The object of research is models of cyber-physical systems, including IoT devices, microcomputers, various sensors, as well as functioning through communication channels, organized by cyber-physical objects. The aim of the work is to update the problem of information security in cyber-physical systems, analyze the security of these systems, create environments for testing security and identifying new threats and vulnerabilities. During the research, full-scale models of cyber-physical systems were developed that simulate the operation of real CPS, with various types of communication and proprietary protocols used. As a result, a search for vulnerabilities was carried out and a list of possible information attacks and their consequences was identified after the exploitation of vulnerabilities, and the capabilities of individual nodes of cyber-physical systems to create information attacks or protect against them were determined.

Delivery of broadband services to subscribers on the basis of optical components is based on optical access networks. The article presents the types of network topologies that are relatively easy to organize by analyzing the structure of a passive optical communication network. In particular, on the example of passive optical networks, several types of topology were analyzed and a reliable and easily organized type of topology was selected. Reliability models of passive optical communication networks have been developed, and analytical expressions of a number of reliability indicators of the network on these models have been developed. These models allow to design a passive optical network for communication subscribers located in scattered areas and to study its reliable operation. These models make it possible to design a passive optical network for communication subscribers located in scattered areas and to study its reliable operation. Based on these analytical expressions, it is possible to determine the reliability index of subscribers of a certain region. On the basis of the mentioned architecture, it is possible to achieve a high level of the reliability indicator of the optical communication zone. Digital signal processing is one of the fastest growing technologies today. Currently, it is developing more in the direction of artificial intelligence for the analysis and synthesis of speech signals. Digital signal processing is real-time informatics designed to solve the problems of receiving, processing, reducing redundancy and transmitting information at the rate of its receipt. And processing speed plays an important role in real-time speech signal processing. Timely collection, highspeed processing, and data transmission currently require highperformance hardware and software. But high-performance problems have not been fully resolved till present. This article is devoted to the analysis and research of methods for spectral analysis of a speech signal using the Haar wavelet, as well as parallel programming and development of a parallel processing algorithms based on the OpenMP and TBB standards. For hardware implementation, two multi-core processors with different characteristics were chosen.

Photoluminescence measurements have been carried out to investigate the effects of the doping compensation on the near band edge emission lines in the nitrogen doped ZnO thin films grown on silicon substrates by using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. The results of the PL spectra for the N-doped layers show that the peak positions of the near band edge emission lines shift to higher energy with increasing temperature within the low-temperature region. The radiative recombinations of the carriers are related to the band-tail states, and the temperature-dependent blueshifts are analyzed by using a Gaussian distribution of the charged impurities.

Optical losses of ellipse-nested elliptical negative curvature hollow-core fibers are numerically presented for the terahertz region. Primary design parameters of all fibers were iteratively optimized and confinement and total losses as low as $2.79 times 10^{-5} mathrm{~dB} / mathrm{m}$ and $0.015 mathrm{~dB} / mathrm{m}$ were achieved at 0.55 THz, respectively. Single-mode light guidance of the proposed design was investigated and a higher-order mode extinction ratio of around 3000 was calculated.

The process of predicting changes in the levels of groundwater and pressure water and salt concentration in layers with good and poor conductivity is discussed in the article. Research and decision-making on this process using mathematical modeling is an urgent problem. A brief analysis of scientific papers devoted to mathematical and numerical modeling of the object under study is presented. To conduct a comprehensive study of the process under consideration, a model and an efficient numerical algorithm based on the finite difference method were developed. It has been studied that changes in the level of ground and pressure water, filtration permeability, water loss coefficient and filtration rate associated with the water level can have a serious impact on the environmental process. As follows from the analysis of the computational experiments, the main factors that significantly affect the filtration of ground and pressure waters and salt concentration are filtration conductivity in the layers, water loss coefficient, and filtration flow velocity in the layers. The results obtained based on these developed numerical algorithms were analyzed. Smartphones have a specially designed external USB Braille keyboard with large six dots that help blind people type SMS messages easily and quickly. This paper presents the development of a low-cost external USB Braille keyboard for smartphones which is designed to help blind and visually impaired people type quick messages. This device is beneficial through its innovative concept, its simplicity, and its availability at an affordable cost.

The article presents the results of a system analysis of the processes of functioning of existing energy systems. Based on these results of system analysis, problems and shortcomings of the processes of functioning of energy systems were identified, to eliminate which the creation and application of intelligent information systems in the energy sector were proposed. In this paper, the principles and requirements for the creation and application are formed, and a block diagram of an enlarged algorithm for the formation of management decisions in an intelligent information energy system is developed, which shows the functional relationships between databases, knowledge and tasks of management processes. Models and algorithms for solving problems of a decision support system in an intelligent information energy system are proposed, as well as a general algorithm for a decision support system is presented.

Cryptography, which has a long historical process, has different encryption algorithms. The first step of any cryptanalysis is to try to determine what type of encryption method that ciphertext uses. This cannot be easy in any process because many types of encryption are currently available. This problem can be solved using artificial neural networks. In this study, we developed a model that discriminates the type of Affine, Playfair, and Vigenere encryption algorithms using neural networks. The research software is based on the Python programming language and its TensorFlow library, as well as Keras. This paper presents the current advances in research on the use of artificial neural networks for cypher-type detection. A built-in neural network can correctly classify encrypted texts by about 95%. The article reveals the possibilities of determining the type of encryption based on an artificial neural network. It can be seen that new methods of cryptanalysis can be developed from artificial neural networks.
