Anisotropy of Carrier Transport Processes in GaMnAs Grown via Low Temperature Molecular Beam Epitaxy 低温分子束外延生长的GaMnAs中载流子输运过程的各向异性

Anisotropy of the transport properties of GaMnAs epitaxial layers with Mn concentration of 1.4 and 2.8 at. % has been investigated by means of measurements of magnetoresistance and temperature dependence of sheet resistance. The anisotropy of magnetoresistance, measured along [110] and $[1 overline{1} 0]$ crystalline direction in high magnetic field region has been observed for both Mn concentration. The differences in temperature dependence of resistance, measured along different crystalline directions, for both above and below $T_{mathrm{C}}$ were detected. It was shown that anisotropy of transport properties of GaMnAs could be related with carriers scattering by inhomogeneous distributed Mn ions.

Uzbek traffic sign dataset for traffic sign detection and recognition systems 乌兹别克交通标志数据集,用于交通标志检测和识别系统

Currently, deep learning algorithms are developing in machine learning and deep neural networks. However, deep learning algorithms still have pressing problems to solve. That is, the data set is insufficient and of low quality for machine learning. One of the ways to solve this problem is to data augmentation the dataset. There are two types of image data sets: labeled data sets and unlabeled data sets. These annotations are important for object recognition. Deep learning algorithms typically use an annotated dataset. Similarly, the You Only Look Once (YOLOv5) network model also requires an annotated dataset. In this article, we manually created annotations for each image using the labelImg software tool. Different countries have different Traffic signs. The dataset of traffic signs of Uzbekistan (UTSD) has not yet been developed. Therefore, in this work, we developed a UTSD dataset for use in a traffic sign detection and recognition system (TSDR). The UTSD dataset contains 3957 Traffic sign images belonging to 56 classes. We improved the UTSD dataset by data augmentation.

Defining a set of metrics for detecting attacks on Cyber-Physical Systems 定义一套检测网络物理系统攻击的指标

the purpose of the study is to determine a set of metrics that can be used to detect attacks on cyber-physical systems (CPS). Tasks to be solved within the framework of the research work: review of the CPS, analysis of protection for the implementation of attacks, analysis of the operation of the CPS, experimental study, and identification of identified cases in the operation of cyber-physical systems during attacks. The result allows to quickly analyze the processing of the CPS and identify anomalies in the functioning, due to the patterns of unusual behavior of the CPS, identify vulnerabilities in the system. This data will allow the development of an automated software product to ensure the protection of the system and information passing through this system.

Hybrid cladding designs in chalcogenide negative curvature hollow-core fibers 硫族负曲率空心芯光纤的杂化包层设计

Ellipse-nested tubular As2Se3 chalcogenide negative curvature hollow-core fibers are numerically presented for the mid-infrared region. Confinement and total losses are calculated as low as 0.39 dB/km and 4.61 dB/km at 10.6 μm, respectively. A further investigation on the fundamental and higher-order modes showed that the proposed fiber favors the single-mode guidance.

The Time Optimal Control Problem for System with Delay Under Conditions of Inaccuracy of Information about the Parameter of External Influence 外部影响参数信息不准确条件下的时滞系统时间最优控制问题

The paper considers a linear control system with a delay in the conditions of inaccuracy of information about the parameter of external influence. The optimal control problem is studied in the sense of the transfers of the trajectory to a mobile terminal set in minimal time. Necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are obtained. For the case of a terminal set of the form of a half-space, an algorithm is proposed that shows the stages of solving the problem based on the use of the results obtained.

Improving quality of service in a wireless sensor network using artificial neural networks 利用人工神经网络提高无线传感器网络的服务质量

The article presents the results of improving the quality of service in a wireless sensor network using artificial neural networks. Improved quality of service for some QoS parameters such as packet loss and congestion. Classification of nodes into qualified and unqualified categories was done using parameters. A new method of improving QoS based on artificial neural network (ANN) was implemented by converting unqualified nodes into good ones. Wireless sensor networks face many limitations such as memory and energy, the cost and computation time are somewhat reduced by using artificial neural networks. Modeling results showed that the proposed system achieved improved QoS by increasing network lifetime and reducing packet loss ratio.

Virtual Simulation based Visual Object Tracking via Deep Reinforcement Learning 基于深度强化学习的视觉目标跟踪虚拟仿真

The current research field of object tracking has become noticeably popular among researchers where AI techniques take place with high-level accuracy. An algorithm with multifunctional abilities had proposed in different proposals in recent years. We proposed a tracking technique integrated with a virtual reality simulator – the AirSim (Areal Informatics and Robotics Simulation) City Environ model using one of the DRL models to control with a drone agent to examine a realistic environment. Additionally, the suggested method had tested via the two public: VisDrone2019 and OTB-100 datasets to compare with conventional strategies to show better performance among recent works.

The paper considers the problem of minimizing functions of the algebra of logic in the class of disjunctive normal forms. Algorithms for complete enumeration and bounded complexity for finding the shortest disjunctive normal forms of functions of the algebra of logic are developed and estimates for their complexity are calculated. An algorithm for minimizing the functions of the logic algebra of logic in the class of disjunctive normal forms is constructed based on the calculation of the error of the neighborhood of the first order of elementary conjunctions. The local analysis in the directed enumeration algorithm is investigated and its algorithmic complexity is estimated.

Algorithms for complete enumeration and bounded complexity for finding the shortest disjunctive normal forms of functions of the algebra of logic are developed and estimates for their complexity are calculated. An algorithm for minimizing the functions of the logic algebra of logic in the class of disjunctive normal forms is constructed based on the calculation of the error of the neighborhood of the first order of elementary conjunctions. Modern Intelligent Health Systems: Queueing, Simulation 现代智能医疗系统:排队、仿真

The Internet of Things and machine learning promise a new era in healthcare. The advent of transformative technologies such as implantable and wearable medical devices (IWMDs) has made it possible to collect and analyze physiological signals from any person at any time. Machine learning allows us to identify patterns in these signals and make health predictions in both every day and clinical situations. This expands healthcare coverage from common clinical contexts to widespread everyday scenarios, from passive data collection to active decision making. Despite the existence of an extensive literature on IWMD-based and clinical health systems, the fundamental problems associated with the design and implementation of smart health systems have not been adequately addressed. The main objectives of this article are to define a standard framework for smart health, designed for both every day and clinical settings, to explore modern smart health systems and their constituent components. Queuing theory provides robust methods to evaluate alternative designs for modeling organization smart healthcare.
