The article discusses the development of an intelligent system used in the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. The creation of neuro-expert systems designed to diagnose, predict and control the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases is proposed. human diseases. The possibilities of intelligent systems are demonstrated in specific examples of predicting and managing the health of patients by changing their lifestyles and taking certain medications. In this paper, we consider special classes of corrective functions, sets of heuristic algorithms that allow errors in the calculation of elementary properties. The article solves the problem of logical separability for the correcting functions of multivalued logic. For not everywhere defined functions, the simplest, in a sense, extensions to the entire set are constructed in such a way that these extensions are everywhere defined functions of many-valued logic. When solving a wide class of practical problems, the algorithms are often used that allow errors in calculation of elementary properties or refusals to solve problems. In such cases, several incorrect algorithms are usually applied to solve a single problem, and then a corrective function is constructed. Since the result of computing an elementary property can be either a refusal to calculate, or the property is satisfied, or the property is not satisfied, the corrective function is a function of a threedigit logic. For substantive reasons, the set of corrective functions should be limited. The problem of constructing an optimal corrector for heuristic algorithms is outlined in the paper. The aspect of corrective function continuation is considered. The problem is solved on selecting all the vertices of the grids not included into the definition domain of a previously constructed correctors.

In the paper degradation effects such as the self-heating effect and DIBL effect in 2D MoS2 based MOSFET is investigated by simulations. It is considered transistors with Al2O3 and HfO2 as gate oxide and SiO2 and HfO2 as back oxide (BOX). The self-heating effect (SHE) is simulated by using the thermodynamic transport model. Dependence of DIBL(drain induced barrier lowering) effect and lattice temperature in the channel center on the gate length for transistors with different gate oxide and BOX materials is considered. Transistors with channel fully covered and partly covered (only under the gate) by gate oxide is considered. It is shown that the transistors with Al2O3 as gate oxide and SiO2 as BOX materials has higher immunity against the DIBL effect and transistors with HfO2 as gate oxide and HfO2 as BOX materials has higher immunity against the SHE.

The high speed method for determining parallax shifts of paired points of stereo pairs is discussed in the article. It uses the contours of video objects from binary images. This method improves the efficiency of video stream coding in stereoscopic television systems. The encoders of realtime stereo television systems can use simpler and cheaper microprocessors due to the high speed of the proposed method.

The work is devoted to choosing a camera for recognizing raw cotton in order to regulate the mechanism of the working slit of a vertical spindle cotton harvester using the output signal of the chamber. An analysis of the main parameters was carried out that determine the placement of chambers to recognize the degrees of opening the cotton of the cheese. In order to properly choose the camera, a focal length and a camera view angle were calculated, allowing you to determine the distances between the camera and the control object in various weather conditions of the control object. To conduct the correct recognition of cheese cotton, the use of a camera with specific parameters is proposed.

The p-type diamond films were obtained on n-type silicon substrates, by chemical vapor deposition. Studies of morphology and analysis of the Raman spectrum of Raman scattering of light (RSS) showed that there is a 15R-SiC transition nanolayer between the substrate and the diamond film. A white glow with a blue-violet tint was detected when measuring the current-voltage characteristic of the nSi-p15R-SiC $mathbf{p}mathbf{C}_{text{diamon}}$ heterostructure created in this case.

One of the actual issues in atmospheric dispersion modeling is the development of active aerosols propagation models. Thus, this work aimed to develop a computer model for estimating and forecasting the spatial-temporal evolution of active aerosol particles emission in the atmospheric boundary layer. The model is traditionally based on the semi-empirical equation of substance transfer and diffusion in the atmosphere coupled with initial and boundary conditions. We used well-known methods of computational mathematics in order to solve the obtained differential equations, such as finite differences, fractional steps and Thomas algorithm. The stated problem was approximated by an implicit difference scheme. Based on the proposed model and algorithm, there was developed software tool intended for predicting the levels of air pollution over industrial regions. As well as to optimal location of newly constructed facilities, taking into account local weather and climatic conditions in order to minimize negative environmental impact.
