Glaucoma is one of the major and critical eye diseases discovered till date. It is actually a group of diseases that damage the optic nerve and subsequently result in vision loss and blindness. One of the major causes of Glaucoma is the intrinsic distortion of the optic nerve resulting in high fluid pressure on the front portion of the eye. The primary objective of the paper is to classify High Resolution Fundus images of the retina into Glaucomatous and Non-Glaucomatous. In order to achieve that, a DL-ML Hybrid Model has been developed with an initial image processing. The overall methodology followed in this paper has been termed as N-S Model. The HRF (High Resolution Fundus) Image Database consisting of 30 images is used for the purpose. The N-S Model was deployed after development and clocked a 100% Validation Accuracy and Sensitivity of 1.0. Such an Intelligent System can accelerate the process of diagnosis and reduce the review of doctors.

Cloud computing covers a broad range of cloud-based service models such as SaaS: Software as a Service, PaaS: Platform as a Service, IaaS: Infrastructure as a Service, XaaS: Everything as a Service, NaaS: Network as a Service and RaaS: Recovery as a Service. Whether the users are looking at SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, XaaS, NaaS or RaaS, the estimations are the same; fast development of the workloads placed on the VMs in the cloud and a maximized percentage of the IT budget moving toward cloud computing. Therefore, there is a need for an enhanced VM level load balancer to balance the VM level load. In this research, different dynamic load-balancing methods and enhanced algorithms are analyzed to develop a load balancer for allocating the workloads evenly to the VMs and to migrate the excess tasks from the overloaded VMs to the underloaded VMs. The motivation of our research is to propose an Enhanced Throttled Load Balancer for allocating the workloads evenly to all VMs and for minimizing the delay time and response time of the service. The proposed load balancer distributes the arriving requests evenly to all VMs and allocates the resources dynamically. Using the threshold value, the proposed load balancer categorizes the VMs as overloaded VMs, underloaded VMs and balanced VMs. If there is an overloaded VM then the proposed Enhanced Throttled Load Balancer finds out the suitable underloaded VM and automatically begins the task migration process to migrate the task to the underloaded VM from the overloaded VM thereby balance the load on VMs. The main use of the proposed load balancer is to balance the load on VMs and to control the overhead of the VM. This paper presents a dynamic load balancing approach using Enhanced Throttled Load Balancer that aids to reduce the delay time and the response time of the service.

This paper proposes a deep learning approach that might help to diagnose lung cancer at an early stage. A deep neural network (DNN) will be trained via classification and clustering to predict disparity in the dimensions of the diaphragm. The model will use a rain forest algorithm (RFA) for the initial classification of the clippings. A deep clustering that uses a feed-forward attribute will be implemented for the second-half of the hidden layers. This model will be able to identify short breaths thereby resulting in the early diagnosis of lung cancer. The change in the breathing habits of individual will be highlighted by the trained model further prompting the individual to take remedial actions at a much early phase. The strategy behind the model is creating a scope in the form of an alert via an application or device with the integration of IoT platforms that can be later developed into a business model.

Automated Vehicles (AV) are already in existence in developed countries such as the US and other nations in the Middle East. The present concerns concerning AV are not linked to the dilemma of whether the tech advancements have to be implemented or not. Instead, these concerns revolve around the main implications of these technologies in the effort of developing smart transportation frameworks in the world we live in. Moreover, there is a major concern about the likelihood of their systems being automated and remain in a manner which can be controlled by human beings. Apart from that, there is a major question: how does mobility transform the independent operations of autos dominant on highways? This question throws in another concern that involves the public being appraised fully and how science will affect the rate of communication through the various forms of social media. With that regard, this paper seeks to evaluate the concern and recommend strategies that can be used to mitigate the present emergent issue in transportation services.

Security in the place of residence or home is gaining an increasing research interest from ICT researchers. The traditional security solution is Closed-Circuit Television [CCTV]. It is very useful to monitor the situation around home and offices, but it does not produce any notification. It has huge consumption of bandwidth and storage media. Automated appliance switching and automation is one of the recent interests in this paradigm. Switching OFF the lights and appliances is one of the best known ways to save electricity. Many times, people forget to switch it OFF when needed or keep them ON even when it is not needed. This will increase the electricity bill. All that can be avoided by using the Intelligent automated appliance switching system[2]. This system is based on the Internet of Things technology i.e. IoT, due to its wide use in the development of new products System intelligently detect the person outside the door is an owner or visitor or possible intruder. Android app is installed on owners mobile where pop up message is generated with the captured image. The owner then accept or reject the person and control command is sent to the system. System will open the door or remain closed accordingly. [1] System consists of IoT based hardware component, IIS server and android app. IR and PIR sensors are used for sensing the motion. Pi camera used for capturing the live video. Raspberry Pi 3B is the processor used The aim of the research is to develop a reasonable and high-yielding security and automated appliance switching system.

This paper presents the numerical model of MoS2 based transistor. The proposed structure having Molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) as channel material and SiO2 as gate oxide material. Output characteristics of MoS2 have been demonstrated using our proposed model. Compared with silicon, the MoS2 channel material provides the better drain current due to its larger band gap, high mobility and low power consumption. The IV Characteristics for the MoS2 material was measured by using the Technology Computer Aided Design (TCAD) simulation software.

Visually challenged people generally need assistance to navigate through the existing dynamic world and constantly face many obstacles in the process. With an aim to not let the physical challenges hinder their growth and render them independence, to an extent, this paper proposes a simple and economical device for the visually challenged. This device consists of a hat (with a camera attached) and headphones. The device warns the wearer if any person is approaching, through a voice message, and announces whether the said person is familiar (with name) or unknown. This enables the wearer to assess his/her surroundings. The hat is affordable and convenient to use without any complications. This can also be used by people with partial vision as well.

The rapid growth in the semiconductor industry has paved the pathway for tremendous advancement in semiconductor memory technology. Internet of Things (IoT), wireless body sensor nodes and other high-end applications need power-efficient and reliable memories. Static Random Access Memory which is the heart of the chip occupies the major part of the area due to its importance. The demand for low power, deeply integrated and high-speed memory results in trade off between stability and area of the bit-cell, which are the two essential aspects of memory. As technology shrinks, the reliability of the memory gets affected. The stability involves soft error upset due to radiation in the working environment and the static noise margin is reduced due to process variation and operating conditions. In this paper, the SRAM bit-cell, which have both recovery from soft error upset and stability improvement by various read/write assist techniques, are discussed. The memory cells are designed using Cadence Virtuoso tool GPDK 180nm technology.
