The article examines the global market of special machinery and equipment for the mining industry. This market is characterized by a high degree of monopolization and customization. Since the beginning of the 2010s, significant transformations have been observed in this market. International corporations from developed countries producing equipment for the mining industry have increased production volumes in Asian countries. Chinese companies have managed to break in and gain a foothold in this ultra-monopolized area of production. In 2022 due to the disruption of global supply chains and the acute crisis in the countries of the collective West, the role of the China has increased even more. The article analyzes the question to what extent Russia, which is under the sanctions of the collective West, will be able to provide its economy with the necessary special machinery, what is the role of China in the Russian market of imported equipment for the mining industry.

China, long before the Belt and Road Initatve was announced, formed a strategic plan for the constructon of internatonal railways. Afer the Chinese government formally proposed a strategy for Chinese high‑speed rail to enter the overseas high‑speed rail market in 2009, the actvity of Chinese railway constructon contnues to grow. The PRC has accelerated the modernizaton of its internal railways and has created the world's most advanced high‑speed rail system. The unifcaton and standardizaton of the constructon process of high‑speed railways, rolling stock, infrastructure facilites and new technologies within the framework of the «Made in China» program has made it possible to create a unique world‑class product – high‑speed railways of the Chinese standard and enter the internatonal market with it. The Belt and Road Initatve not only provided additonal acceleraton, but also created a theoretcal basis for the «prestge» of partcipaton in the initatve. As part of the Belt and Road Initatve, the internatonalizaton of China's railway standards has yielded positve results. Many BRI rail projects have been completed and operatonal. As a rule, not only Chinese technical standards are used in constructon, but also basic engineering materials, rolling stock, engineering and constructon equipment, Chinese builders and maintenance personnel. But the PRC's energetc actons in promotng the Belt and Road Initatve cannot be called unimpeded. Many projects with Chinese partcipaton remain untl the tme in the form of agreements or for various reasons, fnancial, domestc politcal, technical and reasons of "lack of a common vision" are postponed or suspended. The artcle examines the major rail constructon projects with Chinese partcipaton, completed and under constructon, in Eurasia, Africa and South America.

The words quoted in the title of the article, spoken by Kim Yo Jong, the native sister of the DPRK leader Kim Jong Un, the de-facto second person in the state, express as fully and eloquently as possible the essence of North Korea's policy aimed at unconditional support of the Russian special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine. Pyongyang demonstrates an unprecedented degree of support for Moscow in the international arena on key issues. The aforementioned statement of January 27 this year by Kim Yo Jong, the sister of the DPRK leader, was the strongest, but one of many in a chain of similar steps in the DPRK's consistent line of support for Russia in its confrontation with the West. Among these: the establishment in July 2022 of formal diplomatic relations with the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. The DPRK, having officially recognized on October 4, 2022 the results of referendums in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions about joining Russia and legality of the fact of their joining Russia, became the first and so far the only state in the world, which dared to take such a courageous step. As 02.03.2022, and 23.02.2023, the DPRK voted against the resolutions of the UN GA, which condemned Russia for conducting SMO in Ukraine. Such partners, de facto allies as North Korea, identified at the end of the year since the start of SMO, Russia in the world can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

In this article, an attempt has been made to consider the consequences of Russia-Ukraine conflict, provoked by USA, not only at the global and regional, but at the country level, as well. By the Pakistan example it has been shown the Washington's attempts to use in the implicit form this new hotbed of tension to remove the unsuitable government of Imran Khan, which led to the polarization of the society social structure, plunged at present stage into deep economic and political crises threatening unpredictable internal and external consequences for the Pakistani state.

Track lines and rolling stock form a single organism that provides massive cargo transportation over long distances. He has an indisputable role in solving many economic problems, including in the Arab East. However, all national indicators that relate to the topic under consideration are highly differentiated and depend on the conditions in each specific country. Freight rail transport, although it occupies its own niche in the economic infrastructure of a number of countries in the region, is nevertheless underdeveloped or underutilized until now, since it faces competition from road communications of the same profile. Railways has received recently a more definite impetus for the development as an alternative to bus services due to the outstripping rates of population growth and the need to move passenger flows in a short time and over long distances. However, in the last decade, the demand for freight transportation has been growing, as a result of the internationalization of the international economic space and the creation of long transport corridors that connect the places of production with remote processing centers or with seaports through which markets on different continents are supplied. At least at the moment, the relatively developed Arab countries have sufficient railway potential for the implementation of these tasks, although work is already in full swing on projects related to the increase in the length and density of track lines. Arab oil exporters of the Persian Gulf are also striving to become cargo hubs for transshipment of goods and transportation of hydrocarbons and oil products. They are rapidly laying cross-border lines and crossings between the members of the GCC, although before they did not have gauge tracks at all due to short distances and the absence of the need to duplicate oil and product pipelines. Now the Arabs intend to use their geographic advantages and integrate into transport chains required by the world's largest producers.

China's support for Russia in its confrontation with Western countries in the form of verbal interventions is obvious. Russian business also expected the strengthening of cooperation with its eastern neighbor in the financial, technological and trade areas. However, the development of interaction in these areas is not so pronounced. The article analyzes the development of bilateral cooperation after the start of Russia's special military operation in Ukraine in the field of trade, finance, logistics, energy and technology.
