The Role of Christian and Islamic Leaders to Strengthen Local Wisdom in Atambua 基督教和伊斯兰教领袖在阿坦瓦加强地方智慧的作用

Local wisdom is an ancestral heritage that is closely related to the life value that is not only formed into religion but also culture and traditions. The purpose of this study is to describe the local wisdom among representative leaders of religions in Atambua which contribute to maintaining a harmonious life. Traditional leaders, government officials, and religious leaders continue to renew local wisdom to maintain and preserve local wisdom, even though it is eroding and fading due to the negative influence of globalization and modernity. This paper is qualitative research featuring data from both fieldwork investigation, hybrid interview, and literature review. The findings of this study show that; First, Atambua local wisdom contributes significantly to true harmony and brotherhood; Second, localwisdom complements and strengthens the noble values of the Bible and the Qur'an; Third, the government and the traditional religious leaders play a role in inviting all parties to preserve religious harmony and creating dialogue forums to revitalize the local wisdom in Atambua. This article is the first grounded research to introduce indigenous proverbs such as knuk ida fatik ida and nekaf mese ansaof mese in the context of interfaith dialogue to encourage true intimacy and fraternity of "thy brother, who proceeded from the same womb" in Atambua.

Legalitas Ucapan Selamat Natal Bagi Umat Islam Studi Kritis Terhadap Pemikiran Quraish Shihab Dalam Tafsir Al-Misbah 对穆斯林来说,圣诞快乐的合法性是对《古兰经》Shihab思想的批判性研究

Legality Derived from the word "legal" which means legal, valid according to law. While legality itself is legitimacy, legality. So "Legality" can be interpreted as a legitimacy or validity of a law based on State Law or the ideological source of a group. M. Quraish Shihab's interpretation process in legalizing the "Merry Christmas" greeting using QS. Maryam 33 through several methods including, using "Dalalah Lafadz 'Am, Syaddud dzaraI', and the rules of Maqashidul Lafdzi fiqh 'Ala Niatil Lafidz". With the latter method he interprets who is allowed or not to say "Merry Christmas". Like other contemporary commentators in interpreting the Qur'an, he also considers harmony and harmony between religious communities. None of the classical and contemporary scholars have stated that it is permissible to say "Merry Christmas" by saying that it has been approved by Al-Qur'an. The Qur'an is even recommended using the QS argument. Maryam verse 33 as used by M. Quraish Shihab in legalizing the saying. Ulama' who allow it only consider this as a form of "Mujamalah and Muhasanah" only. Implementasi Sedekah Sirri Sebagai Bentuk Filantropi Dalam Al-Qur’an 慈善行为的实施是伊斯兰教的慈善行为

The discussion on philanthropy is not something new, but there have been several works in the form of books, articles and scholarly research that discuss philanthropy, but the author has not found the results of someone's research on the meaning and implementation of alms in secret as a form of philanthropy in the Qur'an, so the author needs to make a discussion regarding this theme. Starting from this problem, the author needs to examine more deeply about the implementation of alms in secret as a form of philanthropy in the Qur'an. To answer this problem, the researcher uses the thematic method, namely by discussing a certain theme thoroughly and aiming to solve the problems raised, and get a conclusion and it can be used as a guide, with the Library Research. The results of the findings of this study are a form of giving in secret and intended for the poor, as a form of philanthropy, so this gift contains a very noble value for the giver, because it can prevent the birth of showing off and wanting to be praised, as well as maintaining the dignity of the person who receives it. Visualization of Understanding Hadith in Animated Cartoon 在动画片中理解圣训的形象化

Meanwhile, the text is the dominant element used as a medium of delivery in the arena of narration of hadith. The meaning, content and understanding of a hadith are explained in a narrative manner through the arrangement of words and sentences. Instead of clarifying the meaning and understanding of a hadith, the abundance of texts in the writing work actually makes the possibility of the emergence of multiple interpretations even greater. On the other hand, this reality becomes even more counter-productive when it is known that human cognitive work actually relies on “imagery” (al-tasawwur) work. In other words, explaining with pictures is actually more effective than explaining with text. And this kind of momentum is fully held in digital products and content, including animated cartoons. This paper will focus on observing the visualization of hadith understanding in Riko The Series cartoons. Not only explaining how it works, this paper also intends to test the validity of the semantics in the work of the visual narrative.

The Configuration of Da'wah in Indonesia on Technoreligion: A Communication Theory of Identity (CTI) Approach 印尼“达瓦”在技术宗教上的配置:一个认同的传播理论(CTI)方法

The construction of da'wah identity on the technoreligion sphere has diametrical forms of discourse. These identities are later configured in several forms, such as theological, cultural, and structural da’wah represented by religious sects and organizations. The configuration of religious identity transmitted in social media becomes a form of self-expression of the preachers (asātiż) in their beliefs, apart from its subjective dimension. The research concludes that the configuration of religious identities of the Indonesian charismatic figures contains meanings that have been transmitted for a long time, not instantaneously, and form their identity which is then projected onto their audiences (mad’ū) in multiperson layers. This article argues that theda’wah identity becomes an existential reflection of a preacher, whether they can be the role models, is depending on the success of each in managing their identities.

Coronavirus 19 is a pandemic that has affected many parts of life, including religion. There are many viewpoints about the COVID-19 disaster in Islam. The Tatsunami Manuscript by KH. Maimun Zubair is one of the manuscripts that discusses disasters. This manuscript is the most recent Indonesian literature about disaster that can be used to comprehend the COVID-19. This study using the hermeneutic methods to reveal the meaning of the COVID-19 based on the manuscript's perspective and its significance for religious life. The results of the study show that this manuscript does not only contain the concept of disaster, but also offers mitigations and solutions that can be applied in the case of COVID 19.

Indonesian Interests in Hadith-Sourced COVID-19 Queries According to Google Trends 根据谷歌趋势,印度尼西亚人对来自圣训的COVID-19查询的兴趣

COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on people’s religious lives all around  the world. This article attempts to examine the following hypothesis: COVID-19 also influences religious life in Indonesia, the results of which can be also observed in hadith studies. This study employed a mixed-method. The data is compiled through Google Trends (GT) from 1 December 2019 to 20 August 2020, pointing to four keywords. The data is analyzed through a content analysis. This research suggests that there is an exponentially increasing search using those four words on the internet. The search for hadiths on COVID-19 was only conducted in West Java. ‘Doa Covid’ (prayer for protection from COVID-19) became the most exponentially searched keyword across Indonesia. The GT data suggests that individuals are searching the internet for an explanation about the prophetic guideline in dealing with COVID-19. The most popular articles are published in Republika Online, Tribun Newsgroup, MadaniNews, Okezone, and Liputan6. The hadiths mentioned in those articles contain mostly the prayers of the Prophet Muhammad to keep people away from illness or to obtain safety in the world and the afterlife.

This article attempts to examine the following hypothesis: COVID-19 also influences religious life in Indonesia, the results of which can be also observed in hadith studies. This study employed a mixed-method. The data is compiled through Google Trends (GT) from 1 December 2019 to 20 August 2020, pointing to four keywords. The data is analyzed through a content analysis. This research suggests that there is an exponentially increasing search using those four words on the internet. The search for hadiths on COVID-19 was only conducted in West Java. ‘Doa Covid’ (prayer for protection from COVID-19) became the most exponentially searched keyword across Indonesia. The GT data suggests that individuals are searching the internet for an explanation about the prophetic guideline in dealing with COVID-19. The most popular articles are published in Republika Online, Tribun Newsgroup, MadaniNews, Okezone, and Liputan6. Moderating Islam Through Indonesian Muslim Manuscript on Ngariksa YouTube Channel: The Study of Sufi's Understanding on the Qur'an and Hadith Text 通过印尼穆斯林对YouTube频道的手稿:苏菲对可兰经和圣训的研究

Manuscripts that teach a moderate religious understanding are considered capable of warding off ideological conflicts and maintaining security and stability. This paper shows how the strategy of Muslim philologists to moderate religious understanding, especially in the Qur'an and hadith understanding, through the introduction of ancient manuscripts packaged in the online study of the Ngariksa YouTube channel. Using the digital humanities approach of David M. Berry, Ngariksa’s activity is a part of the socio-cultural practice as a system of knowledge that is carried out in a plural manner, in the sense that information, materials, archives, and documents that are digitally documented can influence the institutionalization of science mediated by new technology, such as computing and internet. In the socio-cultural practice in the digital space, it is necessary to change the character of the Indonesian Muslim community in a more moderate. This change is due to the classical narratives containing moderate past knowledge from moderate figures. In this context, Ngariksa presents Ibrahim al-Kurani's perspective on Sufism that is based on the outer and inner meanings of the texts of the Qur'an and Hadith. An understanding based on just outward meaning is vulnerable to religious extremism.

This article discusses the characters and books in the science of Mukhtalif Hadith and the Method of Completion of the Science of Mukhtalif Hadith, methods of resolving conflicting mukhtalif traditions, namely the first, authentic or hasan hadiths which outwardly seem contradictory to authentic hadiths. or other hasan.
