E-Report Application: The Role of Stakeholders in The Assessment System in Schools 电子报告应用:学校评核系统中持份者的角色

This study aims to find out about the role of school stakeholders in processing student grades using the e-report application. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely observation by observing the website and using the website directly. Interviews were conducted with informants regarding the use of applications and documentation of reports issued from applications to school stakeholders who now participate in the use of e-reports. The data analysis technique was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results show that the role of school stakeholders in the use of interconnected e-reports starts from the administrative field in data collection, teachers in data entry, curriculum fields in checking data, and BP teachers who enter student attendance to get to the parents. The existence of this E-report application shows the discipline and perseverance of the stakeholders in controlling IT. The processing of the scores on this e-report will also be copied into the student's master book, and later the results of this assessment will be submitted to the Surabaya City Education Office for nomination with other schools.

The Revitalization of The Madrasah Principal Leadership in Improving The Quality of Education 振兴伊斯兰学校校长在提高教育质量中的领导作用

This study aims to analyze the strategy of revitalizing the leadership of madrasah principals in improving the quality of education units in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) in the West Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to revealing the factual conditions of the revitalization of madrasah leadership in improving the quality of education. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies on reports of madrasa activities. Data analysis techniques for research results are carried out by interpreting and designing action plans on research results. The results show that the head of MTs West Aceh has not optimally improved the quality of functions in revitalizing the synergy and harmony among teachers and employees in improving the quality of education units, revitalizing processes, tools, and learning media in improving the quality of education units and revitalizing the participation of the community and government in improving quality. Education units in madrasas. The implication of the less than the optimal revitalization of madrasah leadership has resulted in a decline in the quality of the learning process and the quality of educational outcomes in madrasas.

Comparative Study of Learning Methods in Character Education Management Among Islamic Religious Education Teachers and Christian Religious Education Teachers 伊斯兰教宗教教育教师与基督教宗教教育教师品格教育管理学习方法的比较研究

This research aims to analyze the comparison between Islamic and Christian education management in terms of character education. The type of research that will be used quasi experiment with the design of a paired control group (matching pretest-posttest control group design). The results showed that character education in students at STT Biblika Jakarta has adequate intellectual knowledge as a scholar who meets the needs of the community, in the fields of Biblical, Theological, Spiritual Service, and Work in society. In addition, they have the character of a leader of good character and become an example as a clergyman. Do love in his life and imitate Christ. Able to answer people's problems and and live presents peace and love each other. Be a leader with high integrity towards the responsibilities he gives. Able to live socially and bring renewal or innovation in society. Meanwhile, student character education at UIN Maliki Malang, with character education model developed, namely making the figure of ulul albab as the foundation. In developing the character of students, UIN Maliki Malang bases on the historical values of the establishment of Islamic University and Vision, Mission of the college. The theoretical foundation used as a handle in developing character education based on ulul albab is the conception of Islamic teachings and the foundation of educational ilosois. The purpose of character education based on Ulul Albab UIN Maliki Malang is to form a Muslim person who has the values of ulul albab.

Organizational Culture as The Basis of Teacher Performance Development 组织文化:教师绩效发展的基础

This study not only measures the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance but also finds an essential foundation for madrasah in building organizational culture and how to improve their performance. A descriptive quantitative approach is used in this research; data collection is done through surveys and the preparation of research instruments. The results show that, in general, the organizational culture is quite good, the values, teamwork, and work performance are also good, while in performance, teachers generally have various levels of achievement, satisfaction, responsibility, honesty, empathy, and persistence in work. In madrasah, organizational culture is related to teacher performance so a superior organizational culture will affect teachers' performance; on the other hand, educational institutions that cannot build a good culture result in decreased teacher performance.

The Influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Islamic Educational Institutions 变革型领导与组织文化对伊斯兰教育机构工作满意度与组织公民行为的影响

This paper examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach is used to examine the relationship or influence between (X), (Y), and (Y1). The population in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed a significant partial effect of the transformational leadership variable on job satisfaction. The organizational culture variable has a partially significant influence on job satisfaction. The transformational leadership variable has a partially significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant partial effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has implications for the importance of cultural awareness of organizational citizenship behavior for each individual to build a good work team so that the achievement of organizational performance can be better than before.

Financial Performance on Improving The Quality of Human Resources in Higher Education 财务绩效对提高高等教育人力资源质量的影响

This study aims to analyze and understand financial performance in improving the quality of human resources in high school lecturers. This study uses a qualitative data collection case study type. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection and reduction and concluding. The results showed that financial performance to improve the quality of human resources through the balanced scorecard approach at the University of Muhammadiyah Berau was effective. This is because the university's Balanced scorecard can identify strengths and opportunities for improvement related to leadership, vision, values, and strategy, focusing on finance, customers, internal processes, human resources, and performance excellence.

Content Validity of KIP-K Scholarship Instruments at Higher Education Using Aiken's Coefficient Validity Scale 用Aiken系数效度量表评估高等教育KIP-K奖学金工具的内容效度

This study aims to analyze the KIP-K Scholarship instrument at PTKIN IAIN Langsa while developing non-test instruments (questionnaires). This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument of content validity is obtained through a quantitative analysis by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items with three components: economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated using the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. This instrument can obtain complete information on prospective students who will become KIP-K scholarship recipients in 2022.

This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument of content validity is obtained through a quantitative analysis by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items with three components: economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated using the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. Strengthening Local Wisdom-Based Work Culture in Improving the Quality of Education in Madrasah 加强以地方智慧为本的工作文化,提高伊斯兰学校的教育质量

This study aimed to improve the quality of madrasah education by strengthening the work culture of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in the western region of the Central Lampung district. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis, which includes; the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that improving the quality of madrasah education through strengthening the work culture of Madrasah Aliyah teachers was carried out through the implementation of work culture in planning, work culture in organizing, work culture in performance, and work culture in supervision, work culture in evaluation. This research has implications for the importance of a work culture that must be managed in such a way as to achieve the desired goals.
本研究旨在通过加强中部楠榜区西部地区阿利亚伊斯兰学校教师的工作文化来提高伊斯兰学校的教育质量。本研究采用定性案例研究方法。使用的数据收集技术有观察、访谈和记录。数据分析技术采用Miles和Huberman的交互分析,其中包括;数据收集、数据简化、数据呈现和结论的过程。结果表明,通过实施工作文化规划、工作文化组织、工作文化绩效、工作文化监督、工作文化评价,通过加强伊斯兰学校教师的工作文化来提高伊斯兰学校教育质量。这项研究暗示了工作文化的重要性,必须以这样一种方式来管理,以实现预期的目标。

Total Transformative Learning Model in Child-Friendly School 儿童友好学校的全面变革学习模式

This study aims to analyze about; 1) the profile of child-friendly schools in Indonesia, 2) the child-friendly school management model, and 3) the challenges of implementing child-friendly-based management models. A case study qualitative approach with a multi-site design is used in this study. The sites studied selected child-friendly schools representing various levels in Indonesia to obtain comprehensive data. The results showed that the management of child-friendly schools was carried out according to the process, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the implementation of safe, comfortable, healthy schools, free from acts of violence and discrimination, free to express opinions and participate in making decisions according to their capacity achievement of educational goals. Although the management model developed has different approaches and styles, it refers to a holistic management model that integrates the Total Quality Management Model and the Total Transformative Learning Model. Its main characteristics are sustainable development, growing awareness, and how collegial works. Meanwhile, the challenges faced in implementing Child-Friendly Schools are related to efforts to raise awareness of school residents and parents in forming a mindset according to the Child-Friendly School concept.

Humanistic based Inclusive Education Management in Madrasah: Policy Review 伊斯兰学校人本主义全纳教育管理:政策回顾

This study aims to analyze inclusive education management policies in madrasah by applying humanistic-based learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurus Salam. This research uses a qualitative approach. In order to get an overview of the humanistic-based inclusive education policy, the researchers conducted direct observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, from data collection, reduction, display, and conclusions. The results showed that; First, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurus Salam uses inclusive education policies to accommodate students with special needs by applying humanistic-based learning. Both presentations were conducted using learning analysis, inclusive education design, implementation, and program evaluation. This study has implications for the importance of humanistic-based inclusive education in providing shelter for children with special needs so that they can develop their knowledge through existing school policies.
本研究旨在分析伊斯兰学校的全纳教育管理政策,并以伊比提达耶努鲁斯萨拉姆伊斯兰学校的人本学习为例。本研究采用定性方法。为了全面了解以人为本的全纳教育政策,研究人员进行了直接观察、访谈和文献研究。数据分析技术是循环进行的,从数据收集、还原、显示到结论。结果表明:;首先,Nurus Salam伊斯兰学校采用全纳教育政策,通过人文学习来照顾有特殊需要的学生。这两篇报告都使用了学习分析、全纳教育设计、实施和项目评估。本研究暗示了以人文为本的全纳教育在为有特殊需要的儿童提供庇护方面的重要性,以便他们能够通过现有的学校政策发展他们的知识。
