informative and graphical models of reconstruction aremade. The factors having impact on reconstruction indexes are defined. The plan of numerical experiment considering simultaneous impact of the given factors on the profitability index of reconstruction is made. With the help of experimental andstatistical modeling mathematical models of dependency of profitability on the factors in the form of charts are made.The charts analysis defined the areas of effective solutions by simultaneous impact of factors. By the results of studies theconclusions about the conditions of such dwellings reconstruction operations are made.

Concept of bulk material and complexity of storing it are explained. The dependence between the physical and mechanicalproperties of the loose material and type of construction in which it is stored. Structural elements considered silos and siloswith conical and flat bottom are described. The common characteristics of metal silos for bulk materials are given. The classification of metal silos by type of housing design is given. The advantages and disadvantages of silos are described.The possibility of storage of bulk materials in cylindrical shells is analyzed depending on the type of construction. The history of occurrence of structures of spiral-fold silos is considered. The set of equipment for the construction of the housing ofthe spiral-fold silos is given, the step-by-step process of formation of the folding lock and features of the installation processare presented. The analysis of the structure is made and the advantages and disadvantages of spiral-fold silos are determined.

Numerical simulation of hard airdrome coatings stress-strain state when interacting with weak ground base 机场硬涂层与弱地基相互作用时应力-应变状态的数值模拟

The technique and its numerical realization of the hard airdrome coatings specified calculations with the consideration oftheir interaction with heterogeneous multilayer weak soil half-space is proposed. Numerical simulation of the hard airdromecoatings stress-strain state is carried out on the basis of the relations of the elasticity nonlinear theory with the help of thefinite element method momentary scheme. The task of calculating the actual concrete coating on a rigid artificial basis of theInternational Airport "Odesa" runway is solved. A finite-element model for calculating hard surfaces with the use of amomentary finite element scheme and a universal spatial shell finite element has been developed.

Research of the current Egyptian roads service facilities placement condition 埃及道路服务设施安置现状研究

The state and provision level of road traffic participants to the objects of service on Egypt highways have been analysed. Ingeneral, there are a number of significant shortcomings regarding the systematic approach in justifying and standardizing thedistances of the road services location, considering the requirements of road users. With the help of Google Earth and realsurvey, the current status of the service objects along the Egypt highways and in foreign countries of the world has been surveyed.The obtained data show that service facilities are unevenly located in Egypt, often do not meet normative requirementsand are not characterized by complexity. Instead, in foreign countries there is even more distribution of complex servicefacilities along highways, all service facilities has transition-high-speed bands and the vast majority have separate congresses.

Influence of molybdenum on corrosion and mechanical properties of carbon steel joint welds 钼对碳钢接头焊缝腐蚀及力学性能的影响

The results of experimental studies of the molybdenum impurity influence on corrosion and mechanical properties of carbonsteel (Grade 20) joint welds are presented in the article. In particular, it has been found that the highest and stable values ofthe impact strength and resistance properties of cracks (К1s and δs), as well as the resistance to sulfide corrosion cracking ofthe metal of tubular steel joints, are achieved at a concentration of molybdenum in it from 0,2 to 0,4%, which is realized byputting a molybdenum powder in the electrode coating in the amount of 0,5-1,0%. On the basis of the obtained results an optimalchemical composition of the weld metal was determined which is characterized by a fine-grained structure with a smallamount of non-metallic impurities of globular shape. Optimal content of the doping micro-additive - molybdenum should beselected, based on both the influence of molybdenum on the size of structural components, but, most importantly, on its effecton the corrosion and mechanical properties of metal joint weld.

In particular, it has been found that the highest and stable values ofthe impact strength and resistance properties of cracks (К1s and δs), as well as the resistance to sulfide corrosion cracking ofthe metal of tubular steel joints, are achieved at a concentration of molybdenum in it from 0,2 to 0,4%, which is realized byputting a molybdenum powder in the electrode coating in the amount of 0,5-1,0%. On the basis of the obtained results an optimalchemical composition of the weld metal was determined which is characterized by a fine-grained structure with a smallamount of non-metallic impurities of globular shape. Scientific basis of design structures plaster solutions 设计结构石膏溶液的科学依据

High-rise construction volume increase and new wall materials use require changing the approach to the design of plastermortar compositions. The analysis has showed that it is possible to reduce the number of cracks in the plaster coating by increasingthe water holding capacity of the mortar mixture. To optimize the prescription parameters of the mortar mixture, thefive-factor experiment with fine aggregate and the filler with a low modulus of elasticity, disperse polymeric powders andcellulose ethers, a polymer fiber for microdispersed reinforcement has been used. The obtained data indicate that the proposedapproach enables to obtain plaster mortars with physic mechanical characteristics that provide optimal working conditions“masonry - plaster coatings”.

Mathematical simulation of the motion law of differential mortar pump piston intended for construction mix 建筑搅拌用差动砂浆泵柱塞运动规律的数学模拟

The paper is dedicated to the creation of a differential mortar pump with electromagnetic action for pumping finishingmaterial, which is not sensitive to electric energy gaps, and which is at the same time convenient, easy to use, reliable andeconomical in operation. The paper presents the mathematical model of the working process dynamics of a differentialmortar pump with electromagnetic action, which will allow to study common patterns of pumping processes in the pump inthe whole, to solve general problems on their calculation and design, to set and solve problems of reliability control,connected with high-frequency pressure oscillations, the problems of structural optimization and optimal design of all itselements. The control system of a pumping unit with vector controlled asynchronous electric drive is proposed on the basis ofthe concept of inverse dynamics problems in combination with the minimization of local functionality of instantaneousenergy magnitudes, which ensures high-quality pressure regulation under the conditions of parametric perturbations activityand has acceptable energy indices.
本文致力于研制一种电磁作用的差速砂浆泵,用于泵送精加工材料,该泵对电能间隙不敏感,同时运行方便、易用、可靠、经济。本文提出了电磁作用下差压砂浆泵工作过程动力学的数学模型,可以从整体上研究泵送过程的一般规律,解决泵送过程的一般计算和设计问题,设置和解决与高频压力振荡有关的可靠性控制问题,结构优化问题和各部件的优化设计问题。基于逆动力学问题的概念,结合瞬时能量量局部泛函的最小化,提出了矢量控制异步电驱动抽油机的控制系统,保证了在参数扰动活动条件下的高质量压力调节,并具有可接受的能量指标。
