The purpose of the research is to analyze the main features of the embodiment of the director’s intention in a documentary surveillance-film. Research methodology . The proposed article uses a systematic and integrated approach to the consideration of this problem, within the framework of which the components of the director’s concept and its transformation are analyzed when embodied in an audiovisual work. The scientific novelty consists of a detailed analysis of, drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign screen masters, that make up the director’s plan: from an accurate understanding of the idea to specific practical issues of working on the frame, sound solution and other elements of the screen work. Conclusions . Thus, an surveillance-film cannot be made according to a specific scenario, because it is a priori based on observing a real life in which unforeseen and unexpected events happen. But it also should not be simplified to informational fixation of the surrounding reality. Then, when the documentary reality is refracted through the director’s worldview, his philosophy, and worldview, with the help of a figurative reflection of reality, to which all the components of the director’s concept are subordinated, we can talk about the birth of a new screen reality of an audiovisual work.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the components of modern information news, to establish the role of the informational drive in television news, to prove the importance of the ability to distinguish information when preparing news broadcasts. The methodology of the research is to apply the following methods: theoretical – analysis of television subjects, information sources, the generalization of the information drive’s influence on the quality of television material, determination of the interdependence of the structural components that form the news. Scientific novelty . The components of modern information news were analyzed for the first time, the detailed analysis of the interdependence of the structural components that form the news was made. Conclusions . In the course of the article, we analyzed the components of modern information news. Through the analysis of television stories, the role of the information drive in the news is established. Structural components that form the news are elaborated. Factors that influence the rating of television material are generalized.

The purpose of the article is to study historiographical sources on the problems of the poetic cinema of the "Soviet" period when the USSR (Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic) was a part of the united states-political formation – the USSR (Union of Soviet Socialist Republics). The methodology of the study allowed us to use the following methods: historical, adductive (cognitive), systemic, comparative-analytical. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is a comprehensive substantiated scientific position on historiographical sources on the problems of the poetic cinema of the "Soviet" period, which was characterized by the presence of rigid authoritarian censorship. Conclusions . The historiography of the period has been researched, the problem is represented by a large number of film studies, and it has been proved that the poetry of the majority of film works was achieved due to various stylistic elements. The practical significance of the obtained results is conditioned by the possibility of using actual historical and methodological material to comprehensively comprehend the problems of domestic film studies of the mid-twentieth century.

Purpose of the study . Identify the preconditions for the convergent journalism emergence. Analyze sources and literature covering the topic of convergent journalism. Explore the causes of modern media convergence, and follow and explore the principles of convergent journalism. Research methodology . The proposed article has used two groups of methods: empirical (observation, forecasting, research and comparison) which allowed characterizing, predict and explore the state of convergent journalism in modern media discourse, and theoretical (historical and systemic approach) allowed to identify the prerequisites and causes of convergence in the media. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that for the first time the main features of the convergence of modern media were clarified, and the work’s principles of the new convergent edition were clarified and the effect of convergent journalism on media was revealed. Findings . According to the research goal, the reasons for the emergence of convergent journalism were clarified, and its influence on modern media was analyzed, which turned into convergent media. It has been also investigated that the idea of convergence becomes the main idea for creating new type of content, as well as the emergence of new media, created precisely in order to focus on the target audience and submit a full-scale information product.

The purpose of the work is to study the development process, the interaction of Ukrainian cinema and the theater of the XX century in the world entertainment genre context, identifying innovative trends characteristic of the historical conditions of the time. Methodology of the research is based on the use of empirical, theoretical, and structural-functional methods which aimed at accumulating factual material, observing the dynamics of development of genre diversity, identifying differences and similarities between objects, as well as analyzing the artistic works of screen and theater arts. Based on the analytical method of research, an analysis of historical conditions, literature, events, factors of influence on cinema and theater in the artistic space has been carried out. Scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that in the course of film analysis, current trends and priorities for the development of Ukrainian cinema and the theater of the first half of the twentieth century were revealed. Conclusions. The crisis phenomena characteristic at the beginning of the 20th century (wars, revolutions and social conflicts) contributed to the creation of a society’s depressed state in Europe and determined the conditions for creating a new direction of artistic art - modernism. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Ukrainian theater and cinema received new features and aspects of interaction: an artist created a new subjective approach to the creative process, and on the basis of established traditions, innovative trends emerged in the methods of combining various components of time and space within a single screen reality. Modernism gave spectacular art genres additional opportunities: to effectively influence the consciousness of the viewer through new means of artistic thinking, reproducing the real surrounding world and the person’s world outlook, delving into his spiritual state and personal experiences.

The purpose of this work is to investigate the modernization of television journalistic practices in online news content and analyze its evolution. The research methodology of work. The following methods have been applied monitoring and integrated analysis of the information field; comparison, systematic analysis of various sources, expert ratings. The content analysis and multimedia functionality of several interactive online portals has been used. The scientific novelty of the study is that the main features of the creation and distribution of news media content on the Internet are comprehensively analyzed taking into account the key trends in the development of new audiovisual media and on the basis of the comparative characteristics of professional TV journalistic and user content in online publications; An analysis of news multimedia content and interactive functionality of sites of a number of leading online media was carried out. Conclusions. The media industry is developing dynamically under the influence of the wide use of multimedia technologies for creating and distributing news content, as well as the interactive communication of media and media users via the Internet and other network channels. In the context of virtualization and multilevel globalization of the media system, the emergence of the infrastructure of new media that changed the global information and communication landscape. New media contrasted traditional media with previously impossible data generation and transmission speed, low cost of creating news content, mobility and creativity of its distribution, as well as the advantage of multilateral communication with the audience.
